What's good everybody? Welcome back to Body Cam Vibes. Back with another body cam video. Shout out to Body Cam Leak. Listen, I'm watching this video with y'all, but I can tell by the title and I can tell by the thumbnail this going to be a crazy one. I think this is going to be another Moonfly, y'all. Let's just get into it and see what it's all about. >> Hi. You know you can't pass on a double yellow, right? >> I'm on three. >> Does not matter. You cannot pass on a double yellow. I need your driver's license proof insurance, please. >> I don't got that. >> You don't You do not have a driver's license. >> I don't. >> Okay. Go ahead and shut the car off. Hand me the keys. >> Hand me the keys, please. Ma'am, go ahead and step out for me. >> Okay. You are not under arrest. You're just being detained. Stop. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> I swear to God, bro. >> No. There's no man. Stop. >> Stop. >> I wasn't even resisting. >> I wasn't resisting. >> Put your hands in. >> Put your hand. Put your hands behind your back. 25. I need another unit here. She's resisting. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Put youring hands behind your back. Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop. Stop. >> Do it. Do it. I'm ready to go. I'm >> ready. >> I'm ready. Off my head. >> You're about to get tased. >> Stop. >> Kill me. >> Turn over. >> Stop. Flip her over. Come on. Flip her over. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> I don't care about none of that. I don't I don't my uh >> Stay still. Stay still. >> Now you're going to jail. >> I don't care. Wait, my shoes. >> My shoes. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop moving. >> Stop. >> I swear to God. >> Get the >> You're being ridiculous, >> [ __ ] You're being ridiculous. That I'm vicious when I wasn't. You got a rap for what? >> Stop. You're doing too much. >> I don't care. Kill me. Get the off my arm. >> Get off my arm. >> You can't >> get off my arm. No, it's you. You're twisting my [ __ ] >> I have your I have your right arm, >> right? This one hurts. >> Stop. Stop. Why you touching me? >> Stop. >> Get the off my arm, bro. >> Stop doing that. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> I just said in another video I did, man, when you have when you a cop man to the good ones, you have to deal with so much stuff every day. Then sometimes you wonder why some of them, I'm not talking about all of them, not talking about the bad cops, talking about the good cops, why they be so frustrated sometime, man. Dealing with stuff like this every day. It It frustrates you, man. And and it's not enough money in the world to deal with this craziness every day. I don't Let's just get into it and see what's going to happen. Put her backs now. >> Let's just put her in a wrap. Get the off. >> Why did you turn this into something? >> Get off me. It hurt. >> You would have got a ticket and went on your way. >> Bro, get the off. >> I can stand up. I don't give a about that [ __ ] The [ __ ] Don't you think this is the worst thing that can happen to a mother is going to jail? No. No, it's not. Imagine it's not >> do it. Okay. It's real simple. Put this down. We got to put her knees there. Soon as we get her down. >> You guys got her. >> Y he's right there hanging out here. Roll her over. >> She got a roller. Got to roll her. Whichever way you be. Go ahead. Roll her that way. >> All right. Set her up. I'll pass it. All right, here they are. There you go. So, everybody grab a handle >> back first. >> Careful. Don't trip on that. >> What's that? Cunningham, we'll just put her in yours and we'll take I'll follow you down. >> Will you go to the other side and pull her through? >> Stupid ass. >> Talk about resist. You didn't need to give me enough. >> Yeah, it's my feet. >> We're going to get him. >> Y'all know I don't like to keep on pausing or I went up a little a little more. But anyway, y'all know I like to keep on pausing, but I just want to say this. She said something that's very scary. She said, "Do y'all think I care about going to jail?" something like that. She said, "You think jail is the worst thing that can I can experience?" And and they in these young generations, jail is not enough. That's why I say there need to be some harsher laws or some harsher rules going on uh with some of these criminals because they jail is nothing to them. They get fed. Uh they still can do things they want to do in jail. They don't care no more. It needs to be something harsher to really teach them a lesson. And the crazy thing about this, right, this situation right here, they got a they got a they got her look They put stuff on her like she Hannibal Lecter cuz she just didn't want to act right. It's crazy to me, man. Let's get into this. I know she going to be starting ranting and talking. Let's see. >> But I still was out the car. >> So, you got out the car? >> Yes. And I told him I didn't have my license and my insurance. And he said, "I'm not arrested, but I'm putting your hands behind your back." And I said, "For what if I'm not arrested?" And then he slammed me to the ground. What are you talking about? Don't y'all got cameras? