we're looking at reckless driving hit and run the fire's sign was hit causing them to fall down and get injured So based off of what I've been told and based off the investigation the officers have right you're under arrest said he's parked there right right license plate number okay um I do have a video of him coming at me did it hit you or um he was obnoxious down there so I got my video camera out and I'm pointing everybody over down there in the shade he came right at me just kneeling the gas I swear with the last second hit his paddle and he fell backwards he paddled his hand everywhere okay oh my gosh okay this is all I have is him oh oh I'm gonna get this information uh to my partners real quick and then I'll take a look at that I think we're good for PC and salt too close she popped all the way so even on your vehicular Soul you're gonna have to meet the substantial bodily so you think we're fine with four I think if you're looking at more over four a reckless driving unit before yeah his injuries are not there and I asked you want to press charges he said yeah because of the injuries I was thinking like yeah but you could even look at breakfast and danger man but I'm gonna greet these guys and drop into meter though brief those guys yeah up there oh yeah I'm gonna call and back you keep looking doing your thing I'll let them know okay would be able to identify him if they saw him and I can run them up there okay yeah were you able to see the driver of the truck I did yeah um would you be able to identify them again if he's on yeah okay older gentlemen I think he had a beard I'm pretty sure okay um that witness though she she I described him and she's like yep that's him she was in line with traffic as he was flipping everybody off down there okay so I told the flagger to send her traffic and I would stop him if I needed to and I'd go inside and just pushing him over and he'd come right at me and passed me at the last one yeah white black uh yeah um not far okay okay would you be able to identify the guys would you recognize them okay thank you uh he says he can't he can't be able to um do you want me to call this witness or do you think Billy got enough um she was just in line and saw the guy yeah but then his son like she was back in the line so then she saw me away and she and then I guess she saw the truck again other um I'll hold on to that and I'll make a phone call um will you go and that's a curve yeah you guys got pictures and everything no I don't have any pictures yep okay okay radio his injuries and I get some pictures of your injuries or anywhere that you got pain okay my camera here real quick then I'll just start from the front just so they know who I'm taking a picture of okay and then on this arm here all right anywhere else it's just this arm hurt this arm a little bit lower fine but do you have any bruising or anything no I I had them look in Texas because they said now okay okay um so I take a picture of the radio um anything else it's damaged um would you like to fill out our statement form about what happened and get your statement I was just looking to see if there's any new oh that is brand new shattered my helmet I'll let her friends yep yep my friends are good I'm gonna grab you a form uh just a statement about what happened to fill out what happened any injuries and then include the items and then there's your signals respond at the bottom okay this is the one lady statement the other driver um yeah your other co-worker she gave me that contact over here I'm just going to be right under this part if you've got any questions so how did she find out that she runs in the neighborhood and sees that truck all the time oh shoot yourself with Johnny yeah I think they were in the car trying to get home and she recognized the truck from when she goes on a road that's cool yeah how's it coming I'm very detailed no last time I loved it but it takes a minute while you're finishing the roads where I live uh you give me a couple landmarks I can get you anywhere but I know where I'm at [ __ ] so well by flaggers to himself too never paid attention what isn't that awesome yeah so
