>> The deer there's nothing they're going
to be able to do. We deal with it all
the time. I unfortunately de
unfortunately unfortunately a lot of
times the deer get hit by de Okay, that
is okay. That's that's okay. You can do
that.
>> Trust me, you won't go away.

can let these people go?
>> There's all these There's all the ma'am.

They're going She's going to be alive.

>> She's still alive. She's still alive.
You can disregard the BLS.
>> How can I take her? Can anyone help me

Please, I need the ambulance. It's very

>> Yep. Officer Carlson, Palace Parkway.
The deer is deceased. The deer. The
deer. There's nothing we can There is
nothing we can do for the deer.
Unfortunately, it got hit by a car. It
happens every day.
There's nothing we can do for the deer.
Unfortunately, got hit by a car. They're

>> You can h You can get in your car and
you can leave.
>> Yeah, you can get in your car and you

>> Yeah. Officer Carlson. C A R L S O N

>> Wait, I'm going to record you.
>> Okay, don't come. Officer Carlson 422
Paladines Interstate Parkway.
>> Okay.
>> 422 headquarters. Attach a New Jersey
reg.
>> Sierra 69 Papa Tango Yankee. Sierra 69
Papa Tango Yankee.
Yeah, you can do it as long as you can
do it safely. If you can do it safely.
If you're not safe, unfortunately, we
just got to wait. I have to deal with
this. I know it's it sucks. It stinks.
But unfortunately, I got to deal with
this. I'm trying to
>> handle it, but
>> it's going to be it's going to be
handled.
Just Just give me a Give me five
minutes. We'll clear it up. Give me five
minutes,
>> ma'am. Ma'am, I'm going to ask you one
more time. Please get back in your
vehicle and drive away.
>> You're going to be placed under arrest.
If you're Can I get your driver's
license, please? Can I please have your
identification? Give me your driver's
license.
>> Any question?
>> I need your driver's license. You're
blocking the roadway. You're going to be
issued a ticket. Give me your driver's
license.
>> Give me your driver's license.
>> Are you Are you failing to identify
yourself?
>> Yes.
>> Okay.
No problem.
I have no help.
>> There's nothing we're going to be able
to do.
>> I asked her for a driver's license.
She's parked in the roadway to get back
in your vehicle.
>> Can you help me?
>> I can absolutely help you. What you're
going to do is you're going to get up.
>> Yes.
>> You're going to move out of the road
now.
>> Okay. But can you help her?
>> You're going to get up.
>> But can you help her?
>> You're going to do what you're told
first. You're going to get up and get
out of the road now.
>> Okay. Then you can tell
>> Did you hear what I said? Am I speaking
English? Get up. Get out of the room. I
have a question.
>> Get back in the vehicle. Get back in
your vehicle.
>> Are you going to help?
>> Sure. We'll do the best we can. But
guess what? Right now, we have a bigger
problem than that. Okay.
>> People are trying to leave.
>> Okay. But you promised it would help
her.
>> Sure.
>> Yes.
>> Yes. But the first thing you do is
you're going to put your hands behind
your back cuz you're under arrest.
>> I don't care.
>> No. No. No. No. Don't pull away from me.
>> So, that's what's going to happen first.
>> Okay.
>> Send a hook for the car.
I don't I don't have a problem.
>> You got a problem now cuz you're under
arrest.
>> Okay, that's no problem.
>> Where's your identification? Let go of
the phone.
>> Let go of the phone.
>> Okay. Don't Don't Don't use any
>> Where's your identification at?
>> You're allowed to look in common places
for her license. You can look in the
glove box. You can look in the armrest
for her ID.
>> Just so you know, we're towing your car.
>> Okay.
>> You should have just left.
>> I must be from now on. I I don't care.
That's fine. You didn't get Miranda, so
you can talk to whoever you want.
>> Yeah, I don't I don't talk anymore.
>> That's fine. You're still talking then.
>> Just so you know, everything inside the
vehicle is reported.
>> Okay,
>> you want your head.
Can I release this at least?
>> Can you what? I thought you weren't
talking to me. You talking to me now?
>> No. I just want to be at least I'm not
running from the car.
>> Are you still feel
>> what?
>> Feel comfortable?
>> Uh, no. You're under arrest. That's not
how that works. You don't
>> Do I know why I'm under arrest?
>> For obstruction.
>> What is obstruction?
>> Are you talking to me or not talking to
me?
>> Asking question.
>> Well, are that means you're talking to
me? So, are you talking to me or you
waiting for your attorney?
>> Question.
>> Okay, hold on one second.
headquarters. I have a name.
>> I have a name. I have a name.
>> I don't have a date of birth.
Yo, Carlson, that's hers. Just do me a
favor. Just get in your car. Get your
car real quick.
Yeah. Sorry about going to move our car.
All this for what? I
mean, I know you even
She should be the owner up. Just uh run
the owner off. It should be a female.
Are you guys Are you guys parked here
somewhere? Is one of these cars yours?
All right,
>> just grab your car. You guys can start
heading out. Let these people We're
going to let these people in first.
Start a hook for We got a hook rolling
for the car, right? They're
going to go first. Go. You can start
heading in.
Just so you know, they close to an hour.
Deer's dead.
Waste of time.
Uh,
you want to move your car forward? Uh,
right in front of his. Not you. Not you.
You're good, boss. I'm talking to him.
>> Yeah, we're good.
>> Sorry. Can you repeat?
received. I'm out of the car. I just saw
that the name matched the credit card
that was behind her cell phone. And uh
that's the name that's on the
registration.
Yeah, he knew when he called me, she was
going. So,
>> yeah, I'll give her a tap.
If we didn't make
>> you want to listen, then it is what it
is. There's nothing you can do.
That doesn't sound good.
Is there anything else you need from the
car?
>> Is there anything you need from your
car?
>> All I have is this. The vape you're not
getting cuz you can't vape inside
headquarters. Is there anything you need
from the car? Cuz I took your key off.
So,
and I separated from this. Do you need
anything else from the vehicle?
>> Um,
another
>> Where is it?
>> In the in the
>> Where?
>> Do I have permission to grab it?
>> Yes, you did. What was you separating
because you separated
>> the key? I took the key off of here.
Your car key.
>> Okay.
>> So, is that okay if I grab your cell
phone?
>> Uh, yes. But I need the house keys.
>> That's why the house keys are here.
>> Okay.
>> The deer died. Just so you know,
the There's nothing you can do. The deer
was dying. There's nothing that Ma'am.
Ma'am, the deer was struck or it fell.
It either fell or it was struck. One of
the two. Cuz sometimes they fall from
the cliff. You're not listening. You
have to try listening.
Unfortunately, you have to try
listening. The deer either fell from the
cliff, which it happens a lot. Happens
almost every all every other day or
every couple weeks. It happens a lot.
They fall from up here. Once they fall
and they have internal injuries, they're
dead. When we call animal control for a
wild animal, because a deer's a wild
animal, they're not coming. They don't
come for for deer. They'll come for a
dog or a cat or something else. I
understand that. You don't pay for that.
You don't pay for them to take care of
wild animals. That's what you call
wildlife and preservation. Wildlife and
preservation aren't going to drive an
hour here for a deer that is clearly
dying. When I came up, the deer was
