taking place is that officer uh Leland tried to contact me m and I said well I have an attorney cuz he was wanting to bring you in for questioning right yeah you don't so at this point you've invoked your rights so you don't have to talk to us we're not going to ask any questions about anything yeah please you guys you can go and take over there please um but um wait what about his blood pressure you going yep we're going to go we're going to go get that do you want to go grab those right now we'll wait for you you can ask me questions while we walk back it really hurts you'll be able to contact him at the jail oh wait I know what I was going to say what happened is is he are you just going to go book and then B and we can go pick him up so we're done talking for now okay so we're seem like the probable cause after David and stuff like that that's a great question for the lawyer I don't I don't deal with any of that we just it's not like you don't when you serve an arrest warrant you don't have like where's the arrest warrant so we don't have an arrest warrant it's just a probable cause that we're arresting him on so but why I thought you couldn't arrest someone without an um an arrest War nope we absolutely can arrest on a probable cause oh okay yep so there's a probable cause affidavit somewhere correct you don't have to show him we do not no we give it to the jail and his attorney will have access to it at that point okay a and you're not allowed to give it to anyone else like if I asked to look at it I'm not required to give it to any you're not required but are you allowed to I'm not going to give it to anybody else it's for it's his case he will have access to it my dad will have access to it if he gives consent can you yes and you can get it to him he he can get it to you now though I do not have it you have like a paper that you show up in the door it'll it'll be available to him when he gets booked when he gets booked yes okay and he can make a phone call as soon as he's through booking can can I go to the jail too and like I mean it's not going to do anything he he has to wait to see a judge in the morning uh and then the judge will set bail and then his attorney and him will work it out there's really not a whole lot you can do right now besides help get his medications and make sure he's he's has everything he needs when he goes I don't want to prolong this with your neighbors watching and everything I I don't want to make this more uncomfortable than it needs to be okay are you able to get his medications my mom just said come here I don't know she is she in the motor home Mom you getting his meds look we really need to get his meds cuz we need to get out of here okay mom can you can you go get his meds for me neighbors this is kind of ating situation all get it worked out for the court system everything his attorney free to share that with you guys we're not going to do is sit out here and talk a long time we not to statement I'm com to to it um so I want to see it and I was told that like s you can see it now like now that it's investigation not right now oh so like ear it all be released to his attorney so he's going to have court date might be tomorrow I don't know for sure he going to stand before a judge prob calls will be read and turn make judge make a decision when that happens we're allowed to be there right so public it's public it's open public um I don't know when the date is going to be I don't know what the time's going to be and it be notified you can get all this information from his attorney that's that's where you're going to get the best information I can't give you guys legal advice I can't give you guys court dates I can't give any information all we do is transport the dad to the jail we book them in after that the process is out of our hands it's all in the course so if you not have even say J you know have to St in jail for a long time they most
