have any anything she clear she's clear she did she actually walk in uh he said he she opened the door and walked out he talk to there you guys they're not wanting to no trespass or nothing not even just like get a tresp I can talk to him real quick he just gave me a real quick glance and stuff go ask her if wants trespass or not okay she says she wants to go to the hospital which doesn't feel good I she need a medical attention what's going on Dan I don't know well what's wrong if you're asking my guy's medical attention what's wrong um you're sick you're not feeling good hey be recorded okay um are you guys wanting to trespass from your property what's that are you guys wanting her trespass from your property so technically if she does come back into your property we can arrest you for trespassing oh apparent I I think um I don't know I guess one of the officers kind of recognizes her and she's saying that this is her house so I don't know if she'll come back again or not cuz she's believing this is her home oh she well it isn't it belongs to the church yeah so that's why we're asking I don't know if you guys are wanting to trespass from the property or you guys want anything done I well we don't want her to come back inside the house just walk in like she did I don't want that yeah like I said say she thought this was her house is she hi I I don't think so I I think she's just not processing she's got something mentally going on yeah I don't want her to come in the house just to walk in the house I don't want that that will scare me that would also like I said yeah I mean that's also includes if we do get her trespass that's also including your property here right um so if she does come back even in your property area then we can get her arrested for that so would that help get her some help I mean at this point there's only so much we can do I mean we can um provide all these you know um we we can only do so much right we can get the hospital involved but that's kind of you know she's talking about FBI and just all these other things and it's one of those things where you know we can only do so much we can offer the resource but it's up to them if they want to take it or not you know and it's one of those things where we're not we can't basically Force somebody to get the help right you know even though it sucks but I understand that I used to work in that system so I I do want the trespassing cuz I don't want her to come in just feel like she can just come yeah and and that's that it's totally correct um I feel sorry for her but yeah how long you guys wanted to trespass for I mean it's up to you guys if you guys want to do it definitely a year two years it's up to you guys well yeah two years would cover us I think uh two years two years yeah years two years by that time she might yeah I I I personally never seen her so it's one of those things where I so I think she just kind of came comes and goes okay okay um let me fail some paperwork and then I'll be right back okay okay all right all right di so um pretty much saying here is that you are trespass with this proper for two years as of today okay so that means if you come back to this property leave in that house you will be arresting trespass okay you understand that okay so if you understand I'm just going to have you assign there pretty much as me that I told you about the trespassing form and all only to want to trespass okay okay