clearly dying. There was Okay, ma'am. Do
you understand what's Do you understand
anything about healthcare? Do you
understand what agonal breathing is?
Let's say you came up on me and I was
laid out. I was hit by a car, shot,
whatever the case is. Then hold on, let
me finish. Let me finish. And you hear
me breathing. You see me moving, but I'm
breathing like this.
That's what's called agonal breathing.
It I appear to be alive. My body is
fighting to stay alive, but I'm dying.
There's almost nothing that could be
done. Once you No, once you get to that
point, you can call 911, but you're
wasting your time. Once you're to the
point where you are in agonal, you're
still not listening. Once you're at the
point where you're in agonal breathing,
that's it. There's no coming back from
that. That deer was clearly anagonal
breathing when I walked up. There was
nothing anyone was going to be able to
do for it. It was dying. What do you
think they're going to do? Hook oxygen
up to it? Take it to a hospital, try to
revive it? That does not happen. It's a
wild animal. That almost never happens
under any circumstance. In the meantime,
you had people here backed all the way
up that's going towards the gate. You
had people backed up all the way up to
the point where they were out of their
car, not knowing where to go, not
knowing what to do, not knowing that
there's an emergency. What if somebody
over here, a human, had to try to get
home to someone who's dying or hurt this
way? We couldn't even get even if we
wanted emergency services to come in
here because you parked your car and
refused to leave. How are they going to
get to the deer anyway? I had to walk so
far just to get to where you were
because you refused to move your car
like this officer was telling you to do.
So now you're under arrest. You're going
to have a permanent criminal record for
Yeah. a criminal record. You committed a
crime today by not doing what the
officer told you to do. It's called
obstruction of a governmental function.
You could have just went home or got
your car pulled forward and pulled over
up there. You chose not to do that.
Therefore, you're now under arrest. And
for what? The deer's dead.
>> I was keeping him alive.
>> I can't. You weren't keeping him alive.
>> So why is it dead then?
>> Pouring water on a deer doesn't keep it
alive. If a deer hasn't turned on,
ma'am, if you fall from this cliff and I
pour water over you and massage your
back, you're still going to die.
Okay. And what is he going to do?
Nothing.
>> But would you leave me over?
>> No. No. You're a human being. Emergency
services will come for humans.
>> You are a human. There is a difference
between wild animals and humans. Man,
let me ask you a question. If you see a
snake attacking a mouse, are you going
to try to help the mouse?
>> Are you going to try to help the mouse?
If a lion attacks a gazelle, you going
to try to help the gazelle?
>> If the lion attacks a gazelle, you going
to try to help the gazelle? If a shark
eats another fish, are you going to jump
in and save the fish?
Do you understand my point? Do you see
where I'm going? It's a waste of time.
The animal is clearly dying. There's
nothing you're going to be able to do.
It's a c It's called the circle of life.
You saw Lion King. Do you ever see Lion
King? Remember when he was holding Simba
up and they were talking about the
circle of life and they were talking
about how Simba has to raise the pride
and he has to, you know, understand that
it's called the circle of life. Circle
of life. Things happen. Bad things
happen. But it's not your job to
intervene, obstruct traffic to save a
deer that's already dead.
>> That's really
>> I Well, it is. When an officer says,
"Get back in your car, you're blocking
traffic. You're obstructing a
governmental function. I can't do my job
because you're in my way." That's a
crime in the state of New Jersey. That's
a crime in all 50 states. When an
officer says, "You must do X and you
choose not to do X," you're under
arrest. It's called structure of a
governmental function. You're actually
impeding the flow of traffic. a bunch of
violations that are serious. Again, if
somebody down there needed an ambulance,
they weren't getting past our cars, and
that would have been your fault. You
could delay services to a human that
might have needed it, and that would
have been your fault. You would have to
live with the fact that somebody could
have possibly died if they needed
emergency services cuz you refused to
move.
Okay, you're right. And this isn't an
emergency either. So, here I'm help um
put the seat belt on her. Can you go on
the other side? Yeah.
You have to understand this. I was
trying to save a life.
>> But you weren't going to save a life. An
officer has way more experience dealing
with wild animals than you do. We work
here. We have way more um experience
dealing with deer and wild animals than
you do. If he's telling you, "Ma'am,
move. I made the phone calls for this. I
called the necessary people. If they're
going to come out, they're going to come
out. It's not your job." Yeah, but you
weren't listening to him.
>> I wasn't going to see the enemy help.
>> Okay. And he was here to help. You had
two cops here before I got here. some
help.
>> You had two cops to get. What did you
want them to do? Mouth to mouth?
>> No, I wanted to come to the
>> So, what? Give you more water.
>> No, give the proper help.
>> What proper help do you think they were
going to do?
>> Saving lives.
>> How?
>> Ambulance.
>> Ambulance? An ambulance doesn't come for
wild animals? What ambulance comes for
wild animals? Excuse me, Justin. All
right, so I'm going to transport to
headquarters and uh just wait. I'll wait
to
waste time, bro.
Ah. Excuse
me.
>> When you're done getting processed, you
can call a lawyer. You're not entitled
to a phone call right now. You're you're
in the back of a police car. But I will
read you your rights, though. Listen,
you have the right to remain silent.
Anything you say can and will be used
against you in a court of law. Your
right to attorney if you can't afford
attorney. want to be provided to you
without cause for questioning. You have
the right to have meditarian present
during any questioning. Once you start
answering questions, you may stop at any
time. Do you understand your rights?
Okay.
The only questions you have to answer of
mine is your pedigree information.
Pedigree information is what's your
name? What's your middle name? What's
your date of birth? Where were you born?
City and state. Those are the only
questions you're required to answer. You
don't have to answer any other question.
I'm not going to ask you any
incriminating questions whatsoever.
headquarters. I'll be transporting that
female subject. I'll be on a 104
Heavywood one. The beginning mileage is
145221.
Copy.
>> You're going to the Palisades Interstate
Parkway
um headquarters where you're going to be
processed and hopefully released long as
you don't have any type of crazy
criminal history.
Have you ever been arrested before?
Okay.
But when they tell you to move, you got
to move. When an officer gives you an
order, he wasn't asking you to move. He
was telling you there's a difference. I
can say I can ask you a question like,
"Hey, what do you think? Do you think
it's a beautiful night out?" That's a
question. But if I say, "You need to
move now. You have to move."
I understand, man, but that's what Let
the cops do their job. Let let us do our
job.
>> I'm sorry. I didn't want to do the deer
