okay so here's what we got going on you got a couple things going on okay I don't think you're wearing his heat Bel when I pulled up I don't care oh we have a actually okay um when your yes okay so the problem is that you bought this car in January and you never put it in your name was this explain to you yesterday and I just turn my camera on just so you know oh yes sir was it explained to you yesterday when you got you said you got stop yesterday uh yes uh yesterday okay did they mention that at all to you uh well she say something about we need a register because it's a uh I don't stand fine what is the deal but she say we need a we probably yeah so so what I'm going to do is technically you're going to be under arrest oh my good because it's a criminal driving offense to not transfer I don't intend on pulling you out of the car and putting you in handcuffs and all that stuff I'm going to let you stay in the car I'm going to cut you a ticket I'm not going to give you a ticket for not having the plates on the car I'm just going to give you the citation and it have dates on there and then that way you can get your stuff sorted out does that make sense so I'm under arrest yes no sir because you can't drive without registering the vehicle in your name it has to be within 15 days for it to be an infraction if it goes beyond 45 days it becomes a criminal driving offense however oh my goodness that's not to the level of where I want to pull you out put you in handcuffs ins seert your pockets and all that stuff so I'm going to let you stay here I'm going to give you a piece of paper and then you'll have the opportunity to speak to the court about it and be like okay here's what I did to go and mitigate that here's what I did to go and take care of my stuff does that make sense okay but I do have to read your rights because technically I'm telling you you're under arrest okay but I'm not going to put you in handcuffs oh my goodness okay yes sir okay all right so I have to read your rights so you have the right to remain silent anything you say can be used against in a court of law you have the right at this time to talk to a lawyer and have imprison with you while you're being questioned if you cannot afford to hire a lawyer one will be appointed to R position before question if you wish you can decide at any time to exercise these rights not answer any questions or make any statements do you understand your right sir yes okay like I said we're not going to put you in handcuffs let you sit here the partner here is just going to make sure that we're all safe okay and then I'm going to go get another piece of paper like that for you that'll have a dates on it and a phone number on it for you and then you can call somebody to figure it out okay you don't I don't need that right now but you don't need to sign anything I'm just going to get you one for your rles okay all right sit tight thank you I just wanted somebody to be with him while I'm scratching out he's fully Cooperative he just bought it from seos and he never transferred so he's already given one ticket for it no we got to C ticket okay sir so here's this okay thank you so much for the opportunity I want to make sure yeah so this is It's a citation to failure to transfer the title of a vehicle within 40 5 days yes okay you have sorry go ahead uh we need to go to what is the in the mount burner no right here at an do you know where the municipal court is same building as the PD yeah so that's the phone number for them and that's their address it's in the PD that's on April 25th Thursday at 1:30 p.m. if you have any problems with that give them a call they usually work with people okay okay no I'll be there for sure and and then that way you can sort some stuff out thank give me the opportunity to stay in my yeah there but this you know what this is my fault because we never push the other guy hey give me that title now now now right and also also we don't want something to happen with the car and then it's in somebody else's name like if if it's gets stolen or something like that and then it's involved in criminal activity and it's in somebody else's name and you never even took own ship of it you know and stuff like that and it's app taxes and stuff pay so all right sir thank you so much all right drive safely okay move my car to the house only leave it in there all right thank you you have a nice day sir you too thank you
