what's going on um I was driving by um and I saw him put his C right there and I was like hey man um you know you're hold the guy right there hold there oh he's just employee yeah um um I was like hey man like did the heart thing is right there okay and he was like you and he got into his car and I was like okay I mean whatever and I started driving um he got in his car and he started backing up and backed right into my car um and he was like well I'm going to call the cops on you cuz you're telling me what to do um so I I mean I stopped my car cuz he ran into me and he called the cops on me and I got out to look and he ran in he almost hit me um he almost ran right into me okay so when you were here you're looking at that and I I went to go I was like wow you know minut lication proof Insurance on there I have a picture I take a picture of them hitting me okay right uh of them touching like their car not only like uh being near but touching my car like when I hit it do you have your license registration proof Insurance please yeah yeah absolutely um and um when I went to go I don't I don't know if anyone yeah again yeah um so I guess how long were you blocking the car before it hit yours um 10 seconds uh I slowed down the car mhm I was like hey man let's you know so how did you get out to say that or did you say it through the window or how did you oh I was already driving so so you're driving you see leave the carart there and then what did you do you stop here yeah I slow down I like hey man you set it through the window yeah or well from the driver seat okay and he I was like hey man and he's and he was outside the car he was getting into the car okay he tells you he tells you to f off can I come over here just yeah I was going to get my I guess I can go on my yeah um uh halfway in the car you know like hey man like it's you know it's right there I was going to keep moving you know I just thought it was rude keep moving I wasn't going to force him to do it okay um and he was like [ __ ] you and he's backed right into my car um I was like just like okay and I I get my phone um and then they called the cops gave them my info um what up right scks out further that sticks out further that's not what that's from so you don't think it's from the car no okay doesn't match up at all see look touching the car yeah that's look like it's down lower though look where that trim is that's that trim piece right down on the bottom it's touching well down below yeah so you can see the the trim here so it looks like you're touching there maybe that okay yeah I couldn't tell it I just actually I don't think that's it yeah whichever one I I just only hit the car uh okay I'll give you that yeah I yep do you do you have your uh insurance the sortly in private lot yeah I guess I think so obstructing vehicular traffic so I mean we can exchange information but uh I don't think there's no other correct so I'm just trying to understand so I obviously wasn't there so you're here you're in the in the driver's seat hey move your stuff he tells you to f off and then starts backing out and then do you get out there is that when you see the car hitting you got the picture from outside the car yeah I heard him hit it okay gotcha um so I I was you know like wow he you know turned around he hit it so I went out and I okay and then you know took a picture just in case he uh okay and then you guys kind of just stayed here and and talk smack to each other orever I mean whatever he went forward and I you know went to go look and he started to run into me so I got jump out of the way okay um okay yeah that looks that looks fine ins oh you get your insurance so here's where I'm at I don't think I had this sorder like she's like hey pick up the cart like f you and then then immediately backs out the car so she can stay here staying here while yeah it's the Collision while the Collision happen I think is reasonable absolutely so so he said that she was walking for 20 minutes before out so that's where we have to determine that time be camera see how long so the story here is he says hey put your cart back he says F you gets in the car and immediately backs out and hits her hits the car so not enough like not really blocking them in but more just like contaced him needs to wait for traffic to clear so I don't at least from the story here I don't have disorderly um because I once the Collision occurs I think they're good to stay as is um and so just exchange information and they can all go on their way um so I'm going to get insurance information here um um and let me get a current so the resolution for this is going to be a private property Collision um and then we are going to um exchange information um insurance information and then go um our separate ways good does that sound reasonable to you yeah that dude scares me yeah I think he's got some some issues dude was like 5 in from hitting me with this car gotta like I would have been in the hospital and and just I just want to make sure understand you correctly um that the you are say hey put your card back he then almost immediately gets in his car and backs out and hits yours not very much time elapsed correct okay okay correct I I thought it was you know a normal MH is your is your uh legal name Patrick is this your vehicle oh no that's the person I bought it from got you so this is this is old oh yeah these are old old okay yeah is that your driver's license can I see that the first dri's license and then yeah see if you can find some insurance documents have you seen that on like YouTube like cart ARS or whatever no I didn't know yeah they'll stay at like a obviously obviously judge people with they do that but take no so it's like do anything I don't know if they're real or fake but like they go to like the parking lot right and do this right put your cart back and people get really mad about it usually they're on foot with their cell phone but like and like one guy was like took it like I'm a cartar and like he like acted like he was like like had like a uniform and stuff like that like I think some of it's like stag or super but it's like okay so it's like the repo Wars yes ex that's what I took it as like d was just too much um that guy seems angry an angry dude I I don't I don't think he was
