At a border patrol checkpoint, officer unlawfully kept demanding this man to lower his window, but he stayed completely silent, knowing his rights. At last, they ran his info and had no choice but to let him go. >> How's it going? How are you? Lower your window. No. What? Lower your window. Stop sticks. Lower your window. Why not? It's an immigration inspection, sir. Lower your window. Are you okay? Do I need to call an ambulance for you? Are you in some type of physical distress? You're just doing this for fun. It'll be so much easier if you talk to me, man. I know you can hear me. How long are we going to stay here, man? I'm guessing this recording. >> We find you on the system. You're a United States citizen. Have a good day, sir. Bye. You can move on. >> Have a good one. Be safe on the road.
