14 you want to go to rest. Stop.
We don't want to hurt you. STOP.
ON YOUR FACE.
ON THE WAY.
I'M GOING TO SHOOT HIM.
ON YOUR FACE.
>> What's up everybody? I hope you guys are
ready for a crazy episode. It's very
rare that we see a pepper spraying and a
tazing in the same body cam, but today
we have been blessed with such amazing
content and on top of that, we have a
drunk woman who almost killed a cop and
then she resisted arrest. Without
further ado, let's get started.
>> Credit 234 traffic stop.
55 South bound at the 223.
I believe there's a 28 and a patch rider
on a Harley.
We're only at 100 right now. This patch
rider came up behind me.
Decided to floor it. I'm going to look
at the patch and the 28 is covered up.
No traffic. Speeds up here.
I'm not sure if this dude's done. The
top of his patch says wheels. Looks like
a red wheel and it's a yellow seat on
it.
He's wearing a
gray jacket, blue jeans, chaps.
The red side is definitely having engine
trouble.
We're down to 40 miles an hour at the
218.
We'll be passing North 24 and going 30
East.
He got it started again.
But it's still
probably going to break down.
Motorcycle.
Um North 2400 East.
He
went into the dirt track out.
>> All right. First of all, I got to say
this is the dumbest end to a police
chase I have ever seen ever. The guy
wasn't even going that fast and ended up
in the ditch. I feel like he would have
ended up in the ditch whether he was
chased by the cops or not. Someone like
that, even if he has his driver's
license and everything checks out, I
don't think he should be on the road
because he is incredibly incompetent.
>> HANDS, HANDS, HANDS NOW. HANDS. YOU WANT
TO GET SHOCKED? STOP NOW.
>> 3277, GO AHEAD.
>> Foot chase, Route 17, running
west.
STOP. YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED.
STOP NOW.
GET ON YOUR FACE.
ON YOUR FACE NOW.
GET ON YOUR FACE.
ON YOUR FACE, DUDE.
>> I don't know where you're running to.
>> Get on your face.
>> trying to go home.
>> On your face.
Get on your face, dude.
On your face, man.
Get on your face, dude.
Got him. 224 is up. Running.
Not complying.
Send me some units.
>> 10-4, not complying. You got him in
custody?
>> On your face, man.
>> I can't get on my [ __ ] face.
Let me pick my [ __ ] up.
>> Dude,
I don't know what you're trying to do.
>> I'm trying to pick my bike up.
>> Get on your face, dude.
Get on your face.
On your face.
>> Yeah, this is going to call for two
transports.
>> We've seen a lot of tasings on this
channel, and that has to be one of the
most ineffective tasing I've ever seen.
But honestly, the cop is not to blame
here. This guy is wearing a thick layer
of clothes, and on top of that, he has
that vest, which is just providing him
more protection against the taser
probes. So, in this situation, the taser
isn't the right tool for the job. But
there is a spicy alternative and this
guy is about to get a mouthful.
>> Get on your face.
>> This all went
>> Get on your face, dude.
On your face.
Just comply, dude.
On your face.
Get on your face.
On your face.
>> You're a real clown.
>> It's time for OC deployed.
On your face.
Get on your face, dude.
I'll get you some water, get you help.
I dude,
get back. Get on your face.
You going to cause we figured the bike
out. This is [ __ ] stupid.
It is what it is. We'll be a minute on
you. You tried me. You fell.
Get on your face.
That [ __ ] is just going to keep on
hurting, brother.
It sucks.
Ain't an option right now, brother.
Hey, you get up here, you getting
handcuffs.
That ain't happening.
I can promise you one of two things, two
things, man. You get cuffed up, you
don't get roughed up. About 2 seconds,
about 40 squad cars are going to come in
here. I'm going to come down there, I'll
put you in handcuffs one way or the
other.
I understand, but that ain't the [ __ ]
option.
Those are your options, dude. You can
either come out like a man and cuff up
or I'm coming down there and you're
cuffing up.
>> you I'm trying to take my [ __ ] off.
It's all my fault.
I'll take that.
>> Yeah, this guy is not having a good day.
First of all, he completely humiliates
himself by crashing under no pressure in
a ditch, and now he just took an entire
can of pepper spray to the face. The cop
was extremely generous with the quantity
of pepper spray he was covering this
man's face with. I mean, at this point,
I'm assuming the department has dozens
and dozens of cans on standby because
this cop just went through one of them
for one suspect.
>> I'm going to double cuff you.
>> I'm secure.
>> Can you hurry and take this off of my
head?
