hello officer Al fale Police Department reason I'm stopped in today is a registered owner has a suspended driver's license I you are you the owner of the car yes okay do you have your ID on you or a copy of your driver's license yeah that's weird okay do you have registration and insurance for the car uh I have the registration but I do not have insurance yet yeah that's weird I got my license like years 2 years ago yeah okay Zeta what's a good phone number for you all right sit TI a minute okay [Music] Zeta so Zeta it does look like it's suspended for some type of failure to pay fines okay kind of fine uh it doesn't tell me what kind of fine but there's a failure to pay a fine [Music] there okay um what I would recommend doing is calling the Department of Licensing they'll have more information as to why it's suspended and what you need to do to get that resoled yeah yeah yeah I paid my past tickets if that's what it is I it just says failure to pay fines so again it doesn't tell me what that fine is if it's a clerical issue on their end they'll be able to figure that out right now I have you set up for court October 27th at 9:00 a.m. o okay if this is a clerical issue and they're able to figure that out bring that documentation with you and this goes away right cuz then it's their fault yeah right technically no legally not allowed is there somebody that could come pick you up uh no actually okay well here's the deal I mean legally you're not allowed to drive it's a failure to pay fines right you're not suspended first because of like a dii or suspended second right um I'm not going to babysit you yeah okay what you choose to do is what you choose to do just know right now if somebody runs your license plate you come back as a suspended driver right away okay I just don't know what it is that call do tomorrow morning tomorrow morning yeah okay and they'll be able to have answers for you and provide some direction as to what to do to resolve it okay and that that always goes a long way with the judge too if you're showing accountability and that you're trying to get on top of it and figure out what's going on yeah um that goes a long way okay okay any questions for me um is this a ticket yeah yeah uh suspended driver's license and no insurance okay all right be safe tonight okay [Applause] down