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, watch the [ __ ] cameras. >> I will. Uh, what were you doing when he slammed you to the ground? >> Nothing. >> You were just >> Nothing. >> Were you just standing there? >> No, I wasn't doing [ __ ] I wasn't flipping over. I wasn't doing [ __ ] >> You weren't doing nothing. >> Nothing. I was just laying there. >> Did you? Well, no. Before he took you to the ground, what were you doing? He went to put your hands behind your back and then what happened? >> Nothing. I had my charger on my hand and I was trying to call my mom. >> So, >> and he was trying to take my phone. He went to put your hands. >> What is he taking my phone for if I'm not arrested? >> So he went to put your hands behind your back and you were trying to make a phone call. >> He was trying to take my phone out my hand. >> Okay. Then what'd you do when he tried to take the phone? >> Nothing. Nothing. I didn't do [ __ ] >> So you were just standing there and he slammed you to the ground for no reason? >> No, he tried to slam me to the ground and then I didn't go to the ground cuz what the are you trying to slam me to the ground for if I'm not arrested? >> So he didn't slam me to the ground. You initially said he slammed you to the ground. Now he tried to slam me to the ground but couldn't. Bro, he tried to send me to the ground. >> Okay. >> For what? What? What? What? >> I don't know. That's what you do. >> Exactly. What is he What is he putting handcuffs on me for if I'm not arrested? >> Do you have a driver's license? >> Yes, I have a driver's license. >> You're not suspended? >> Yes. >> Did you tell him you had a driver's license? >> No, I don't have my driver's license on me. >> Okay. >> I have my temps. >> So, you don't have a driver's license? >> No, I do have a I have a temps and a driver's license. >> Why would you have your temps and a driver's license? >> Because I don't have my driver's license on me. So, I just use it as a ID. >> So, you do or don't have a driver's license? >> I do have a driver's license. >> Just the temps, then? >> No, I have both. >> Why do you have temps and a regular driver's license? >> What are you talking about? I have a old temps that I use for my ID. I'm past 21. So, if I need to get milds or switchers or anything that use my temps. >> Oh, all right. Let's Let's get back to it. So, you you didn't want to put your hands behind your back. He was trying to take your phone. You initially said he slammed you to the ground. Then he tried to slam me to the ground. What happened next? >> Bro, he was trying to take my phone and I said, "What? What is you doing if I'm not arrested?" >> Then he talk about I don't I don't even remember to be honest. I don't. >> So, how do he get you to the ground? >> What do you mean? >> Well, you you said he slammed you. Then he said he tried to slam you. And then >> he slammed him to the ground. >> So, he did slam you to the ground. >> Yes. >> So, his first attempt to slam me to the ground was not successful. No, his he at first he tried to put my hands behind my back, but I turned around and I said, "What are you putting my hands behind my back for if I'm not arrested?" Because I don't have my my driver's license. And then after that, he slammed me to the ground. >> So he tried to place your hands behind your back. He turned and faced them and then he slammed you to the ground. >> Yes. >> You So he slammed you on his first attempt? >> He turned like this. No, the second attempt. >> Okay. So he tried to take he tried to take you to the ground and he wasn't able to. Why is that? What were you doing? I wasn't doing nothing. I was trying to talk to ask him why. What the is he? But it was because I said I didn't have my driver's license on me. >> So after you're on the ground, what happened? >> I don't know. I don't remember. >> You don't know? >> No. >> Did he kick you, punch you, bite you? >> I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Where's my phone, bro? I got kids. I got two a 2-year-old and a four-year-old. >> Like you said, we're all on camera. We're not going to take your phone. >> Okay. So, where's my phone? I need to call my mom so my wife can get my kids. I didn't know the phone was an issue till right now. We'll figure that out. >> Okay. Well, my phone was on my hood. >> All right. Well, we'll get your phone. >> Okay. Well, y'all need to get it cuz it's wet. >> You don't remember anything that happened when you were on the ground? >> No. >> Nothing. >> You don't remember if he kicked you, punched you, bit you, slap you? >> No. All he did was try to just pin me down. All he did was put his knee on my on my >> on your shoulder. >> My shoulder. >> So, he put your knee on your shoulder and then what happened? >> And then that's it. What are you talking about? It just puts you in >> call back up. You called back up cuz he said I was resistant and I said, "How the am I resistant if I'm not arrested?" >> So, how long was his knee on your shoulder before you were in handcuffs? Just a guess. >> I don't know. Like what? 20 seconds. >> Did it Did was he able to get you in handcuffs or did another officer come and help? >> No, he he I was in handcuffs with him, but the other officer came to assist him and put the other handcuff on my arm while the one dude had my my one arm and then the