hey sydney hey it's alexander there i'll come chat with him in a minute i can chat with you if you want what's going on i'm just having a hard morning okay basil it's okay um i'm trying to move out of my house my parents just yelling at me and just not communicating in a safe way i'm trying to my mom and i are in the process of like finding a subletter and packing up stuff and i'm trying to like leave this morning to go on errands and like change my address to her house and they are just yelling at me they're not doing anything they're just yelling at me and i specifically told them this is making a home an unsafe space if you make the home an unsafe space by yelling i need you to stop where i'm gonna not allowed to escalate and call law enforcement before and it's never escalated but sure and there's no violence of any form but i wha what can we do today i'm just looking to try and get resources through like tv sas like just i have a lot of past trauma from a previous relationship okay um not related to this one yeah uh i've just been looking for resources i think i mentioned that to the responder on the phone that i really was looking for some like mental health resources to like out for okay um i'm going through that actually yeah like what they're doing so i have a pamphlet that's got contact information for them can i get that for you that would be amazing okay i would really appreciate it yeah absolutely do you have a third party that can come here and help you today to help move out my mom's on your way here now my partner's actually leaving to go to work here in 10 minutes they're packing up their bags and i don't want to make them late but yeah they're they have a job they're leaving soon yeah okay it was just a morning after you tried to did he want to talk to us as well at all or is it just you if you want to grab a pamper for her she'd like to have one yeah alex did you want to talk to us too okay it's up to you so um i'll come chat with you she would just like a dvd pamphlet if you could grab one for her for some contact resources so uh just so i'm not near the dog did you just want to come talk to me that's fine you're not in trouble she spoke with me and i'm offering you the same give me a chance to do that as well so obviously there's no crime they were just offering resources and help and see what we can do to help the situation so yeah she mentioned you guys are going through some stuff there's some yelling earlier i get that yeah she's there yeah um but what can we do to help you i we need to have a comfortable separation and have some space sure um we've had some communication issues and some you know what can we do to help you guys facilitate what's going on today and just don't make sure things don't escalate and um what resources can we offer yeah yeah i mean i definitely um i've been looking into trying to start some therapy um obviously there's a big financial word in there just assistance with resources is really the main thing i'm kind of like helping that push yeah so dbsas would also be appropriate for you as well if you want to contact them um they can offer you the same resources as heard and facilitate that with advocates and help find appropriate avenues for for whatever you're looking for they can kind of help those appropriate avenues if that makes sense she mentioned you're leaving to work here shortly and she's got a third party coming here to help out too which is always great um does that all make sense to you okay yeah do you have any other questions for us as well and you can just contact them at your um your leisure i know you're going to work now so now it's probably not an appropriate time but you can contact them on your own timeline see what they can do to help you as well make sense yeah okay thank you yeah absolutely nice meeting absolutely [Applause] three one by five i got him thank you so much absolutely that's the phone number there you can just call them at your own uh timeline and talk to an advocate there and they can help you with the appropriate avenues and resources that you need okay yeah absolutely so hey alex hey got the bamboo board yep you're good okay there you go it's got the phone number on there just contact them they're really great to work with and they'll get you the appropriate avenues for all the resources that you need okay oh it's not my normal car i was like where did they keep them in this car yeah it's not good okay i'll put it back in my effects
