right there this white Hyundai yeah 5136 play boy David Union 9761 is going towards the Safeway pumps right now thank you were you the one that called uh I'm the one that called yes okay what did you see uh I was it was reported to me by a fellow employee that they had a gun down toward I believe that they got in that white car right there okay can you got to tell me more um he reported me they had a weapon they got can you show me where the vies it's driving towards the Starbucks in the parking lot I'm going to go try to get PC so our security is are the ones got that white Hyundai that's over by I'll stop I'll go get PC yep they they got in here with our security and our GM manager saw a weapon is that then that so this is one of the one of the gentlemen that this guy right here you're not security I thought you our security we undercover okay yeah so he knows the story um man I was just outside I was waiting for the call whether we're going to stop them or not cuz they were seeing a stealing our LP had all their elements um and then they started making some noise up front I couldn't see anything cuz I'm waiting outside cuz I did they f with you no okay did you see a gun or anything no I didn't see aun did they fight with anyone no okay so where did this whole they were fighting with security one had a gun thing come from he was outside he was one of the black kids okay he said he had a gun he went like this he got up me like this and he was like punch me I'm like I'm not going to punch you like the [ __ ] and he was like against him I pressing charge he didn't punch me but okay so he threatened you did that cause any Fe you don't want press charges at all okay 536 no PC cool uh can I get you all his information just cuz we're going to do a report about this B is her GM manager and she actually saw a weapon a gun no I saw someone reaching for a gun saying I'll po I got you so where we're at is we have potentially a victim here he doesn't want to press charges against him so we're just going to do it in report about this at this time we get at a minimum trespass from the premises permanently so we got to we got to look at the totality of this right if one of them does have a gun we get into shooting with them for just a small and I'm not saying trespassing isn't a big thing but our legal Authority for trespassing versus potentially felony harassment than threatening with a gun a little different I think they are going well we have to have the victim who doesn't want to press charges so that's why our legal Authority at that point we could try to stop them for trespassing Although our governmental interest at that point isn't super big on that I know that might not make sense but in terms of our liil you know you know what you're doing so me they come back well they threaten to come back and they threaten people on the night shift they steal from us every single day thank you I think it at the I I watched them walk out to the corner and then I stopped watching them like I think they crossed that street into that there's betterway High School down the street high and can I just grab your name or ID please what number are you uh [Music] 5136 then what's a good phone number for y'all we could do the store number too the store number is 253 839 850 free yeah so one of our officers is trying to catch up to and stop it right now um we could try to do the trespass route if they do stop however if they don't stop we can't pursue for for trespass yeah so if they come lights on they're not stopping you guys gun on got lights behind them and they're not stopping yeah so we current laws we unless it's a violent felony crime they come back no I mean gave us a little bit of leeway but for trespassing that's not a viy crime I pursue so they come back give us a call okay guys all right I appreciate your response thank you so much for here let me get you a case number for this though before I go 3 number we feel harassed by them they are in here daily threatening the women that are in line with try to get their then they also threaten to come back and pop the night manager who doesn't feel comfortable working anymore I mean at what point so I'll be we pay you guys to just sit here you guys can make a rest all day one yeah if the other guy wanted to press that changes things but because he doesn't want to lose he works for a private security department works for us so I don't understand it's just we we loseth on backr for that I think he's undercover so he probably doesn't want his name out there or something I they're looking for major stuff and this is probably 24-100 that's a good number is a beginning of new year is that how it goes I'll put this on my desk and if there's any other problems I'll call you guys thank you for your time thank you guys
