This cop made a mistake by ordering this man out of his car and claiming the law allowed it, but all he got was a dismissal he wasn't expecting. >> Turn the camera off. >> Don't tell me to turn the camera off. >> Are you trying to violate my first amendment right, sir? >> I understand what you're trying to do here with the cameras and so forth, but I'd like you to be quiet and listen to me for just a minute. We were called out here. We didn't come out here just because we felt like it. Someone called and said that they were concerned about someone else in your car. That's why we're here. So, we're going to do our job. And to do that job, I'm going to have you step out of the car. I do not consent to a search of my car. Well, you don't have to. Says I can do what I'm doing right here. I can't do my job while you're sitting here filming me. >> Well, the camera's staying on. >> What I'm telling you is what the law is. You're not a policeman. And you might think you know the law, but I think I know a little bit better. Now, I don't know if you have any weapons in the car. I don't know if the young lady in the car here is here by her own valition or she's being held against her will. I don't know any of that. So, you are going to cooperate with me one way or another.
