I just don't want her to pee in my seat.
>> I live for I work for a law firm. What
are you saying? I know my rights. You
could do whatever you need to do. I am
not taking any test for you because I
don't have to.
>> I've told you the consequences.
>> You had no reason to put me in jail
right now.
>> What's up everybody? I hope you guys are
ready for another crazy video. We have a
fake lawyer who thinks that because she
works at a law firm that she is immune
to going to jail. And let me just say
that her tone changes real quick. But
before we get started, just a quick
announcement. This is not a sponsored
segment, but Sergeant Ron Keys just
dropped his latest video, his fourth
video, and you guys have to see this
one. It's about a Tik Tok lawyer who
goes nuts at the airport. On top of
that, there's a woman who tries barging
in on the runway. That video is crazy.
The link will be at the end of this
video. Without further ado, let's get
started.
>> Hello.
>> Hi, Deputy Es County Sheriff's Office.
Hi miss you like restoration proof
insurance please
summary here
>> can you pull out the registration
insurance for me
>> where you coming from
>> um we went to eat lunch for my well to
eat dinner for my friend's birthday
Uh-huh.
>> No, we went to eat
>> and then you went to eat
>> to eat pizza after. Yeah.
>> So, you went to go eat for your friend's
birthday and then you went to eat?
>> Yeah. We hung out in Del and then we
went to eat pizza.
>> So, you you went to go eat for your
friend's birthday and then you went to
go eat
>> eat pizza after when we hung out in Del.
>> Okay. Sorry, I got confused on what you
you were saying there. So, you went to
go eat We had dinner at 6:00 at my
friend's dinner.
>> At your friend's dinner.
>> And then we hung out in Del Rehu.
>> And we just had pizza.
>> And you just had pizza. What were you
doing in Del Re?
>> You were just hanging out. It's her
birthday.
>> Hanging out. It was her birthday. The
reason why I'm stopping you is for your
speed.
>> No, my friend has to pee really bad and
she's about to pee in my seat. So, I was
just trying to get there so she doesn't
pee in my seat.
>> Yeah. I live right up the street.
>> Okay. I got you going 67 mph in a 40 mph
zone.
>> Okay. I'm embarrassed. I didn't know I
was going that fast. I'm so sorry. I
just don't want her to pee in my seat.
>> Okay. Was there anywhere you could have
stopped?
>> She literally lives like a street down.
Right down the street.
>> Not even 2 minutes away.
>> Is this a good address for you in Boon?
Yes, it is.
>> All right. Do you have your insurance?
>> It's on my phone.
>> Okay.
>> Where' you guys go to Delray tonight?
>> What's that restaurant you took? Well,
the last restaurant, the pizza place you
just went to was Mama Mia's.
Yeah. And then we went to Rose Water.
>> Rose water.
>> Water.
>> Let's take a look at the dash cam
footage. You can see that she was
driving like a total lunatic, like a bat
out of hell. And her excuse is so
stupid. She doesn't want her friend to
piss herself or to piss in her seat.
Well, right now, your friend is going to
have to wait even longer to go pee. When
it's all said and done and she sees how
much her attorney bill is, I think she
would have actually preferred that her
friend pisses all over the car because
that would have been a lot easier to
deal with than whatever is going to
happen next.
>> There you go. Can you please wait?
Ash, you might step out of the car for
me real quick.
>> Cuz I'm asking you to step out of the
car.
>> Okay. Do you have a reason why?
>> Yep. Cuz I'm allowed to
and I'm conducting my investigation. So,
I'm asking you to step out of the car.
>> Okay.
have your
>> Yes, I'm conducting my investigation
>> and I'm asking you to step out of the
car. There's case law that allows me to
take you out of the car. I'm asking you
nicely.
>> So, please step out of the car or I will
take you out of the car.
>> But what is
>> I'm sorry.
>> So, I can speak to you outside away from
other people.
>> I'm standing outside.
>> I'm not trying to touch you. I'm asking
you to step out of the car.
Come on, step back here. So, we're out
of the road. I don't want you to get
hit. Okay. All right. You have anything
to drink tonight?
>> I had one drink hours ago. A cup of
wine. That was it.
>> Okay, I got you. Cuz I smelled the odor
when you were out in the car.