died.
>> Yeah.
>> What do you think could have changed?
>> What could have changed in all this
time? What do you think would have
changed? The deer was has internal
injuries to the point where it's dying.
What is going to happen? Even if they
transported the deer, would have died in
the back of the ambulance.
>> There's no ambulance that's coming. I'm
saying it it was going to die no matter
what. There's nothing that they would
have been able to do.
Nothing. You wasted your time.
Unfortunately, it's sad. Yes. Is it sad
when an animal dies? Absolutely. I think
it's sad. I do believe animals are are
living creatures and their lives should
be preserved. But when there's nothing
you can do for a wild animal, there's
nothing you can do.
There was there would have been nothing
you'd be able to do even if you were a
doctor. You'd have to be a veterinarian.
You'd have to be a veterinary surgeon.
Actually, not even a vet. And even if
you are a vet, what are you going to do
here with no tools? You have no means of
helping whatsoever. There's nothing
you're going to be able to do. What
medicine did the deer need? It had
internal injuries. It clearly fell from
the cliff. I don't think it was struck
by a car. It looked like it fell from
the cliff. Massaging it and putting
water on it doesn't help. To be f to be
honest, your presence around the deer
actually gave it more anxiety because
deers are skittish. You actually gave
your deer the deer more anxiety. You
actually exasper exacerbated the
breathing of the deer when it needed its
precious breath to try to stay alive.
You actually made it worse.
Sure.
>> Obstruction of a governmental function.
2C col 29-1A. Obstruction of a
governmental function. It what it means
is you did not listen to the officer and
you prevented him from doing his job.
You also obstructed vehicular traffic.
I don't know, possible incarceration up
to 6 months and a and a fine.
6 months to a year and a fine.
6 months like Monday, like uh January
through July. 6 months. January through
June.
You can do possibly 6 months up to a
year in jail and a fine.
That's that's what can happen.
doesn't mean it will. It just means
that's what can happen.
headquarters. Can you add that
information into the case? I don't see
it.
>> The transport information.
The information NCIC is that case 251
58.
>> Sergeant Kimbro.
>> Uh, yeah. I I the runway.
Yeah, that's the party under. if you
could just uh start a 147 CCH.
>> Sergeant Kimbro,
>> KIMBO.
Can you check to see if there's another
phone on that passenger seat? She stated
there's a phone in a passenger seat that
she would like.
>> I got it.
>> All right. He has your other phone.
>> Yeah, he has it.
>> Your what?
>> My life.
>> Why would your life not be safe?
>> I don't know.
I don't know. Is your life safe?
>> Yes.
>> I don't I don't know if your life Do you
mean figuratively or right now?
>> I know.
>> You're in the back of a police car. How
much safer could you get? What can
happen to you in the back of the car?
You're talking and breathing, right?
>> Why would you not be safe? I'm confused
by your question. Is it safe in a police
station? It's probably one of the safest
places you can be.
I'm confused by what you're asking me.
Yeah, I'm just confused. I don't
understand your question or the point
behind your question if you're speaking
figuratively.
try to Who didn't try to save a life?
The deer The deer was dying. How many
How many wild animals have you seen um
struck by cars or fallen? I've seen I
lost count. I don't even know how many
I've seen. I've lost count. In my 20
years of law enforcement, I've seen
multiple animals struck and hit by cars
and that have fallen off cliffs. The
deer was clearly in agonal breathing. It
was dying. There's nothing that you
could have done. There's nothing that
anyone could have done. The only thing
that I could have done is if I had
magical powers and went back in time.
That's the only thing that you could
have done to save the deer's life. But
I'm not a magician.
Like I don't understand what you don't
understand. It was dying.
People fall off the cliff. An ambulance
can come try to save them, but it
doesn't mean that the person's going to
live.
If a human fell off the cliff, it
doesn't mean that they're going to live.
Even if they're breathing or moving, it
doesn't mean they're going to live.
They're fighting to live, but they could
still die.
>> Do I have what?
>> What What's the What is the significance
of what I have? I said yes to your
question.
>> I said yes, I have bets.
Why? What's the significance? I have
pets. What if it's a goldfish? Does it
matter?
Okay. I I answered your question. I said
yes. If my pet fell from that cliff and
I knew my pet was in this agonal
breathing, I would have taken my kids I
would have put my kids back in the car
so they didn't watch the dog die or the
or the fish die or the cat die. I would
take my kids away because I know the
animal's dying and there's nothing that
could be done. Whether I love the animal
or not, there's there comes a point of
no return.
We all watched Charlie Kirk get shot in
the neck.
Everybody who's anybody knew that there
was no way he was going to survive that
gunshot to the neck. There's no way. He
was still had a pulse, but he was
already dead and they knew he was dead.
They still tried to help him, but they
knew he wasn't going to make it.
The same way the officers knew that it's
going to take a long time for the people
that need to respond, for the animal to
respond, and there's no way it's going
to live before they get there. It's a
waste of time, unfortunately.
Respectfully, it's a waste of time. It's
called the circle of life. Animals die
every day. Every day, an animal dies.
Every day.
I respect the fact that you care for
animals and I respect the fact that you
wanted to try to save it. But if the
officer's telling you, "Ma'am, there's
nothing we can do," that means there's
nothing we can do.
Unless you think we're all cops or
sociopaths and just don't care.
Do you have yet another unit available
for the processing area? I have a
female.
Heat. Heat.
Sure,
you can ask as many questions as you
like.
I can't give you legal advice. It would
be not in your best interest to take
legal advice from a police officer
that's interacting with you, interacting
with you in a way that um is is not
positive
because I have a vested interest on your
conviction and you have a vested
interest on not being convicted. So, you
shouldn't take um legal advice from an
officer that placed you under arrest.
Take legal advice from a friend or an
attorney that you look up.
any type of defense attorneys who you
take legal advice from, not an officer
that's interacting with you. And I'm
telling you that to preserve your
rights,
you'll be released before you should be
released within an hour or so. So, you
don't get you don't get a phone call.
That's the movies. In the movies, you
get a phone call. There's no reason for
a phone call. And the phone call thing
that they talk about like in movies,
that's really for if you're here for an
extended period of time and you need to
make um arrangements for something.
There's no reason to make a phone call.
That's movies. That's not real.
Going to happen with what you when
you're released, you can call somebody
to pick you up.
You can call whoever you like. Uber, a
friend,
mom, dad, brother, sister, whoever.
Anybody you want, aunt, uncle, whoever
you feel like calling, you can call.
>> Headquarters arriving ending mile is 145