>> Yeah, give me a minute.
>> All right.
>> I'm going to double cuff you so your
back ain't getting hurt.
What's your name anyway?
>> My name is Jayden.
>> Nice to meet you, brother. I'm Jayden.
>> You promised to pick my bike up.
>> I hear you, friend.
>> Can you go over there and take this off
of my head, please?
>> I'm going to go over there and pick
your bike up.
All right, bring it in these two
and we're going to stand up, all right?
>> Yeah.
>> All right,
before I
I start searching here and going through
all this stuff
>> I got knives on me. I got a knife on the
inside of my coveralls.
You got any drugs on you?
Guns?
I got some pot my bag, that's it.
You got a water? You got a OC?
Say anything that don't hurt.
I'll zip the
the jacket and then I'll zip the
the coveralls. It'd be right here
and on the outside of the coveralls.
I'm about to split.
Pockets on this bad boy.
What?
>> You shouldn't have been like I said I
was trying to go home.
>> Just sit on
my front bumper and get some
air. No, I got you. Just get some air
and try to open your eyes up can't even
though it sucks.
>> I already know.
>> Pepper spray before. I don't know what a
police but not pepper spray.
>> This one?
>> So this dummy got charged with fleeing
and eluding as well as resisting arrest.
Now let's move on to the next body cam.
>> What's going on ma'am? Is there anyone
else in the car?
What are you drinking?
Drinking your wine again or what?
Yeah?
How many bottles have you
How much How many bottles of wine have
you had today?
Don't know? What happened to your arm?
Just hang out my partner will be here in
a sec.
>> We can clear.
>> All right, yeah I was going to ask.
>> Yeah.
>> We light her up and we just fly through
slow roll the hell through this.
>> Okay.
>> She smells alcohol.
>> Oh yeah, she's way drunk.
>> Okay.
>> She's actually been drinking.
>> She's got the stitches on her arm. What
makes you think that?
>> Hi there. So obviously we were called.
We're going to do a DUI investigation.
Will you okay? Uh
I got to ask you some questions. Uh just
standard questions I got to ask people.
Um did you drive in the car?
Do you mind driving the car?
You just don't want to talk to me or you
>> All right, like I was walking.
>> Okay. This stop we pulled you over so
what we can go to we can go to there
from questions. Do you have any physical
impairments?
Like move your legs fine, move your arms
fine.
>> Okay, what's your impairments? I know
you obviously got stitches right there.
Okay.
How much you had to drink today?
You don't know? When's the last time you
ate?
You don't know?
Do you wear contacts?
Glasses?
Okay. Anything wrong with the car?
No?
Um
Are you diabetic?
Epileptic?
Take any prescription medications
prescribed by a doctor or anything?
Nothing?
Can you go ahead and stand over here
again?
You can put this down.
I'm just going to check your eyes. Okay.
I want you to just put your feet
together. I'm sorry.
With your eyes only, you're going to
follow the tip of my finger.
Okay. You're not going to move your
head. You're just going to follow my
finger with your eyes.
>> So, usually I skip past all the DUI
explanations as well as the test
because, let's be honest, once you've
seen one DUI investigation, you've seen
all of them. But, in this case, it's not
going to go very far. So, there's no
need to skip it. But, this woman is just
something else. I mean, she is sloshed,
plastered beyond recognition, and she
just caused a crash, which is the proof
that her driving is extremely dangerous.
Now, I really hope that the judge will
give a serious sentence or, at the very
least, take out her license for a couple
years.
>> You want to stand up?
Okay.
Keep following my finger. It's going to
be a little bit.
Keep following. You got to follow my
finger.
Do you want to try and do the walk and
turn and one leg stand?
Looks all right?
Okay.
Let's go over in the red. Let's walk
over here to the red.
You do not want to do it? You know, you
have You don't have to. I'm just uh I'm
giving you the opportunity. Because if
you don't, I have to make my decision on
what I've seen right now.
And I understand you made a mistake,
okay? It's not the end of the world, I
promise. We all make mistakes. I don't
think you're a bad person at all.
I will be honest with you, you are going
to go to jail tonight, okay?
>> I am?
>> Based on what I'm seeing right now, you
are under the influence of alcohol,
unable to operate a car, okay?
Safely.
Okay, I'm giving you the opportunity to
do other tests. You don't have to if you
don't want to.
Do you want to do the other test?
Okay, let's walk over here if you do.
What's that?
I understand you're upset, but we have
to get through this, okay? So, would you
like to do another test? No? Okay.
