They don't want that stuff muted. >> Yeah, fair enough. >> He is still barricaded himself in the apartment. Still armed. Um there shot fire. He's been actively shooting at us for about 45 minutes. I'm well aware it's not ending probably very well. >> A negotiator has contacted Logan via phone. Logan spoke about time spent in prison due to a past felony robbery and a high-speed chase. He also shared the reason he came over was to kill the male staying at her apartment. The negotiator attempts to keep Logan busy while officers formulate a plan to extract him from the apartment safely. But the situation takes a turn for the worse. >> Like he just put himself inside. He said he was going to >> can't hear. >> He just shot. He may have just 10 to seven himself. >> He said, "You think I'm playing around and fired a shot?" >> No, he's still talking. >> He wants to talk to the girl. >> He's shooting out of this apartment up there that's lit up. So, you might want to move back into the house somewhere. >> Back it down or something. >> What do you see from here? Nothing. You got absolute all over here. >> Y'all going to follow me. Okay. We're going to go get on the bus away from this area. Maybe y'all can see it for a little while. Okay. >> Blue. Blue. Blue. I don't like this. He's going to appear pan this window here in a minute.
