video and Bellingham PD not us the sheriff's office determin that you were the primary aggressor that's what's going on here okay this is from like four years ago right 2022 so one year is is when I missed court and that's what all this is do did you ever go to court for this no I didn't even speak to a police officer not once so I haven't been charged did you leave the scene I no you were charged yeah yeah I guess so I I haven't spoken with anybody this is the first I know that I'm being charged with anything yeah he so they probably had prob cause for out and I got in my vehicle and left yeah so they probably had probable cause for your arrest they couldn't find you because you're homeless and then it went to Warrant okay and this is probably the first time you've been contacted by the police since then okay so now you have to go yeah yeah talk to a judge and a judge will set bail for you and probably a future court date okay okay um okay that's where we're at and you complete your your case no no no this is by no means you guys are just picking me up I fully understand I'm just this is news to me so I'm very confused that well hopefully I was able to shed a little
