record since we got people victimized here yeah you guys i don't see that all black yeah just letting you guys know i'm recording since there's gonna be statements on something like this obviously so this is our dude right here there he is you guys think he caught up with him he did no i watched him i watched him talk about the cop not yet i thought i had him down there but kind of a look alike he had tan pants on everything else matched so the guy in all black if you watch for just a little bit he went over and was acting like he was looking at alcohol and customer service when you guys were good yep the one that just went that way and then he ran and caught up with him down when he was walking between value village and meridian but he was the one that i was going to call to you guys about um he was on 10a and then i sent you a photo pocket did a bunch of stuff and yeah he had a bunch of almost positive bunch of stuff in his pockets i didn't see him so how did it go down you guys chat with him outside the store well no we watched him start opening stuff uh inside the store um and to prevent them from continuously destroying stuff we just kick them out instead of you know it's trying some trying to prevent the loss yeah instead of just getting you know instead of dragging him in for a trespass for him you know so we just verbally trespassed him um i kicked them out um on aisle nine here okay uh you just told him hey why yeah i have the because he left the box on this aisle i would caught up with him and i was like hey i saw you open this give him back and get out he's like i don't know what you're talking about and i was like get my stuff back and get out he's like no and then he starts he's like i don't have anything and then he starts walking here and i told him i'm like dude if you walk out of my doors without giving him back i'm gonna drag you in my office and then he just tosses them on the ground okay and then um and then i we escorted him out and you know he's just talk he squared up with me right here and then okay squared up with us right outside like dropping his backpack because he just you know it's just he yeah i did like he was gonna fight us what he said was you're lucky i don't have my knife you got it got it so most likely disorderly when he squares up with you yeah what i'm hearing okay is that right sounds like yeah like out of posture yeah he thought like he uh okay uh yeah dispatch made it sound maybe a little different about the the threats part so i'm glad you guys can clear that up uh all right because all i heard was night yeah yeah and so i was there she was bad she's the one that called she was not that good because i'm because i'm almost like to me i'm like i'm so sick and tired of dealing with them that anytime i see these guys in a situation like that i'm just going to call 9-1-1 so hopefully to prevent anything you know that for sure yeah i'm going to turn the camera off while i go through the administrative parts then and the recording statements are done okay
