you're not drunk and you're good to drive it I want to take you in for DUI no I could pass it's just that I was just the one that I'm gonna level the I can't pass I could pass I know what you're talking about it's just that I'm the one because my permission is fail someone else all right let's let's get down and then we can see if we can call someone to pick up the car and the kids okay yeah and because I know you guys want to and I don't want that because the kids don't know that her mom doesn't know that her mom this far away and her mom was expecting the expensive honestly I know I know how it was you know I know how you guys are going to check that's what I said yeah well you said you had warrants and from what I can hear didn't sound like something that the jail would take on that's just it I'd rather just cut someone like if you guys let me just cut someone like honestly because I'm being straight up I swear to God like I said I'm homeless the mom doesn't know that I'm homeless honestly dude this is like I don't know I don't know how you guys live you guys life I just got home it's like just like a month ago her mom is thinking that I'm living a good life and pick up my kids every once a week and tell her that I'm living okay she doesn't know that I'm leave it okay I just started hey I just can't have my kids over here because I'm gonna do the cake okay I'm not live step on over here to my car for a second okay that's what people are living in your car right now yes I have a Ford 2002 Mustang my stuff is packing right there like if we go to my house at my because you know that's what I lived but I usually me and my mom since with it but all right man I appreciate you being honest with you so far I'm swear to God I'm not alive I just don't want them to know that how much do you think you'd like for them just like at least um foreign like I said I've always been my kids those I show you guys to feel hard work to do uh no so it sounds like you were the only one who has a cell phone correct so no my phone is set it and my photos I just served but I got like tomorrow [Applause] thank you every Friday or was Northwest respite stuff that's it or whatever I have to see it I didn't want them zero Levels by someone I just can't do nothing anymore well you already said you're not going to pass the field sobriety test which is the eye test and the walking trail you don't want to take those you think you're high yeah you want to see where you're at volunteering it can't be used in court do that I got scared okay when you're ready just wrap your lips around the tube blow and Go full inhale go exhale as long as you can um is it high uh it's got to calibrate yeah so do you have someone we can call yeah okay do you want to give us a number yeah listen for a second okay all right angel you have the right term being silent anything you say can we use against in the court of law you have to write this time to talk to your lawyer and having present with you while you're being questioned if you can't afford to hire a lawyer it wouldn't be a point to represent you before questioning if you wish you can decide to enter time to exercise these rights or not answer any questions or make any statements do you understand you should just rights to explain to you you still want to talk to me um I understand your rights do you still want to talk to me yes I will let me just find a bag for your stuff and I'll be right back there we'll call once we get to the jail okay what kind of phone is it my iPhone it's an iPhone the one that I just don't want you about homeless that's right yeah sorry that you're in a shitty situation you still can't be out driving drunk yeah I know that's what I say that's especially your kids in the apartment yeah that's what I said no no I know I know I was driving safe it's just I was known as like well I mean let me be honest with you when I was behind you on hand again there you were swerving yeah yeah I'm not lame that's specific right and I wasn't sure if you're on your phone or what the deal is but now I can clearly see it yeah and I'm trying to get charged for the book already from a probation