I'm going to tell you you're under
arrest for DUI, okay? Listen to what I
have to say.
I did it. I understand.
Listen to what I have to say, okay?
Okay, listen to what I have to say real
quick. You are under arrest for DUI. You
are required by the law to submit to a
breath or blood test. A breath test, you
blow into a machine, we'll have to go to
the jail, you'll blow into a machine.
The results get printed out onto a piece
of paper. I attach that paper to your
report, okay?
The other option is I take you to the
hospital, a nurse will draw two vials of
blood, one that can one vial can be
retained at no cost for evidentiary
value. Like, you can have it tested at a
different source if you do not agree
with the results, okay? You can
independently have it tested.
>> So, some states allow you to simply
refuse the test and not complete any of
the test, but then you get an additional
charge. I guess in this state they don't
[ __ ] around, and if you want to refuse,
then you're going to get your blood
drawn. And if I were her, I would go for
the breath test. They're going to get
the results either way, and the blood
draw is going to take a lot longer. It
might be a little bit more painful, and
it's going to be a lot more
inconvenient. Now, the evidence is going
to be even clearer with the blood test.
It's going to be a more specific and
accurate reading. So, if I were her,
it's a very easy decision. Just take the
damn breath test. But, obviously, she's
a [ __ ] so she's going to choose the
hard way.
>> Okay. I booked those vials into
evidence. Okay. Which one would you
like? A breath test or a blood test? You
have to choose one.
I'm not trying to be a dick, but I have
a job to do. Okay. You made a mistake.
It's a mistake. It's not the end of the
world. I understand you're going through
some hard things. Okay?
But, this happened. We have to go
through this. Okay?
So, again,
you want to do
What's that?
Would you like a breath or blood test?
I can't make a decision for you. Would
you like a breath or blood test? You
have to pick one.
Which one?
Breath?
Yes?
Yes?
>> Is that binding? Like, what's this mean?
>> Okay.
There's a chance we'll only do breath.
Stop.
Stop.
>> No way.
No way.
NO WAY.
NO WAY.
SERIOUSLY?
NO.
>> I told you you're under arrest. Stop.
We don't want to hurt you. Stop.
Stop.
Stop.
Look at her.
Let me know when you're ready. Go.
Not smart.
Um
What are we going to do?
>> Yeah, in here. Oh.
>> Do you want breath or blood? You're
going to jail. I've already told you
that.
Talk to him. Don't look at me like that.
I'm not here to help you. Yeah, well,
she almost killed me on the road, so
What's your name?
Would you like breath test or would you
like blood?
Okay.
So, let me let me put this to you, okay?
If you were
>> No.
>> If you refuse
>> No, that like what?
>> If
>> What the hell did she just say right
there? Like log lick lair. Let's hear
that again because I think that's what
she said.
>> refuse
>> If
>> Now, what kind of language is that? Is
that a specific language that you unlock
once you have drank an entire bottle of
vodka? Because I have never heard such
dialect before. Maybe what she's saying
is truly intelligent and insightful.
Maybe she's actually revealing to us the
secret behind the meaning of life, but
we're just not drunk enough to
understand her. Anyway, some mysteries
are better left unanswered.
>> I'm going to authorize a search warrant.
If the judge signs it, I'm going to take
your blood forcefully, okay? If that
happens, uh your license will more than
likely be suspended, okay?
You are required by state law to submit
to a chemical test, which is a breath or
blood test. I've already described what
the difference is.
>> I'm like like oh my arm. You guys are
great.
>> He can't look at your arm for one,
you're being loud. For two, you're
shouting. If you fall and get hurt and
>> [ __ ] OFF. NO, I'M NOT.
>> DO you want a breath or blood test?
Breath or blood? Answer his question. If
you don't answer, I'm going to authorize
a warrant. Okay.
Will you blow into a machine twice or do
you want to go to the hospital and have
them grab their whatever needle they use
and and extract the blood from your arm?
>> 43 temperature
>> Which one would you like?
>> You want to blow?
>> Okay. You can sit in the back of my car
and cool off.
>> No. Let go of my arm.
>> Yeah, I can't.
Look, we're trying to be very nice to
you, okay?
Get your [ __ ] together, man.
You got to stop.
>> I'll go in the car.
>> Don't make this [snorts] worse than it
HAS TO BE.
THIS IS 148.
>> ALL RIGHT. SO, THIS certified dumbass
was charged with DUI as well as
resisting arrest. Now, that's it for the
video. Thank you so much for watching.
Don't forget to subscribe, and I'll see
you guys on the next one.
