alteration just a verbal disagreement I guess from what I can gather the couple was sitting at the table we had some nosy [ __ ] looky L came over there and started asking questions he took offense to it es the situation how are you doing good we hey I came when I came out of the office they were here at the door kind of just drawing at each other and I was able to step in between them in the assaulted by this guy uh nobly push out perfect yep yeah [Applause] none of you were assaulted by this guy uh he walked up to me but we weren't assaulted okay he was just angry or whatever so you working here now you don't work at Brunos anymore I got oh sorry no you're good all he did was just walk in he did push Tim but I think Tim left and then another Patron but they're not going to do any got it thank you thank you for taking yep 1951 to 24 no victims none of you were assaulted in this whole thing if I I think if I would have been out on the floor I would have been able to prevent it from getting to the point that it did okay so yeah just we were just about ready to let him go and then he pulled a knife on two cops so oh what a dumbass yeah okay yeah we're so waiting through it um I don't think I'll need you for anything but you got to sell just in case I do I give you a call he show up you're already drunk you know he was sitting at uh in somebody else's section he didn't seem too intoxicated to me I talked to him a couple times but I mean he was polite what's your last name sir I don't think I'm going to need you but just in case all right man yep Lu we got no victims nobody okay we have witnesses that saw him drive out I don't know I can go back in I know the owner probably didn't he was inside dealing with him so everybody else took off everybody's gone right now yeah did you ask the Bender if she saw him drive away or yeah well there's a male in there I don't know if there's a female get any Witnesses Drive yep sorry to bug you again that's all right man what's up did anybody actually witness him drive away anybody that's here now uh no one that's here now well I mean I saw him drive away out of the parking lot or yeah he was parked right here in this spot where' you see him go that way he went North through the parking lot I didn't see where he went after that that way might want to get a statement from you just to I think we may be going for the drunk driving angle cuz oh boy we don't have a uh an assault victim so okay uh what you need me to write something out or something yeah let me get a something real quick so you can just put everything on the top as it appears on your driver's license and then were you the one that called 911 I had my coworker Jill called cuz it was it was starting to get to the point where I was a little uncomfortable where I was so that's when I was like called the cops but I was able to kind of talk him down after that okay just describe him the best you can the vehicle if you saw him get into the driver's seat that's real important I'm going to walk over to the fence line real quick I'll be right back do you want want the bartender to come over and say yes that is the person I saw get be I just need her to write out a statement we're going to hook and book him for weapons capable of producing botle yard okay it's just he it's the dude he just basically saw the guy he heard from everybody else the guy was causing dist servant walked out the guy got into the car okay yeah so that's all he's writing I thought you were going DUI so we were we were going to try to figure that out but cuz you had maybe had physical control but we're going to go down this road he was waving around a knife and at you guys you didn't see the well I saw no I got here after you guys had them secure I was over here okay you guys called out with it you said want at gunpoint I jumped in the car and came over here I saw the knife on the hood of the car after by the time I got here so perfect thank