headquarters. You okay? Can you repeat
that?
Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
It's a knocking sound.
Can you
You have to go around the other side to
to let the seat belt out.
>> Okay.
>> Other side.
>> Yeah.
She's handcuffed.
>> I'm ready.
>> Yeah. the seat belt.
>> There you go.
>> I'll help you out.
>> Yeah, I'm going to help you out.
Careful. Watch your step. I have to make
sure you don't fall. That's the only
reason I'm holding your arm so you don't
fall.
>> Thank you.
>> Cuz you can't brace your phone. Can you
just check the back of my car for me?
>> Yes, sir.
>> Thank you. Appreciate it.
This way.
>> What is this?
>> This is our police headquarters.
>> This is our police headquarters.
Well, it's that's our headquarters.
Everything that's being said or shown to
you is being audio video recorded.
See this camera on my chest? He's got a
camera on his chest. There's a camera in
the building. There's a camera right
there.
>> That vehicle 104.
>> There's a camera right there.
>> Just walk right there.
All right. You can have a seat real
quick. I have to take your hat off. You
have to take when um you're going to
take your jewelry off when I uncuff you
and then you're going to be cuffed to
the bench.
>> To the bench.
>> Bench. This bench.
>> Okay.
>> So, now what is this room?
>> Are you right-handed or left-handed?
>> Right.
Yeah,
>> loose.
>> It is loose. It's cuz you were sitting
on it. It is loose.
>> It's very loose. It's just you you're
sitting on your cuffs. So, it feels
tighter. It's cuz you're leaning on
them.
Don't bother putting your hair forward
cuz you have to put your hair in a
ponytail. So, you might as well leave it
behind your head.
Put gloves on because she has blood over
her hands from the deer. From the deer.
So,
>> uh, no thanks.
>> Yeah, I'll do this part. You just want
to do the confinement,
please. Okay, good.
>> Is this your login?
>> Yeah.
>> You want to hang out?
>> Can I ask you something?
>> You can ask as many questions as you
want.
>> Do you have a wipe?
>> Yeah, I have wipes.
>> Can I have one?
>> Yes. Give me one second.
>> Thank you.
>> I actually have a super tow.
It's It's super
bells.
>> Super tow. It opens wide.
Is
>> that my cupcake?
>> Uh, no. I'm going to do that.
>> Okay.
>> But you already logged in here, so I got
to log out and log in only because of
the fingerprints. My fingerprint
machine, the way it works for me is a
little better.
>> Okay. It's your show.
>> It's not my show. It's uh Carlson show.
>> No. As I told my wife,
>> it's your show, Dan.
>> It's Carlson's show.
>> Did you ever watch Evil Dam back in the
day?
>> Mhm. Before he began a crack. Didn't he
die?
>> No, he's actually getting better. He's
on
>> I thought he died.
>> No, that's Ryan Dunn.
>> I know Ryan Dunn was He died. Somebody
just died, I thought.
>> Nope.
>> Double check that.
>> Swear on literally the other day. He's
actually doing really good.
>> Good for him. But nonvo.
>> Is there a rubber band anywhere?
>> Do you have a rubber band up there?
>> A what?
>> Rubber band?
>> Yeah.
>> Do you have one up there?
>> Uh, yeah.
>> Yeah. Just try to find one, please.
on the bench.
>> Thank you. Forgot about that. Might as
well grab those now.
>> I'm Officer Callahan. Badge number is
435.
>> Always carry my wife's cuffs.
>> Huh?
>> These aren't mine. These are my wife's.
She was an explorer for the Nassau
County Police Department.
>> There are
Uh-huh.
>> Thank you.
I wrote a lot today.
>> Did you?
>> Uh, yeah.
>> A lot.
>> Probably 15 and then arrest on top of
that.
>> Oh,
as my step say
>> first time doing radar ever. What?
>> Yeah.
>> Really?
>> No joke. First time doing radar.
>> What was it?
>> Uh the time goes fast for 4 hours.
>> Yeah.
>> Before you could have came in 2 hours or
only 2 hours a pop.
>> Just rapid fire.
Stop after stop after stop basically.
How many did I got to do my thing? One,
two, three, four, five, six, seven,
eight, nine, 10 stops today. Wow.
>> And like 15 tickets
>> actually very
I know I'm sarcastic but I'm not
sarcastic.
>> Sorry.
>> Can I know your um title as
>> I I told you probably
>> but
>> four times.
>> I don't understand the title. So again,
>> he's a patrolman. Hey, sergeant.
>> Attach me to this case.
>> You're a sergeant.
>> Sergeant.
Thank you.
>> He's a patrolman.
>> All right. Where were you born? City and
state.
>> Um,
can I spell it?
>> Is it another country?
>> Yes.
>> What country? Albania.
>> Albania.
>> Yes.
>> Spell the the city.
>> Um C O R O F uh V
O D
uh E.
So C R O V O D E.
>> Mhm.
>> Corode.
Um S key.
>> Okay.
>> R
>> Wait, what are you spelling?
>> Um is is the like is continuous of the
city like New Jersey is like the first
name and
>> Okay. So Coron
>> S K R A P A P A R.
>> Yes. Yes. Yes.
>> So like Scorpar.
>> Yes.
Were
>> you in the military? United States?
>> No.
still live in Saucus.
>> Yes.
>> Caucus.
>> It's not Saucus.
>> No, my family's from Caucus. It's
Caucus. Is it Caucus or Saucus?
>> Caucus.
>> See, she said Saucus.
>> UPN9 invented Saucus.
>> She said
>> and NJ Transit. It's Caucus.
>> She said Saucus.
>> No. Anyone from Caucus knows it's C.
>> Okay. Is it Newark or Newark?
>> It's Newark.
>> Newark.
>> Okay. It's Newark. It's actually Newark.
>> It's New York.
>> So it's the caucus.
>> It's Caucus. So caucus.
>> No, it's the caucus.
>> That's what I said.
>> Caucus.
>> Yeah.
>> Is it Taylor or pork roll?
>> It's tailor.
>> It's pork roll.
>> No, it's not.
>> Look, I'm from pork roll.
>> No.
>> Okay. So then tomato or tomato?
>> Tomato.
>> Potato or potato?
>> Potato.
>> So what are we doing?
>> How How far do you want to do this?
>> It's
Bro, I'm just just being silly. You ever
watch good fellows? Did you ever see
Jersey Shore? You ever seen Ronnie?
>> Yes. Do you remember Joe? He was talking
about guys, not Jore. Remember Ronnie
got into that fight and it was like
I cringe every time I played Cau. I
know. I do that just to
>> Yes. My family's from town, you know.
No, you don't have to yell. Yellow. Calm
down. And you do. You're scaring me a
little bit. I calm down.
Make sure the rest of the
Hudson County I forgot.
>> Yes, that's Hudson County.
>> Ma'am, where do you work? I'm not I am
not going to call your job. It's just
for paperwork. Where do you work?
>> Uh, LVMH.
>> LVMH.
>> Mhm.
>> What's that? is
retail company
>> where
>> in um Manhattan Fifth Avenue
is trash. Is it 19 East 57th Street?
>> Uh I think it's 130. Let me see.
Bro, I hate Bang so much. I I hate it
with a passion. Like, I hate Bing.
[clears throat]
>> Mhm.
>> Man, did I tell you I hate Bang?
>> About four times.
>> Is it 34th Street or Fifth Half?
>> Fifth Half.
>> So, Louis Vuitton is where it is. Yes.
>> So it's 611 fifth a half.
>> What do you do to sales?
>> Uh account.
>> This is your arrest?
>> Uh
>> this is what?
>> This is Tommy.
>> Yeah, I'll just back.
>> Okay.
I need to know for the confinement.
What's the charges? construction. Yeah,
here we go. I got I got to look at it.
False. No.
>> Yeah.
>> What does it charge? False.
>> Misuse of 911.
>> False. Misuse.
>> Misuse of an emergency line. You kept
calling uh 911 when you had cops there.
611 Fifth Avenue, New York. 102.
Yeah.
>> Oh, Fifth Avenue. I keep pulling forth.
>> I was just asking for additional help
because I didn't
>> Ma'am, they already called it and we
went over this. They already called in.
>> They called the help and the help takes
forever to get there. Kellen.
>> Yes, sir.
>> He's unprovoked. I obviously haven't
spoken to him about what's going on.
>> If a deer is in agonal breathing, what's
going to happen?
>> It's dead.
>> Thank you.
>> Same thing as a human being.
>> So, if a human being was in agonal
breathing, what's going to happen to the
human being?
But you're going to ask for help.
>> I understand. You were going to ask for
help. And help came.
>> Unfortunately.
>> Unfortunately, the person's going to
die. Man, I've watched human beings take
their last breath. I saw a car crash.
This is Christmas. Three people in a
car. Three men in a car. Car rolled
over. The driver I watched take his last
breath. He was in agony. He was
breathing. He was moving. Still
breathing. And I watched him die in
front of me. We couldn't even open the
car to get to him cuz he was trapped
inside the vehicle. Died inside the car.
The rear passenger was walking around,
walking around talking to us. Oh my god.
He had a big weld on his face. His eye
was swollen open. We had him sit down.
The ENTs came, took him to the trauma
center. This guy was walking around. He
died in a hospital cuz from his internal
injuries. All three people in the car
died. Even when help comes, it doesn't
mean you're going to live. There's the
only reason why I'm telling you that.
Again, I respect the fact that you were
trying to help the animal, but you have
to let the people who deal with this
deal with it. They weren't ignoring you
or not wanting to help. It's just there.
They know there's nothing that could be
done.
>> I felt like I was ignored. This is why
>> Unfortunately,
facts don't care about feelings. Ben
Shapiro,
>> what was the expression? What you said?
>> Uh, what's your phone number?
What's your email address? You go to
video court.
>> Um,
>> I can spell it.
>> That's okay. I'll just copy it.
No numbers.
>> What does it mean? No numbers. No.
>> No. Traffic was backed up all the way to
the circle.
>> I want to make sure that
>> all the way to the circle, bro.
>> Because of this car in the circle was
back. Drive traffic was backed up and
there were like eight cars as as I'm
driving in. I could I had to walk. I had
to park my car and walk. I could pause.
>> Can I spell my name because I think you
have my email not right.
>> Yes. Thank you.
>> And how much do you weigh? Sorry, I have
to ask.
>> How much do I weigh?
>> Yeah.
>> Uh, I know in kilogram.
>> Okay, you can give it to me in
kilograms. 62
>> 136
>> in balance.
>> So yeah,
>> thank you.
>> Uh
oh, she invoked her right to an
attorney. So you can ask her anything.
>> You don't ask questions. There's nothing
to ask. But I still have to add some
meriz.
>> Print in the sheet if you want me to do
it. If not,
>> yeah.
>> Already done, baby.
>> We are not answering. I'd be asking
questions. So,
>> okay. Nothing.
>> Ma'am, are you uh a resident?
Are you a citizen?
>> Resident?
>> Resident?
>> Well, depending on the misuse of that
woman, can you say, "Are you a real?"
What?
>> I don't
like
>> What is the question? I'm curious.
>> No, I was [ __ ] I was asking him about
whether you what questions you're
allowed to ask someone for citizenship.
I don't know whether you have to look at
a charge depending on the level depends
on what I'm allowed to ask you. Like a
basic question. So fourth degree is
indictable, right?
>> Yes.
1 through four.
>> All right. I'm just going to ask you
some questions.
>> Just give it to her. I already did it.
Here you go.
>> Miranda writes that you read already on
scene. Just answer. Yes. If you
understand all these, no if you don't
understand.
>> Print your name.
>> She already said yes to it in a car. We

