you guys want to pursue charges for the mountains for the damage yeah we had a knife though right he didn't threaten you and wouldn't you use to break that this foot okay he just kicked it right in first night I've seen this is actually his first night here somebody willing to he was talking about attacking us um and uh like he would have he had the knife like on the screen or something around his wrist it was a little pocket knife so he kept flipping it up and um but not anyone directly then no no he did talk about attacking us at some point did you feel threatened though that he would that he would stab you no he never had the blade out no I didn't see it when he was up after he took the window and he was standing over here yeah I didn't see it but someone else said he had the blade yeah the blade out too yeah you guys have that on video though um we should so he didn't say like I'm gonna have you no he didn't do like very like very tired like there was a gun like somebody saw him with a gun or no no I saw just a small pocket knife he thought that someone had a gun like I think someone said it's kind of methamphetamine or something like had this whole He was going through something crazy thank you sir oh yeah you're welcome thank you so um he's gonna have some injuries in that what are you feeling like from the standpoint of is this a malicious Mischief or is this a behavioral health probably both I think it's probably gonna be a fit but he needs to like you're saying like I don't think the hospital is going to be the route initially because they're scared that he's gonna come back and they have no way of securing them um and his belongings are here um so because you've been staying here and he's obviously not in a state of mind bird like they're you know not wanting to be much of like victims for the knife stuff but just saying that like he just like he hasn't he's not like threatening anybody with it but like that he feels that they're a threat and then he's getting chased so there is a danger that's all that's all the jail wanted to know uh anything they were they had locked him out and how did he get into the courtyard he jumped the fence so he was locked out until he wasn't allowed to come in tonight he jumped the fence and broke into a building I think he initially jumped the fence without even coming trying to come in well that's formally trespassing it wasn't formally trespassed but they told him earlier tonight that he wasn't allowed to come in okay but he couldn't stay at work well that's what the Medics told him when we were out scene with him so Medics told him in front of me said you're not they don't have a bed for you here tonight okay so you want to goberg and if you feel like it it's there if it's I mean if it's on body camera earlier that he was told that he could come back here I think that's it's not because that he didn't have a bed here for him oh but the doors are locked he went over he went over a fence and then broke through a window to try to get into a building right yeah yes remember um and I mean he and he was armed with a with a yeah and Don a knife yeah I would agree with that okay um and then he inadvertently assaulted staff while we were here Don doesn't want to Percy like she thinks it was an accident and I'm like while he was just like flailing about pushing faster so we have that as well she doesn't want it okay it seems like her supervisor would like it to go that route yeah because his intent was to get in that's what he was like it seems like they had made like a actually describe it as like a moon shape around him when he was in the courtyard so his back was kind of to this and then tried to open the gate for him to get out and then so instead of going through the open gate he won't come right now to try to try oh to try to get away from the place so he's like was it was his intent to go into the building then yeah that's why okay so he jumped the fence and they're telling him he needs to leave so all the stock comes out and Corners him saying you need to leave you need to leave yeah she said that she had opened a door gate for him to be able to like go that way he instead decided to go through the window and then he was over here and people were trying to get him to you know get out and drop the knife and stuff sure okay it's a weird bird person how do you feel about that no I would agree I mean it is always yeah how long ago uh he was just standing right here so just right now so he's wearing a red backpack he's walking down Cornell Avenue he's he's wearing red backpack black blue shorts he just we just saw him right here creeping and then he came down right behind that car like stocked down and then just continued to walk down that way towards portal thank you yeah um the last yeah him I feel comfortable with Park first so I think even without people saying that this is like a locked area a regular person would assume that you don't enter over events but uh none of the cameras covered that window we have him like coming in or like when he was inside um we we probably have them jump in the fence been told by staff that he wasn't allowed to come in tonight yeah okay yeah um and then I wouldn't jump the fence but told him he had to leave and he still refused here's exact words he called the cops I'm not leaving until you call the cops so I mean he gave us no option but to call you sorry to delay I understand um but yeah so um I can get I can I'll have to go back and look at the footage of when he jumped the fence and um remind me of that we I'll have to look and see if we can get the footage of him being in the courtyard um it was a long standoff waiting for you guys yeah we opened up this gate so he could has the freedom to leave yes and the the uh the rest the other the three of us that blocking keeping him from going in the other direction but that way yeah and his intention the whole time was he yelling that he wanted to get into the building is that no he hasn't it it seemed like he wanted he was talking about it yeah that was actually trying to kill him or something he thought you're like after him for uh yeah so okay excuse me what are you running towards right now over there just just try to jump over the fence inside looking out yeah uh yeah as well you're good okay so he entered okay Enter defense area I'm awfully and refused but at least happy birthday and then articulate the building as well if you want yeah he's armed with a knife he's not married but he's sitting there like actively while he's inside like opening closing or whatever and assaulted stuff yeah but she doesn't want to be a victim of Lucasville but you good yeah pretty clear I want to follow you guys then yeah it was recording this thing and I'm not sure if he still is they took him back 14. I'm not so the other day this guy came and he said he was a missing child you guys took him back and I was back again not sure if he's reported missing again yeah he's 14. um I'm just spotting everything to come with us um the other way I mean we can take them back but take them backward to his house what's your name bud yeah we'll be in that we'll be back