>> My friend's been drinking.
>> Okay. So, that's why I'm separating it.
>> Okay. And that is exactly why he asked
her to step away from the car so he
could isolate the smell and figure out
if it's just coming from the vehicle or
if it's coming from her. Now, if she's
this fantastic attorney with a wealth of
legal knowledge, then I'm sure that
during her multiple trials that she
presided, she would have known that. But
obviously, she's full of [ __ ] So, she
doesn't know diddly squat
>> from in the car. I don't know if it's
coming from the car or not.
>> I understand. Okay. I understand.
>> Okay. So, you can ask me all you like. I
can make this harder.
>> Okay, it's okay.
>> Okay. Either let me do my job or we can
make this harder.
>> Okay.
>> Okay. So, how much did you drink?
>> I drank a cup of wine hours ago.
>> Okay.
>> I went
>> What time was that?
>> It was around 4 3 4:00.
>> It was a cup of wine. You could see my
sealed wine in the back seat cuz I had a
cup of wine. And I went to Cooper Hog.
They sealed my wine for me. That was it.
I came to pick up my friends. We
literally went to the first spot. I
don't remember the first spot cuz I was
there for a few minutes. And then we
went to Mama Mia's the pizza place. I
have pizza. That's it.
>> Okay.
Okay. All right. So, I'd like you to
perform some roadside exercise. Make
sure you're okay to drive.
>> I don't have I'm okay to drive. I don't
>> How do I know that?
>> I'm I don't have to do that. Listen, I
know my right to
>> Failure to perform the exercise I'm
requesting to do so can be used against
you in court law. But okay, I'm going to
base my decision ticket and that's okay.
Bas I'm going to base my decision on
whether or not to place you on arrest on
what I've seen.
>> No, but you you're not allowed to do
that. I don't want to do that. I don't
have to do that.
>> That's that's correct. But there are
consequences.
>> Okay, then. And that's fine.
>> You cannot take me anywhere. Right.
Listen, I I live for I work for a law
firm. What are you saying? I know my
rights. You can do whatever you need to
do. I am not taking any test for you
because I don't have to.
>> All right. So, she thought named
dropping the law firm would be a
checkmate type of move. Now, personally,
I'm not buying it. I don't think she
works at a law firm as a secretary or
even less as a lawyer. I don't even
think she works at a law firm as a
janitor. And the reason I don't believe
her is because her comprehension of the
law is extremely lacking. It's wrong. It
sounds like she got all her legal
information from Tik Tok rather than a
reputable law firm. So, I'm going to
press X to doubt on that one.
>> I know I'm not drunk right now, and
that's fine. You could assume whatever
you want to assume, and that's okay. My
friend's house is down the street. I'm
taking her home.
>> What's the ETA for my unit?
>> That's fine. I'm going home right with
her, and I'm saying my m matter of fact,
you could follow us home. It's a block
down.
>> Okay.
>> I just seen your ETA.
>> Okay. Well, I'm going back to my car.
>> Nope. Either you're going to perform the
exercises or I'm going to place you on
the rest of what I've seen so far.
>> They want to place me under arrest for
what?
>> You can prove to me that you're not
impaired by performing the rotary
exercises.
>> Stop. I'm doing one and that's it. I
Okay, I know my rights. You can't do
that. No, you can't.
>> Stop. Stop.
>> Bro, stop. Stop.
>> Stop.
>> Bro, stop. Okay. I'm not going nowhere.
>> I'm not Okay, I'm not going nowhere.
>> Stop. Stop. Get back in the car. Get
back in the car.
>> I'm not going nowhere.
>> Get back in the car. You
>> get back in the car,
>> bro. I'm not going. Okay, I will do the
test.
>> Get back. Too late. I will
>> get back in the car. Just get back.
>> I will do the test for you. I will do
the test.
>> Put your hands behind your back.
>> Bro, can I do
>> Stop. Put your hands behind your back.
>> Bro, I'm not doing anything.
>> Bro, I'm not doing anything.
>> Stop. Stop.
>> Okay. I'm not doing anything. Can I do
the test? I promise you.
>> No,
>> bro. What?
>> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop.
>> Get back.
Stop.
>> I'm not doing anything. What is she
doing? I'm not doing anything any.
