accurate that's fine so I was so I was I had already planned to be seeing with a woman at a hotel I don't remember the name of the hotel but I do know the number I got into a lift and I forgot my wallet inside the lift see so since I didn't I since I didn't have the money my wallet this woman that I was that I was going to see she started charging me for her money that we had we had both agreed on and she she started being aggressive and then another person came into the room and I told them that I didn't have the money so they went outside and they came back with two other guys that started threatening me and they pushed me she so I was they put me in a COR corner and they started asking me questions about my wallet and why I didn't have it with me but I did have my card so I told them that maybe my wallet fell but they didn't believe me and so they grabbed my cards and they started they started asking for all my my codes and my nip and my pin my pins and they told me to change my settings on my iPhones to English because they didn't understand in Spanish Ione and and so they had after they had access to my they asked for access to my phone my my Cardin and they went to to wgo ATM to draw some money but before that they were they were smoking they were smoking met INF fedin and they made me do it because they told me that if I was drugs that the police wouldn't believe me and so they went to go to the ATM and the two women were taking care of me here and they told me that I was so dumb for not bringing the money yeah and so the two men came back and they asked me where was the rest of my money and I told them that that was all that was all that I had and so they started asking for all my belongings they asked where was my car and they told they took my keys from the B and they started asking for all the information so they started speaking to each other and they didn't let me get my my things they just let me get my pants and my jacket and they told me to leave they told me to leave to to the right side of the hotel and to not look back and they told me that they would contact me tomorrow to ask for the money but they didn't tell me an exact amount okay so I ran on Pacific Street and they were looking at me and then two block away that's where I found the security guard and I got dizzy and sat on the floor because I I had R and that's when he waited with me so the police could come okay can you ask uh what the two men look like from one of them was was African Aman about 6 and 1/2 ft tall and the other one was Hispanic about 7 feet and both of them were thin and I think that's all okay um what were they wearing Mr James I'm here with uh uh can you ask him what the gentlemen were wearing tonight he was wearing uh BL jeen and uh he was wearing a sweater that had kind of like blish reddish he was Hispanic um I wasn't able to turn to him cuz he would uh kind of like threaten me if I did try to look at him okay that's really all about what I remember okay so you don't did you get a good look at did you see their faces at all yeah yeah I to see their faces what did what are their face what can you describe uh their hair at all were they wearing a mask at [Music] all no I want to wear Mas okay did they have did either of them have any facial hair [Music] yeah so they they didn't really have buch fa here one of them I was uh I guess you can call it uh like younger so he didn't have any here the other I wasn't able to look at him fully um as I mentioned they both kind of had their hoodies on top of their head so it kind of covered like the side of their face I was really able to look at like the front um at the times that that you I was able to turn without that kny but every time I tried to turn like okay was so did would you would you be able to recognize them again if you saw them yeah I would okay and do you know which one of them hit you uh the Hispanic one was the one that uh hit me how did he so can you describe him hitting you fore okay uh so at the time of them uh cornering me um the Hispanic male just came uh towards me and you know he hit me with close C on my cheek um afterwards he then just kind of like um started threatening me okay what what was he saying okay fore he was just basically telling me um to stop lying um that I knew English and that I worked in the delivery apps uh and he just continued to get upset because he English Okay um so how long were they gone when they took your debit card and went to well farg I think it was like a closer Bank or ATM cuz it was like 10 minutes how long took okay um you said that the while that happened the two there were two girls in the room taking care of you why didn't you try to leave for for and um yeah so the reason why I didn't like try to leave because that one I was just really scared and uh one of the women that was there you know she had her hand in her pocket and I don't know what she had in there um but she did made it seem like she had some type of firearm because she said don't make any stupid decisions or you're going to regret it so that's something that also made me you know just think tce while trying to leave okay okay CL hand never came out of a pocket what he mentioned at the end okay uh are you willing to testify in court to what happened today in press charges see okay okay is there anything
