This man honked at a truck blocking a turn, not knowing it was an offduty cop. The cop jumped out, flashed his badge, and threatened a ticket. When asked for his badge number, things got out of hand. >> You're the one sitting on your phone. >> Not on my phone. I saw you looking down doing everything else. >> No, no. I was moving something in my bag, and I'll see you with a ticket. I'll call your supervisor. >> Sure. Sounds good. Let me get your badge number. >> You want to get arrested? >> You're going to get arrested for assault on a civilian. >> Rocky Hill 911 emergency. Uh yeah, I was just assaulted by a police officer who punched me in the face through my window. >> Now it was time for the officer to face the consequences of his actions. >> Is he pressing charges against me? Like for breach cuz I yelled at him and stuff >> for assault cuz you hit him. >> He's saying that I hit him. >> Yes. He has a red mark on his face and he has video that you hit him. >> Okay. And there's nothing where I can press for for breach a piece for him yelling. I mean whatever it is. >> I've seen the video. I know he didn't yell at you.