>> You're going to win. Okay.
Or not. All I know is I'm going home.
[laughter]
>> You can do whatever you want to do. I
don't care. I'm here till 7. Okay.
Can I ask a question?
>> You can ask as many questions as you
like.
>> Thank you. You're so polite. Um, how
long uh is the process?
>> Uh, it's 8:23. You'll be out of here
before 9:00.
>> Before 9.
>> Before 9:00. Thank you. 9:00 p.m.
>> 9:00 p.m. before 9:00 p.m.
>> Thank you.
You want to do this?
Is it a multip
here? It's going to activate.
Are you married?
>> No.
>> Hey, do you get those other wipes?
>> What is it?
>> The other wipes. The purple top. Oh,
yeah.
>> Thank you.
Can you be understandable with me?
>> Yes.
>> Thank you.
>> I want to be
>> Yes.
>> What kind?
>> Um 15.
>> An iPhone. [laughter]
>> What type of iPhone is this? iPhone with
credit cards.
>> Yeah, that's how I do the name. That's
why I said what's the name on when I
looked at the registration? It matched.
So, three credit cards, iPhone.
>> She should have another phone. Um,
>> yeah.
Keys. That's lip gloss. This is a
squish, right? I don't know.
Looking at me. I don't know what that
is. You better get used to that kind of
stuff. Why?
>> A girl.
>> If I have a girl or not a girl, a girl,
right?
Oh, we have two cell phones.
>> Yes.
>> Uh, hey, I need you
Carlson.
>> Yeah, I need you.
>> Oh,
can I ask you for forgiveness that I was
>> Yes.
>> talking to you?
>> He forgives you.
>> Thank you.
>> Do you forgive her?
>> Watch this. You know how you know
whether he forgives you or not? What's
his first name?
I don't know.
>> No. What's the first thing? You don't
know, right? So, how can you make it
personal? You don't even know each
other, right?
>> It happened. I don't know. Like, it is
what it is.
>> But do you know me?
>> I tried to break you, but I couldn't.
>> Do you know me?
>> I tried to break you, but I couldn't.
>> Do you know me?
>> No. Now?
>> No.
>> Now he does. Whatever your driver's
license says.
>> Yes. Your face is still there.
Okay.
>> Your face looks funny.
>> You're selfish, bro. Like,
>> do you want to do it now?
>> No, but I just did it.
>> No, because then if I didn't do it, then
you'd be like, "Oh, why didn't you do
it?"
>> Make sure Make sure you close the case.
>> It's already
What do you mean?
>> You said to enter them here. Oh yeah.
>> What's the newest case number? 109.
>> Why am I saying it's not
>> 110?
>> No. Why am I feeling that? It's not the
correct number.
>> Well, that was me.
>> You're about to find out.
>> That is me.
>> Okay. So, Oh, hey, it's right.
>> Really?
>> Yeah.
>> Mine was a warrant, man.
>> You brought somebody in on someone
else's charge.
>> Exactly. Wait a minute. What's this case
number?
You want the purple? Uh, as soon as he
gives me the case number 025158
for what?
Another super talent.
Um,
>> this is your property. Is this manage
your property? Yes. You'll get that
property back
>> actually.
>> Uh, yes. You're under arrest
>> right now.
>> Yep. What? What did you give her?
>> Can I ask you? I need your consent.
>> So, I can't give you legal and no legal.
It's against your best interest to allow
one of us to give you legal advice only
because I want to preserve your rights.
You should not It's We have a vested
interest on your conviction. You have a
vested interest on not being.
>> Therefore, you should never ask an
officer that you're interacting with in
a nonpositive way to give you advice

