there because there isn't a lot of room in that front Okay and the just the bag in the back no in the back seat and the holder in the back of the front seat okay well I'll have you sit in the car for she turns left hits him kind on the the east side of the the negative he's declining he goes on the hood he kind of was kind of like jogging is or I I don't know if he joged because she was hitting him but he was moving kind of fast like okay he wasn't like he was walking and got hit like he I so anyway he kind of runs this way then runs off over here she turns around it stops okay so he said he had a a white walk sign okay I had a I had I was behind I had a green light I could tell it was there's no turn lights there okay so there you go so all right there's that back for you insurance card colision as the case number up here at the top okay any questions about that no there's that for you I'm also unfortunately required to issue a ticket so we did look at the video he does have a crosswalker right away there he does oh yeah so he did have a walk sign unfortunately um so um up here at the top has all the courts contact information there's four options on here you have to choose one of those and respond within 30 days right through here has your information location of our contact and the vehicle you're driving what you're being cited with is RCW 46 61235 30 to pedestrian the crosswalk okay then here at the bottom has my name and badge number okay any questions for me no so if I I decide I'm just going to pay the fine like I send a check to the court so yeah that'll all be explained up here okay okay yeah so you have to just read through those yes okay but yeah yeah I think if you do end up paying it I believe you can either just go to the courthouse and give them a check or cash or mail it yeah however you want to do it but no I'm just sorry that he was dist I didn't hit him but when I came around the corner cuz I came from a dead stop wasn't going fast it's that it scared him so that he just jumped and and slid and so I hope he's okay I hope he yeah I think he's okay and he was very very sweet about it but it's a yeah I think he realized accidents happened you weren't trying to run him run them over or anything so we know that so it's okay and you know one of the thing that's very hard and of course officers you're in cars makes difference but he's dressed in yeah and if we show up yeah no I've seen a lot of people even Crossing when they should be but just wearing dark clothes it's hard to see them yeah absolutely well I'm sorry it happened that would do anything to wor but I hope he's okay yeah I think he'll be fine I think just a little scraped so not a big deal but uh scary poor kid well thank you for this I will go home and
