back there that's where I was at before I started driving for him he couldn't see so I started driving for him okay so so here's where we're at okay at the very least right now I have you with no valid driver license without any form of identification that's a criminal offense if you are not straight with me I will book you into jail for that what's your real name s what's your real license Brown okay have you ever had a driver's license in the state of Washington no California okay you have no warrants or anything like that why would you hide in the back seat I wasn't I was just laying down back there cuz I thought you guys going to take a minute to be honest with you your friend totally gave you up that's fine I didn't why was I hiding you literally hit under the blankets no I have my jacket over me all right so you understand it's high unusual and very suspicious that you would hop out of the driver's seat tell him to get in the driver's seat and jump in the back seat listen his driver he was driving before I started driving for him he couldn't see so I started driving for him his vision has messed up at night time okay but as soon as you get pulled over you hop in the back seat and try and hide no I wasn't hi I told you I thought you were going to take a while so I just thought in the back seat and lay down okay it's late I'm tired all right just sit tight uh he's clear he just has a soda order I'm not worried about him worried about her I got two tickets for not Insurance well you weren't driving okay I know but so you're not detained I took the keys cuz you told me she was still in there so I don't say I said it for sure for sure and not to in the car or anything like that I appreciate it man right I just needed the information that I needed so this she's going through she's going through a lot with her do you actually not know her last name cuz I'm going to find out one or another I know you're going to find out I just met her like I don't I just know herbody Ser did she tell you she had a warrant yeah okay when did she say that today no she she told me before she had War but um I think she's it's a DLC War gotcha um I appreciate you being cool like I said you're totally free to go all right man she she's not getting let go today so there's no point in waiting so all right step out for me at this time you are under arrest okay why am I getting out because I have to search you oh you see just searched me didn't you nope I did not even oh well you did right I did I did a pat down to make sure you didn't have any weapons or anything like that this is a full search before we go to jail do you have anything on you no I don't okay any Contraband or anything like that nope I don't all right cuz it will be a whole separate new Fillon charge I understand all right so you are under arrest for the doc you're also going to get charged with obstruction for providing me a false name you're also going to get charged with suspended license okay okay do B you have my phone yeah I have your phone