we have to be impartial, but at the same

Can I have the law about the the

you have to do your due diligence and
look it up. But obstruction of a
governmental function, you can 100%
Google your phone. You could look up
obstruction of a governmental function
in the state of New Jersey 2C 29-1A

Did you find those other towels?
>> What's up? Did you find any other

>> When you get home, check for ticks. Not
now.
>> When you get home, tick.
>> What is tick?
>> A tick is that animal that climbs into
your skin and sucks your blood. Because
deer have deer ticks. When deer Yeah.
They're going to climb on you. I'm not
checking you. I'm just saying when you
get home and you bathe, make sure you
check yourself thorough for ticks
because you can get Lyme disease from
deer.
>> There's a lone star tick that gives you
a disease. Do you like eating beef
right?
>> Dairy.

get that, you're not you can't eat it.
>> You will become a vegan basically.
>> Should they go to the hospital?

All right. I'm going to send this. Okay.
Tell me if you agree.
Yeah.
I don't mind doing this because
running the clock out.
>> Did you really want this?
>> Why don't I care?
>> I don't know.
>> Why? I don't I don't care.
[clears throat] You can do all this. I
can take it. You can take it. I don't
care. Huh?
>> That mean you still throw us up.
>> No, no, no.
>> It's all part of a squad anyway. You
still are. So,
>> why am I not going to be here or
something?
>> I don't know.
>> What does that mean?
>> Okay. Okay.
>> All right. You got to be here.

>> Okay. Thank you.

>> You see me? My uh brain's not working.
What? For
>> Yeah. Uh 0704.
Uh
>> right.
>> Yeah. 024.
>> It's like you know your
>> It's like I've done this once or twice.
>> No, it's not tab.
>> Why?
>> Cuz I didn't accept it. I have to find
it.
>> Oh no.
Is that blood? Not
>> hers.
[clears throat]
>> This one.
That one.
That's what I would say.
Look at ECR. Oh, look. Look.
[clears throat] Oh, it's okay. It's the
right color.
Want the images first? What's the images
first? Can you pick your hair up though?
You're just going to stand over there.
Which one you
No, the problem is in here. It's not in
here.
Mhm.
>> You guys know who's this? Who's right?
>> Yeah. All right. All right. Just right
here. Stand right in the middle. The
wall necklace is off. Hold on. Necklaces
off.
You wearing earrings? Those are
just like why is that?
>> Can I ask you a question?
>> You can ask as many questions as you
like.
>> Why is this table says dirty table?
>> What that means [laughter] what that
what that means this is dirty table.
This is clean table. [clears throat]
What that means is if we have any like
property like narcotics or people's
property, it goes here. This is the
table where you don't put that stuff. So
this is here. This is a work table. This
is not on work table. So you can't put
anything that So anything that's what
>> you need something off that.
>> What?
Right. You were looking for [ __ ] Sorry.
>> Oh, nice. Very nice.
>> See, you're wrong. He is useful.
[laughter]
>> He was darn hot,
>> bro. Come on. That was good.
>> I was teasing him through him, but it
was my joke. Stand right there
>> and just look forward. Just look
straight right towards the camera. Yep.
One, two, three. Oh, well,
maybe.
>> Oh, no. It worked. We can't smile,
unfortunately.
>> Okay. Sorry.
>> That's okay. Wait, wait, wait. You can
use it. Zoom in.
[snorts]
Adjust that.
Let's see. Let me see how it looks.
Okay.
Uh, let me see. Hold on. Adjust.
[clears throat]
Do you? Yep. Dude,
there was a professional, bro. It's
>> not there yet.
>> Oh, is it not?
What's this case number?
>> Thanks, bro. I appreciate it.
>> 25.
>> Jesus.
All right, bro.
>> You got a picture?
No, I got to I got to do something real
quick. Now watch this.
>> A Yeah, you jelly. You never done this
before.
>> No, this is not bad. Not like that.
>> No, what I trying to do that?
>> No, you didn't.
>> No, that's not bad.
>> Can you do your tricks, too?
>> Yes. I took a We took the picture but
just too zoomed out. So, I tried to crop
it again and it won't works. I got to
redo it.
>> Okay.
>> So, either way, you still have to take
it again.
>> But we tried.
>> Yeah. It didn't happen. So, we had to
take again though.
>> You had to take it again. So, you were
right. I was wrong.
>> But at least I know there was a way to
fix that.
>> That's how you fix it if you're ever in
a situation.
[clears throat]
>> All right. Just look straight. Don't
smile. Don't blink.
>> One, two, three.
>> You got it.
>> What?
>> Go on three. You click it. One, two,
three. It takes a second.
Are you do it?
>> No, you're good. Just zoom in.
You're not.
>> Huh?
Good.
>> Yeah. No, you got to get closer. Closer.
There you go. Up. Up. Up. Up. Back.
Back. Right there. Perfect.
All right. Right click.
It has to go to rest mode. So now double
click that and save. Yes.
>> So now
add
>> right. I don't know why I'm telling you
like I'm sorry. I apologize once you
apologize
>> someone. I don't know.
>> All right. So man, all you're going to
do is watch me. You're just going to
turn your head towards the wall. Keep
your body straight. Just turn your head
towards the wall.
>> All right. Don't move.
>> All right. One, two, three.
>> That's how you do it.
He needs to get in there. He knows that.
>> Yeah, he's just itching.
I break it.
You can relax.
>> Oh, I feel you.
>> I knew it. I knew it. I need
Yeah. Make that two tight two.
No, no, you're Oh, I thought she was.
All right.
>> All right. Now, we'll come over here and
do your
>> stand.
Love you.
Hold on.
All right. Pretty simple.
All right. Left hand. See this here? Do
it together. Nice and easy. This is what
we want here. We want it all green. All
green across the board.
Okay.
>> Really? I I tried. I I mean really
I don't know wherever you decide to go.
>> What do you mean?
>> You're just being you are under us right
now.
>> Right now it's why you're getting
fingerprints and everything.
>> 8:47 right now. By 9:30 we'll have you
out here. 30 minutes.
>> 30 minutes.
>> 45 minutes. 45 minutes. I mean, the
faster we do this, the faster
>> you're out of here.
>> Okay. But, uh,
>> I know you don't want to see me anymore.
That's okay, right? I was mean to you,
right?
>> But I was trying to save you.
>> I know. I I I do. I I do understand, but
>> I wanted to say her.
>> I understand, but unfortunately,
>> trust me, I love pet animals and I love
it is what it is. for unfortunate, but
unfortunately, and I I did I tried to
explain to you multiple times. I mean,
I'm sure you probably think I was being
mean and everything, but I I that's
okay. That's you're right. You can think
that, but unfortunately, there's a I
have a job to do. So, I have to clear
the roadway, right? There's
unfortunately nothing we can do for the
animal, for the deer. Unfortunately, it
fell, right? It fa fell from the cliff.
Happens all the time. Unfortunately, we
are in a park that's a lower air, you
know, along the Hudson River there. It's
a lower area. It's the woods.
Unfortunately, it happens.
>> Do you know the consequences after this
arrest?
>> Well, you got to go to court.
>> It's court.
>> Yeah, you go to court. They'll explain
everything
>> a lot a lot more in detail and you just
you go from there
>> and they're going to decide what's going
to happen in court.
>> Yeah.
>> But you go to court. Go to court. That's
that's really all we can really say.
Again, like my sergeant said, supervisor
yourself, we can't give you legal
advice, but you go to court. That's the
reason.
>> That doesn't mean you're going to get go
to jail for three years, right? Like my
sergeant is telling me the one um
>> charge could be 3 to 5 years in jail.
That doesn't mean you're going to you're
guaranteed to go to jail 3 to 5 years.
That doesn't mean that that's just what
could happen. Does that make sense?
>> Yeah. [clears throat]
Hit the door.
Okay.
Camera's going to show you hand over.
Yep.
Whose PSA is this? It's been sitting
there, I think, forever.
>> What's the name of it?
>> Not working.
Go back and forth. catch yourself. Is
this the You're just going to
see?
Well, you've done it once or twice. You
got to know a little secret tricks
>> of the trade.
>> I don't know. What does that mean?
>> I don't know. Maybe.
>> Depends. It depends.
>> Maybe you give
>> Depends on what happens.
>> Maybe you give
>> Depends on what happens in court. Huh?
>> Maybe you give your side of the story.
That's
>> You don't You don't want to court?
>> Why you can't? body cam. That's my side
of the story.
>> CNV. That's the report. CNVR.
>> Body cam.
>> CVR.
>> The whole interaction will be getting
recorded as well as there'll be a report
and there'll be the charges.
>> All right.
>> There's a bunch of documentation. So
that's my supporting documentation.
>> And other officer.
>> And then Yep.
>> You have his info, right?
>> Yep.
>> And then you have right you have your
video.
>> Okay.
So you can rehab the court.
>> Who the hell's that?
>> Northern Valley.
>> Oh
SC is going to be right.
>> No, I think SC
you decided.
>> I didn't decide this.
>> You didn't want to do this. I'll tell
you this. He did not want to do this.
That's why he called me.
>> He's like, "You come do it." Okay.
No, it was going to happen.
>> Yeah. Okay.
>> It it was but you know just I had these
situational and all awareness.
>> I had situational awareness.
>> Yeah.
>> You can say whatever you want but I knew
there was a lot of
>> there was a lot going on.
>> How many white knights were there too?
>> And there were a lot of white knights.
>> There was only me and that one party. A
lot of white knights. Who knows?
>> Yeah.
>> What is white knight?
>> I don't care about white knights.
>> What is white knights? White knight
means a person that thinks that they're
trying to save somebody that doesn't
necessarily need saving. It's actually
sexist.
>> What does it mean?
>> A person that tries to save a woman that
doesn't necessarily need saving.
>> Damn distress.
>> Yeah. They think it they think every
woman's a damn distress. So they try to
save
>> But they think that I was trying to do
something to you.
>> They would come to save you, but then
they end up getting themselves.
>> They don't understand the whole
situation.
>> Yeah. Oh, this is
>> And I know you you have your side of the
story. So, I'm not I'm not trying to do
this isn't
you have your side of the story how
things happen and everything.
>> When are you ever going to fight me?
>> What?
>> Are you going to fight me or
does it look like that?
>> I thought you were going to fight me if
I'm being honest.
>> Thus, the the fear of waiting.
>> What is fear? Can I ask? I I have
something.
>> Okay, give me like one minute and then
you're going to take a seat.
>> You're just going to sign here. Simply
all you're signing that these are your
fingerprints and your photographs. All
your information about who you are. It's
going to go up.
>> No, no. You can use that. Hold one
second. The stylus.
>> Yeah.
Look right here. Look there.
All right. Take a seat.
You want me to hit? Okay. In front of
you all.
>> You have decided too.
>> Okay.
All that's saying is that these are your
fingerprints.
>> Okay.
>> Those are your fingerprints.
>> That's you.
It's not for your profile picture. I
promise.
>> She wants to see the uh glamour shot.
It's not for your not going to put on
ID. You can
by the way if you want. You do what you
want. Okay, take a seat.
>> Thank you.
>> Dear blood.
You don't have to. She's done. All
you're doing is charging.
>> Do I need to put the ankles back on?
[snorts]
>> You're going to just sit here. Relax.
No. No. You're just going to sit there,
right? Just relax. There's There's three
of us.
I just want her to understand. I'm not
going to put the cuffs on. I'm trusting
that, you know. So, if you tell her to
tell her to get up, she'll get up.
[laughter]
>> I don't know. She didn't listen before
you.
>> Yes.
>> I got to Everybody once I'm at this
point, I do the same. I'm going to do
this too.
>> Yes.
>> I know you can't do
that. [laughter]
>> What?
>> You're going to tell me how wrong.
>> No,
>> I can do this. I mean, you're already in
there.
I know. I'm not going to deny.
I'm not uh
uh
>> proficient.
>> No. Um,
oh, there's a job
for
wild
>> here. This will be one that
give you a little bit kicked out. I'm
going to give you a little bit of
hamstring tension. You're touching the
deer and everything, which
is great. I know you were trying to save
it, but that's crazy
to um
bare hands.
Those are us. Whatever.
Oh, you already got it somewhere in the

