This lady had just gotten off work when a cop showed up demanding ID with no crime at all, hiding behind a bogus welfare check to fish for information, but it backfired on him on camera. >> What crime have I committed? >> Like I said, you were lawfully detained for a welfare check. >> Is that a crime? >> A crime, >> which is why you're required to provide me with your ID. >> I'm refusing to identify because I didn't commit a crime. I just got off work. >> What's your name? >> I already gave it to you. >> Do you have an ID? >> I don't. >> Oh, you've never had an ID? >> I didn't say that. Well, I'm saying this name doesn't come back as having an ID. >> IT DOESN'T EVEN MATTER. >> OH, IT DOES MATTER. >> It doesn't matter cuz I haven't committed a crime. >> Okay. I didn't say you committed a crime, but I'm trying to figure out who you are. Why? >> Because we have an order from people to help find someone who needs help. >> Okay. I'm not that person. And even if I was, obviously, I don't need help. >> Why are you being untruthful about right here? >> I'm not. I told you who I was.
