let you go um or the jail that you go once you sober up tonight you know no but you can't have anything in your system so once you once you get to the jail they're going to require you before you leave before they release you um to blow zeros on their portable plus size and they have that maybe that yellow foreign there all right they they will they have the same thing at the jail and they're going to give you have you blow into that it's not against you so don't think it's good if you can it can't be used against you it's just for them to be able to um release you okay so this I put with your documents this is a right request to a DUI hearing um licensing this is a notice of it hearing this thing I have been given written notice of my right to a hearing including the steps required to obtain a hearing and understand that the notice of suspension revocation or denial for of license will be mailed to the address of record on file with the Department of Licensing just that I gave that to you no that's for you this is for me yep you read through all this and you send it to the department license if you wish for a hearing this is a request for a DUI hearing with the department of license so this means if I don't have a hearing means if they want to get rid of or anything or or yeah you can do that but that you have to this is separate from the courts there's a chance that I could appeal are there any things that they might have to affect your driver's license it's going to affect the money I'm going to lose my job and that's the problem big time so this thing sign there that I gave that to you the court the date is 9 6 2022. so September all right the first thing I can either sell it out you could yeah all right I got some paperwork to do a slow citation and then