>> Why did I have on long sleeves?
Wish I could have got like a lot.

>> Yeah. I'm going to give her a bunch of
hand sanitizer and some paper towels.
Kitchen paper.
>> Squirts in your kitchen.

>> No. Okay.
>> As the kids say these days, come
through. That was the response I was
going to get. Cap, as the kids say these
days.
>> What's cap? What's this joke?
>> Cap is uh for some reason I don't know
where what it's from, but I know it
means not telling the truth.
>> I hate that.
>> I hate that, too. That's why
>> you get pulled over a lot.
>> No.
>> Yes, she does. Nine points on your
license.
>> You get pulled over quite often.
>> No.
>> You have nine points on your license.
So, did you get pulled over once and
then got a bunch of tickets? You had to
get like six.
>> Yeah, I'm going to check on that because
it was fair.
>> I mean, more so I'm telling you for your
knowledge, just so you know.
>> And also,
>> when when someone has nine tickets or

the points. Perfect.
>> 1936.
>> Okay. Yeah, I got it. Thank you.
>> Can you hear us on the um intercom?
>> Uh yeah, I can. I I don't know how the

>> Four or three.
>> Four. Hit eight four times.
>> Eight four times. Okay. So hang up.
Press A four times and then talk. See if
it works.
>> Oh, he just hung up on. That's crazy.
They hung up on the large. Wow.
>> Can I ask you? No, I I'm not asking, but
I want to report. So when I got the
points that you see on my license, they
they uh I have my driver license. I
>> Caucus.
>> No, it was in
>> it was uh
>> It was in Saucus. Not Caucus. North P
Union City. No, let me let me find
>> work. Can you please
>> uh the police after gave me uh the
tickets, he didn't give me back the
driver license and I reported but I they
didn't give me
>> when was this?
>> It was in Palite. Uh not this pal said
the other one.
>> You have to go to the headquarters and
tell them to review the body cam video.
>> Okay.
>> So go to the headquarters. Tell them you
want to review the body cam video from
the last traffic stop. Yes.
>> And tell them that you didn't get your
license back. And then the officer,
you'll see whether he gave it back to
you or not.
>> Okay.
>> Through the video.
>> Okay.
>> You 100% just have to go there.
>> Okay.
>> Uh

