What you're about to see at the airport
shows exactly why one must always follow
all airport instructions at the airport,
no matter what type of airport mood you
are in. On February 25th, 2022,
the Atlanta Police Department was called
to the scene at the airport for reports
of that passenger.

Say they need a CRO on

So, I came over.
>> I'm good for now.
>> The guest was intoxicated on the
aircraft.
So, I go to tell her, "Ma'am, can you
come off the aircraft with me?"
And she's like, "For what?" Being
hostile, I'm like, "Just please come off
the aircraft." So, she In the meantime,
I'm trying to tell her unbuckle her
seat. She's trying over here to unbuckle
her seat. She got in front of us.
So then I'm like, "Right here, ma'am.
Unbuckle it."
>> Mhm.
>> So, she come out. I'm like, "Come with
me." She talking about "You don't have
to talk to me like that." I said,
"Ma'am, come with me." She's like, "I
have a name." I said, "Ma'am, I don't
even know your name. I'm just calling
you ma'am out of respect." And then I
said, "Love." She's like, "Don't call me
no [ __ ] love. Beat your [ __ ] ass."
I said,
"Could you just come off the aircraft?"
She She stayed right there. She didn't
want to come through.
I said, "Ma'am, could you please" That's
when I was on the phone with 911. And
they can hear me telling her, "Come on,
let's go, ma'am. Ma'am."
So, then she came out. She sat over
there. She's just fussing. "Oh, I work
for Oh, I work for y'all. I'm part of um
What you going to call OCC? OCC is crew
scheduling."
>> Mhm.
>> So, I don't know if she works with us
or Delta or whoever, but she's a flight
attendant.
>> Okay.
>> But she was a standby.
So, she goes and come back and says,
"You ain't getting it." She What's that?
Where you came from, sir?
>> I know the uh the airplane still allowed
me to come in here to get a drink of
water.
>> Oh, yeah, yeah, you can.
Are you got your boarding pass?
>> I do, yeah.
Cuz she on the plane still, or
>> No, I removed her, but she kept
antagonizing me, kept going this way,
coming back, come out. Put her seat up,
[ __ ] I'mma beat your ass. Kept calling
him names.

>> Kept coming back and going that way,
coming back again, talking about what
she was going to do to me.
>> She um and she

>> Went to the door, she coming over this