other officer put the handcuffs on it. >> Okay. Are you injured anywhere? >> I don't know. I don't know yet. My adrenaline is high. >> Do you need EMS to come check you out? >> No, I don't. Bro, >> so >> I need a phone call so I can call my mom for my kids right now. We're talking. Are you hurt anywhere? How about that? Does anything hurt? >> No, >> nothing hurts. >> No. >> You got her back there. Uh, let's pull her up here. Probably easier this way. Or it'll be easier to take this [ __ ] off. Is that that just hit me in my What the >> Come on now. I don't even weigh that much. And I need some clothes cuz I'm wet and it's cold. >> And I need to call my peoples. >> The woman was arrested and charged with resisting arrest. Assault on a police officer and a suspended driving license. Drop. So basically, you got an attitude. Now I may be saying it wrong, but basically you had an attitude off jump because you didn't have a license and you know that you felt like they was going to have you know you was in the wrong without driving the license. So you basically going to turn something so simple to something hard. They got you over here locked up like Hannibal Lect and all you had to say, "Man, I ain't I ain't got no license." or something like that or whatever the case may be. You made something so simple turn out to be something so hard to the 35 year olds and older. Were we this bad? I'm in my 40s. I'm in my early 40s. I don't remember us being this bad. This generation right here will make you do some things you don't want to do. And the entitlement, the attitude. It's like they all of them like born and and they they talk like, "Bro, what you talking about?" She kept on moving her shoulder. Well, what you mean? What you talking about, bro? Bruh. Oh, God. Oh, my mama. What? What is wrong with these? What What is wrong with these kids these days, man? I don't understand. All these videos I see, they all act the same. It's like they they come from a factory of bruh on God on my mama of thoughtism and and and ratchetism and and just the whole and it's the whole generation. I was watching some videos on social media when these Asian girls was acting ghetto. They was acting hood. They listen to rap music and acting hood all in there. So you you I can't just put it on my people. It's the whole effing generation. And I and I saw somebody said a racist comment on one of my videos talking about it's not the generation. It's just one race. And and then I was like I had I had to block that person because yes, you see these body cam videos and they act this way. Black people act this way. Some of them, not all of them. But I've seen other races do the same thing. It's this generation. and they motivated by something. All of them act entitled and ghetto and ratchet and it don't make no sense. This was something so simple. And and I got to question the dudes, man. Y'all laying down with these women. Y'all don't have no morals. They the masculine attitude that turned me off. Why y'all want that? Bro, bro, I got two kids. You got two kids who laying down with y'all. And I I'm not saying that in a judgmental way. We got to have some morals and values when we choosing our people these days, man. Because you can't you can't you can't be laying down with anything, man. Just just I don't even see how they be having kids and stuff. The way they act. I know somebody gonna get in the comments, man. You can't judge nobody. You ain't perfect. I know I ain't, man. I I done some things when I was younger, too, but I never act the way this generation act. It just don't make no sense, man. What we going to do, y'all? I I just don't know. Is it ever going to get better? I don't even know what to say about this. Y'all let me know what y'all think about this in the comments. Thank y'all for the love and support on this channel. We really appreciate it. I be saying some of the same things over and over because I'm like I don't be understanding. And cops, man, I don't see how y'all do it. I just don't see how y'all do it. I I don't even understand it, y'all. And and the crazy thing about it though, older people, if somebody around, I say late 30s and around my age and older, get it. But if you say this to a younger person, you see how they act. What's wrong with that? That just that's just who he is. I don't see nothing wrong with that because they they raised they raised different from us. They raised with kids having kids. They mamas ain't raised them because they was a kid. They don't know how to be loved. They don't know how to be taught. We was raised with older parents. My mom was 35 when she had me. So, and she was raised from a old school kind of person. We don't have the old school values no more. They out here smoking and drinking with their kids and doing things. They still listen to the old these 40, 50 women listen to hip-hop, listen to Cardi B and and and and Glorilla and all them, but my mom was listening to Earthwind and Fire. You get what I'm saying? We we was totally different these days, man. It's crazy. Y'all let me know what y'all think about what I'm saying in the comments. Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love support of this channel. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on camera.
