I'll just talk to you real briefly so just kind of give me a rundown of what happened here this afternoon I don't I came home just as all everybody showed up and the neighbor lady's daughter said she saw heard a gunshot and I saw him over there my husband told me that he came up on the deck and threatened him and this is Vincent that came up on the deck did he say what Vincent said to him I'm going to kill him and stuff he's been doing that for the last what how many years okay so what what's the beef between Vincent and and and Wayne he Wayne stands up to him and he doesn't like that he tells him to go away okay I go outside and he comes out on his deck I don't know how he knows I'm out there and he goes hello Sandra want to watch porn I like go away and shut up okay and then this guy that was here Matt Ruff the homeless guy he'd come up to the door one day and asked if he had guns and I says I don't know why he goes cuz he's threatened to kill you and your husband and anybody around here so so Matt can't told you that today no it was last week okay last week that Matt did somewhere in there cuz he he he's gone I don't know where he went to okay do you know where Matt hangs out at he he was staying here in his car okay and when you say Matt Ruff are we talking like r o u g h or Ru FF or something r u FF okay okay does that name sound familiar do you very common okay we know what he is okay and then so that was sometime last week did did you guys call the Sheriff's Office to report it he keeps doing stuff like that he's been doing that ever since he moved here he's how long has Vince been here I don't know he's been here at least six years six years okay so a while yeah he's he's vandalized her van okay he's come up on the deck and throwing rocks off the deck at the van probably I don't know what he was throwing them at for okay and then any idea what prompted Vince to come up on the porch today has he done that before he's been all yeah he was up there one day throwing 5:00 in the morning throwing rocks off of it okay Wayne got up and chased him off okay he's been over Bugg and the people behind us at night banging on their door okay and then did Wayne say where he was standing at when he shot uh he was there and he was up on he just got up on the deck and then Vince was obviously there no Vince probably ran away okay so Wayne didn't say exactly where Vince was when he shot him he said he was standing there he came Vince was up on the deck yelling about he's going to do something to him so he came out and he said he shot so as far as far as you know he was shot on the deck and then then then spawned up over there okay looks like he was running that way okay cuz he was on his stomach I I when I come home it just happened not even a couple few minutes before I got here where where was Wayne when you got home he in the house okay and locked and uh and he used a shotgun okay you know what kind of shotgun it is this an old uh it's a double double barrel it's a double barrel I think there's one I'm not sure okay and where do you know where that is right now yeah it's in the kitchen up against the cabinet I took it away from him okay you took it away from Wayne yeah was so he was holding onto it no he had it sitting in the bedroom where he usually keeps it okay any other Firearms or weapons in the house just that that double barrel shotgun okay okay and then ammunition for that do you know where that's kept that's in the bedroom we at in the bedroom it's on the nightstand and he's got a he calls it his bandalero it's got all the shotgun shells on so all the ammunition for that shotgun are in that little bandalero over over by the nightstand oh it's hanging on the wall hanging on the wall by the nightstand it's in the bedroom in the bedroom okay okay all right so so obviously we're going to be doing some search warrants and things like that to for for what we need you can go in there and look all you want I don't care no I I understand that so our our prosecutor likes warrants and so that's what we're going to do so we're going to work as quickly as possible um so obviously your van is here so we need that so is there like a neighbor that you can go maybe sit at their house for a little bit while we do our thing no okay any friends nearby that we can maybe take you to or anything like that no okay you be okay I probably go over the neighbors but you don't want to bug them no okay all right well he I've told everybody he has PTSD okay he's had a stroke he's had two SE and I think he had another stroke and all he's been doing lately is talking about his past is when he was a police officer in Georgia okay and all the stuff he did back then and is he on any type of medications yeah they just gave him some what what is that medication for okay so like obviously we need to have you just kind of hang out here for a little bit so um like if you decide you want to go to a neighbor's house for