warrant um cuz we're not going to do like a BAC you know the breath test cuz that only does alcohol I don't believe alcohol is a a part of this the last is I as sleep now yeah good so so what what is like I I just don't understand what like we'll either do a consensual blood draw so I'll send it off to the lab to be tested to determine if there's any drugs in your system whatsoever okay that's that's what say say I used yesterday or the day before it might show up but the amounts are going to be different so we'll we'll figure it out okay so if my amounts are low then I might for that will be complet I don't test it right there on the spot I'm not a full botom nor am I a labtech so I don't know how to do that stuff um so it'll be sent off to the state patrol you'll be booked into the jail for DUI and then probably in about I don't know 12 hours give or take some I can't give you the exact estimate you'll be booked like kicked off PR release yeah yeah you well you get a ticket for this yeah yeah just like a regular dii so but we got to go to the hospital first cuz I'm going to ask you for consent to draw your blood or we're going to do uh apply for a search War for your blood
