side yeah and they confronted me and I said I'm just trying to to smoke really quick yeah which is when they drag me to the ground what do you mean when they drop you to the ground they grabb my clothing yeah I had a jean jacket on it was it was a light color je jacket you have it with you you're holding it no this is my black this is my black sht no no it's in your it's in your lap they crb my jacket my white jean jacket and then he dragged me to the ground mhm and then I got kicked in the head twice which is where I don't remember what happened after that and then I got hit with nunchucks okay can you describe can you describe one of can you describe one of the guys the nunchucks were blue and red the nunchucks are blue and red one of the guys had no hair he was brown the guy with no hair was Brown he had about 3/4 in haircut okay so hold up so let's talk about let's let's get a description of one subject okay the one subject had 3/4 in 3/4 in haircut okay um was he white black Hispanic Asian the man the man was of a light brown ethnicity and the woman the woman was a white woman and the man see to secure where the patient was the man was a white man with nun trugs and he was on the exit of I5 southbound and he threw the nun chugs into the bushes on the right hand side when you were exiting the freeway exit and where did this all happen right down Lakeway under the bridge okay I was just trying to go home so white mouth subject what was the guy wearing what was he wearing he was wearing a camo hat C hat camo sleeve a long sleeve shirt camo and he was scraping a machete and he had did he have nun chokes or machete wolf he scraping it on the sidewalk so he had a camo hat camo long sleep kind of pants they blue jeans or some other loose fed clothing okay what about the second guy the second guy had on Blue Jeans what color shirt what color shirt yeah it was a black with black male blue jeans it was black with a printed fabric the shirt was black yes sir did you walk here or how'd you get here I walked here I've been walking for 3 years man he he was dancing in the intersection during one of our calls like an hour ago okay he looked like he was definitely on something okay and who else was on that contact him I mean he he approached Le and I but he wasn't like the reason we were like responding so yeah and what about so you got then we have another male with a black shirt with the like printed thing on it and then uh blue jeans what race was that guy that guy yeah is say he's probably as that hey what's your name partner my name Wy my smoke we jumped a fence to take a smoke and there were three individuals waiting for him one of them grabbed him P him to the ground and started like beating him um earlier in the day um we he wasn't the primary reason why we respond to a call but he was on North Forest at East Holly Street he was like dancing in the center of the intersection no and then approached us kind of like aggressively ask doing Lee on the call with you that one yeah Lee was on the call with me but he so we definitely saw this individual but we never the reason hey what do you like to be called me yeah probably interacting with somebody I told him no and he walked away and then he came back towards us and then made me like do a pinky swear or something but I don't know if it's entirely 41 I'm thinking that he just has something else on board just the way he he was acting yeah he doesn't uh seem to be communicating all that squarely so yeah all right yeah I didn't I didn't give that out um I I was trying to get that information I only got two of the suspects description blue and red nunchucks I find that highly unlikely so according to RSU he was like on on the ground here he wasn't like walking he was just on the ground yeah um just the way the the way he was the way the victim was acting earlier I mean I honestly can only take his words that like half value right over here okay I don't see anything I don't even see any blood it yeah maybe blood I'm betting you that more than likely happened downtown wasn't the blood on his face kind of drying it a little crusty why do they tone out