a little bit I'm perfectly fine with that just let us know where you're going to be and and like I said we'll then house is currently unlocked yeah okay there's three cats in there so you got careful we'll make sure we don't let them out there a little black one tries to get out all the time okay we we I know how that goes so we'll make sure be careful that bed hiding okay so uh shotgun is in the kitchen yeah it's leaning against the kitchen sink and the bandalero of the shells is in the bedroom hanging up on the wall yeah okay and that's and that's clearly visible when we walk in we'll be able to see it when you walk the door look this way you get a cell phone oh no I have one but U Matthew stole my sim sim card okay oh what what is your phone okay and then uh does Wayne have a cell phone no that so that's your guys's only phone is yourself okay it's not a cell phone it's a land it's a it's off the internet oh ular internet phone okay okay all right sitting up there charge it too the table I I I think we're good so uh so Sigmar wants to do obviously search one for the house so we got shotgun in there uh a Bandelier with shotgun shells supposedly it's a double barrel uh that's in the kitchen um probably need he's got some meds in there we'll need to take so we'll probably just document that and then we'll take it when we for booking into jail um you say we were going to go in there and grab the meds first before we take him or when we take him well if we could so yeah why don't we do that when we take him when we go and take his meds so maybe um um she said there as long as I think we have the okay she gives us verbal consent to go get his meds or he does just go in get the meds she sets in a Right Aid bag she said kitchen living room or the bedroom um grab his meds so he has those or realistically well you know what let's yeah M at the jail anyway no we'll uh we'll have have to go for a yeah yeah so um but I mean we can always get his meds bring him to the jail later I can do that later on today so that would be the only thing I don't want to take his meds but we want to make sure we document because EV he's got some he's a retired Georgia cop and has PTSD for whatever reason and he takes meds for that diabetes yeah so we want to document that um want to transport him whenever Dane's ready okay I want two to go with him okay so Ean ean's at the office waiting for for him to arrive so he can meet Dan at the hospital are you gonna are you you go to the hospital first if he's got diabetes cholesterol or I think diabetes is like automatic but if we take him to the so the concern is if we take him to the hospital for f from a jail he may not want to talk okay that's a concern I'd rather have him go to the office for oh you want an interview yes let's take him to the office for an interview and then then we'll take him to the okay right yeah okay I can have Austin follow him in yeah okay that is that okay to do now yeah go ahead and take him to like said Francis is waiting waiting for the guys to show up with them okay and do the interview and then we can do the fit after that okay and then um Sigmar wants to do a warrant for the curtilage for the uh for Vince's place over there so I mean it's as far as I'm told um Vince comes over they've been having dispute for years whatever was being said Vince came over today um and said I'm GNA kill you and Wayne there shot him supposedly on the deck not 100% sure of that and then he ran over there so I don't know there's no cameras or here she she told me neighbors back behind back windows we don't know if it points okay well I said we're Troy now we'll do we'll do a canvas the neighborhood once once you guys are um start uh processing we'll do the canvas and uh yeah so anyway house some in she came out after hearing The Gunshot and hearing him moan in pain and asked him why you shooting he said cuz he's an assho who said that Wayne said that Wayne told yes she the the guy the gy on the end yeah okay she I have all her on the disat line yeah so we're try now probably will do a canvas and talk to people here and stuff so okay I'm gonna go start the war now so it just sounds like you here for crime scene I think I'm here for Crime uh scene security okay you have a log or you need one I do not have one what I'm going to go start the war now so it should be pretty quick because it sound like he came over threaten version of a band says that he came over threaten this guy threat to kill him scanning yeah they got scanner the doing drone they're going to help us out with the simple stuff do all the digital stuff photography scanning drone and then we'll do that you know we'll do obviously do the collecting of evidence and and stuff like that but they're they're here to help us since we're short staffed and then that way you and Todd can probably run it as far as our angle with processing you know knowing what to do and look for and then I'll free up