>> Wait, what did she do wrong? Why didn't
you put
>> I'm going to put handcuffs on you.
You're going to jail.
>> Why?
>> I've told you the consequences.
>> He has no reason to put me in jail right
now.
>> Right now, do what he's telling you to
do. You go over there.
>> This isn't a question. You guys want to
go in cuffs? Go over there.
>> That's fine.
>> I'm not asking again. You guys are about
to go in handcuffs, too. Go to the front
of the car.
>> It's your birthday. I'm not trying to
take you to jail on your birthday.
Please.
>> No, I'm not doing anything wrong.
>> Y'all
>> 23.
>> I'm not doing anything wrong.
>> One to 10. Clear traffic.
>> That shift in the tone is just something
else. She went from being confident,
strong, and determined to now crying and
begging and saying that she didn't do
anything wrong. What happened to all
your law knowledge, lady? I thought you
worked at this prestigious law firm.
This is a prime example of the Dunning
Krueger effect. She's too stupid to
realize that she knows very little about
the law, and she's grossly
overestimating her knowledge. But hey,
let's take a look at things on the
bright side. I heard the local jail has
a prestigious law library, so she's
going to be able to study while snacking
on a delicious baloney sandwich. Please.
I literally said I'll perform the test.
I'm not
>> You walked away and I told you where
you're confident.
>> No, I didn't. I literally said you have
no right cuz I'm not 63 class 2 signal
one. Start a female. Please,
>> guys.
Oh my god. I didn't even know my mom.
There's no reason you're doing this.
Guys, please listen. Okay, but listen. I
need to call somebody this.
>> This isn't a question. Please go.
Give me a moment. I will speak with you.
Okay. One second.
I'm being placed under arrest for DUI.
>> Why?
>> I believe you're too impaired to operate
over.
>> I'm not.
I You
>> I gave you the opportunity and you
didn't take it.
>> Sir, I literally
>> I like this cop. You can tell that this
is probably the end of his shift and
he's just fed up with this because he
has a certain amount of sass. He opened
the door again just to get the last word
with this dumb Tik Tok lawyer. I've
never seen anything like this. It's
pretty damn funny.
>> Your friend in the white dress.
>> I haven't done anything. I go Okay,
please tell me. I literally told you.
I'll tell you my whole night. I went to
Cooperhawk. Yes, I drank a cup of wine
at Cooperhawk. You can see Listen. Yes,
I got a bottle. It's sealed in the
backseat of the car on the right side. I
have my food on the left side.
>> I came over here. I went to the first
spot they went to and then we went to
Mama Mia's. That's it. I I'll do the
test for you right now. I
>> I told you and I gave you the
consequences. I told you several times.
I know you're saying
>> you told me as I was walking away.
>> I told you several times,
>> sir.
>> I told you more than once. I know I did.
>> Listen. Okay. I'm too
>> And you told me I don't have that right
to do that. And you know your rights and
I told you failure to perform the
exercises can be used against you in
court and you understand that there's
consequences in not performing that
>> and I didn't know that the rest I'll do
it right now cuz I didn't mean
>> we're beyond that.
>> We'reond makes sense. So I didn't do
anything.
>> What's your passcode? Cuz your friend
has your phone. Would is it okay if she
gets your passcode so she can get the
number for your mom?
>> But I didn't do anything wrong.
>> Your friend has your phone. She would
like to get your passcode so she can
call your mom
>> here.
>> Can I give her your passcode?
>> Yes. So,
>> I'm sorry. What is it? High five.
>> Yeah. Like you just keep putting
>> Okay. Is your mom's name in a certain
way on there?
>> This is mom.
>> Well, I hope other than this you had a
good birthday.
>> Well, not really. Like this is aside
from this.
>> I know. This is kind of shitty. Like
>> I know very shitty. Not kind.
>> We I live right up the street. Like it's
right there.
>> Yeah, I got you.
>> Where you born and raised? You live in
Florida your whole life?
>> No, I bounce around.
>> So, you know this area? Where? Where you
from?
>> Uh, born in Florida, then bounced around
for the military.
>> Not sure. So, you know the area. You
know how it's the avenue?
>> Used to be Dor PD. I know.
>> I got you. I got you. But
>> still, I mean,
>> I get what you're saying.
