Police showed up at this man's home claiming he failed to appear in court even though he said he was never notified and had been told the town hall was closed. The officers insisted a warrant existed but refused to show it unless he came outside while repeatedly pressuring him to go with them immediately. Instead of explaining clear options, they threatened jail time, towing his car, and 3 days in a holding center if he did not comply. The man calmly questioned how he could miss a court date he was never informed about and pointed out past false arrests. As the officers grew more aggressive, it became clear they were more interested in control than resolving the issue fairly. Watch how their threats and intimidation completely backfired. Yeah? You have a false arrest. Huh? I need to talk to you. I can hear you. What's up? You got a warrant. You got to come out and talk to A warrant? For what? Failure to appear out of North Collins. If somebody picks you up at a traffic stop, they're impounding your car and holding it and you're going downtown so you can see the judge. Well, if you Here's the thing, I can we can do this thing in the next 35 minutes and be done with it or you can then pay for the tow job, the impound fees, and all the other nonsense and it could be really inconvenient for you if somebody picks you up that way. I have a friend that's on the way here. He picked me up to do some work for him and I you know, I think I might need a witness to this because I've been arrested false falsely arrested twice and and last year and I still have not seen a warrant, you know? This encounter showed exactly how police use confusion and fear to push compliance. They refused to show proof, kept changing their story, and relied on threats instead of facts. The man stayed calm, questioned everything, and exposed how broken and abusive this process really is. This is why knowing your rights and not trusting empty police claims matters.