Can we test her though? Like, can you
guys test her at least?
>> Do you know people like crash and die on
FedE from this? Like a lot. It's bad.
It's why it's honestly your parking so
expensive. It's just cheaper to Uber.
You know,
>> it is very expensive
>> compared to
what is it like 10 grand for DUI.
>> He is dropping knowledge on these two.
And I hope that they are listening with
their ears wide open because the last
thing they want to do is be in the
situation that their friend is in right
now. And he's right. People lose their
lives on a daily basis across America
due to drunk drivers. It's horrible, but
it's a reality. And it's really
unfortunate that this crime is not
prosecuted enough. Sure, there are
sentences, but most of the time it's
probation, which doesn't make enough
sense. I remember hearing someone saying
that if they were to put every single
drunk driver in jail, the jails would be
overcrowded. And I understand that idea,
but I would like to flip it and say if
you jailed every drunk driver for 6
months, then maybe people wouldn't drive
drunk anymore or at least a large
portion of them.
>> Something like that.
>> It's horrible.
>> Did you get a number?
>> Yeah.
Viper phone. I'm going to call her one.
>> Is this her?
>> She said it's under mom for the
>> That was a passcode. That was a
password.
>> Can she just call her mom?
>> No, I'm g the number.
>> I know.
>> If you call it from her phone, it's
fine.
>> What's actually a password? What's her
password?
>> Can you just let her put it in?
>> I'm not her hand.
>> Am I going to be okay to just wait? Just
wait. Just wait.
>> This is my friend. Like, can she
>> I got you. Just hold on a second. Let
him
>> I know, but like she's got to call her
mom. Like
>> she doesn't have any right now. They're
behind her back.
>> Mhm.
>> She can't She can't put the number in.
>> Wait. No. Let me call her mom.
>> It's okay.
>> I need
>> Good. Good. Make arrangements for you
guys to get a ride, please.
>> Can you call
the face?
>> I don't want to face the
>> Well, sis, I'm going to search you.
>> Turn. Okay, but can I turn around for
two seconds?
>> It's okay. Face the car.
All right. I say this to all the girls
just because there's places I can't
search. If you have anything else on
like anything like
one second. So if you have knives, any
like narcotics or drugs in your like
vagina, it's going to get charged when
you get up there. So I just like just
tell me now.
>> All right.
>> Well, hold up. She was asking her if she
was hiding any drugs, guns, or knives in
her snatch. Now, obviously, we heard of
many women hiding drugs in their snatch,
but a knife, that doesn't sound like a
good idea. I feel like if someone is
stupid enough to hide a knife in their
snatch, unless it's those foldable ones
or the butterfly knives, they're going
to have way bigger problems than getting
a felony. That's going to be the least
of their issues. Can I see when I get
there? Can I Okay.
Oh my god.
Wait, they're calling me. Wait, can you
see, please? Who's calling me?
>> Can you please see who's calling me?
Please.
>> I don't know. Your map is in the way.
>> No. Can just press it. No. Please. It
might be my mom. It might be my mom.
Please.
>> My mom was just calling me. Please.
That's not fair.
>> Can you My mom was just Oh my god.
>> If you need some other stuff, I got
>> Sir, please. Someone was just calling me
back.
How is that fair?
>> Guides and stuff like that.
>> No. Oh my. You didn't even see it. You
blocked it.
>> Your map is on, you know.
>> Exactly. So, you blocked it. It was on
my maps,
bro. Oh my god. Why are you being so
unfair right now?
Okay.
All right,
guys. Call my mom now.
Oh my god.
That's so unfair.
All the way in on that gray chair,
please.
Thank you, ma'am.
>> All right. So, she got charged with DUI
and refusing to take the breath test.
Now, this is usually the part where I
tell you that the prosecutor dropped all
the charges and gave her participation
trophy. However, the prosecutor decided
to add a charge of reckless driving and
she's going to be arraigned in the next
month. Now, that's it for the video. The
link to Sergeant Keys's video is on the
screen right now. Please do me a favor
and go check out that video. It is
extremely hilarious. It features one of
the nuttiest Tik Tok lawyer I have ever
seen. And on top of that, she's at the
airport. So, that's a two for one. Click
on that link right now and I'll see you
guys on the next