>> Oh, it's in. What an idiot.
>> Yeah.
Take a seat. Take a seat. We're
>> You're still under arrest. We're trying
to We're trying to be nice, but as
possible with everybody as we don't have
any,

you can't be walking all around. Okay.
>> What we do with As long as you're
cooperative, we just got to do a little
bit more paperwork. 15 like 15 minutes,
we'll have you out of here. That's
That's it. Yeah, by ask
[clears throat] another question. Why
don't
>> So this is the case number, right?
>> That's our logo. Our department logo.
This is the case number. This is where
the vehicle is. San, which is in Palisad
Park, which is actually what you're
talking about is the same town where
your driver's license is where you were
pulled over.
>> So what's right? Is that what you said?
Palis Park, which is the town. It's a
town. Pal State Parkway where we work
where we are right now
>> that's where we are right now it's
another
>> Pal which is a town
>> which also just happens to be that Santa
is in that town
>> and what uh
>> uh

comes and worst they call us.
>> We say as long as it's you, they can
release.
Thank you.
All
right.
Do
>> you like this?
Yeah.
>> Good.
>> Yeah.
>> Feeling the best I can, bro.
This one I've never done. So, I'm going
to have to add this one to
>> Really? You've never
>> never done this?
>> Oh, no. Wait.
Yeah. 33 minutes.
>> [snorts]
>> Yeah. Really?
>> Yeah. Can you show me that thing that
you pulled up?
>> 33-3E.
>> The 3E.
>> Is it okay if I turn it sideways? I
don't know if it works out, man. It
does. We're about to find out.
>> I have a little bit of blood in my hand.
Okay.
>> 332. No, 33.
33.
He said he is an echo.
No,
>> that's my Thank you. Appreciate it.
>> My best.
Can I ask you?
>> Hi. Am I allowed to ask?
>> You're allowed to ask any question you
want.
>> Can I ask what is that?
And what it is?
>> Hold up. Um,
yeah, he's going to go over all that.
>> Okay.
Okay.
Can I ask another question?
>> One second. Let me just finish talking
so I don't type what you're saying.
Right.
>> Yes. [clears throat]
Hold on.
Hold on. My brain's not working.
>> That's why
Right.
>> Yes. Go.
Oh [ __ ] That's the first time
to
>> Can I ask a question or no?
>> Sure. Now you can ask me.
>> Yeah. Are you trying to give me the less
or the max?
>> You're getting the bare minimum of what
occurred.
>> Thank you.
>> Nothing extra at all. The bare minimum
of it. What must be done is being done.
Nothing extra, nothing less. Whatever
anybody else would have got.
>> Oh, come on, bro. That's what you do.
>> That's my fault.
>> Now we have it. Now I just have to add
this to
>> Yeah. to the main database.
>> I do that every time.
>> It's nice.
>> Nice.
>> And then you have
>> I'm going to shop this. That's the first
one.
Well, think about it. When will we ever
use it? Think about it. When would
everybody ever in today's day and age
right now?
>> Well, nowadays stuff someone just
calling you know calling.
>> Yeah,
>> cuz they don't
>> Well, actually, technically they could
have done one for me cuz I was accused
as a police imperson
in a bar car in full uniform
>> in Fort Le, right?
>> The Fort Lee our highway multiple times.
There's no way this guy can do that.
>> That's what I'm playing. I'm
>> You [snorts] guys You guys are hiring.
>> Yes. Okay. Yes,
>> I'm allowed to be a cop, guys.
>> At least 1968.
>> Sheesh. That's real life. That's a sad
thing.
>> Where is this?
Yeah, see JV now.
I don't even know if I have access to
that.
[laughter]
>> Yeah. He doesn't even know his squad.
>> Sorry, it was an accident.
>> Okay.
Stop. Stop yelling at me. Is there
evidence recovered?
>> Dear blood.
[laughter]
>> Sorry.
>> What?
What? This?
>> No.
>> This one?
>> No.
I don't want that.
>> It was close. That was close. Just so
you know.
>> Yeah. No, I know. I I was trying just to
just you, not the
>> But then once I saw
>> the phone,
>> it was right there.
>> Yeah. Yep.
>> I was like, "Okay."
>> Yeah. Yep.
>> Are you sure about that?
Now we're doing
the victim.
Here we go.
PSA one in the world. Shocker.
Okay, we go.
One, two, five.
>> Kevin, you know it's got to be two full
weeks, right?
>> Has to be two full weeks.
>> The date has to be two full weeks. So
sounds of course
>> it's one two like
counting weekend.
>> Yeah.
>> Oh yeah, that's right.
>> Can I help?
>> One second.
Did you see?
>> I don't know.
[clears throat]
>> Here come the copies.
>> Candy. Kappies. Kakis.
You want to cool it?
>> No.
Did you ask us?
>> Not yet.
>> No.
>> Now you can.
>> It wasn't because of the the initial um
Okay. Well, hold on. Can we get her name
again? Spell her name. I R D A
last name L A Z I M I
>> Yep.
>> All right.
May I ask you few questions?
>> Hold on. Practice that.
>> Okay. Be serious.
>> May I ask you a few questions? Be
serious.
Answer these questions.
>> Do not joke. If you make a joke
questions,
>> if one of the listen one of the
questions is very serious, we have to
take it serious. So even if you say
something and you're joking, we can't
take it as a joke. We have to we have to
behave as if it's serious and treat you
as such, unfortunately. So please don't
make any jokes.
>> Are you are you depending on alcohol or
drugs? You'll see.
>> I have one question first.
>> Sure.
>> Uh am I allowed to not answer any
questions?
>> These are different. These are questions
that I should not.
>> Are you on alcohol or drugs?
>> No.
>> Have you ever attempted suicide before?
>> No.
>> Are you thinking about killing yourself
now?
>> No. Okay.
>> Do you have any pre-existing medical
conditions?
>> No.
>> Will you have to take any prescription
medication while confined here?
>> Next 5 minutes?
>> No.
>> Are you responsible for the primary care
of a dependent child or senior citizen
while in custody?
>> I don't understand.
Are you somebody waiting for you right
now?
>> Is there a child or a senior citizen
that is waiting for you and you are the
sole caretaker for that child or senior
citizen?
>> No.
>> No.
Sorry. No. Like if you don't understand
it then you probably don't. If that
makes sense. If you had I'm just saying
like if you had a child or a senior
citizen with mom, dad, mom, just mom,
dad, aunt, uncle, whatever that you were
primary care for, they you were the only
one that they who uncle
is not ant. There's a there's a U. It's
aunt.
It's aunt not ant.
>> So what? How I qualify?
>> Can I ask you a question?
>> What's up?
>> How you qualify if I'm taking care of I
take care of my sister for how I qualify
that?
>> Are you the only one that takes care of
her?
>> Yes.
>> How old is your sister?
>> She's grown. But
>> how old is she?
>> She's 32.
>> How old are you? Cuz she's 32. You're
35. Yes. Right. 90. Right. 1990. Okay.
>> You take care of her. You guys are
basically the same age.
>> But I always take care of
>> She's your little sister.
>> That's not why.
>> We're done. Yeah. Yeah. We're done. All
right. Uh, I don't really
>> You watch that um girl. She has
>> She has a whole show.
>> Oh my god.
>> My wife loves it. TLC.
>> Yeah.
>> You wear the It's a show.
>> There's a a girl. She has Tourette's
syndrome.
>> What? She has
>> Tourette's syndrome. She calls out like
she'll be talking and all a sudden
she'll say like Tommy's mean to me like
she can't help it. She says things that
like
she just screams out.
>> Uh it's a mental disorder. It's uh Oh my
god. What's the right word?
>> She's intellectually something utter.
>> Yeah, she has ticks.
Not the tips that we were talking about
before. Different house.
>> Yeah,
>> I told you.
>> Yeah. TLC.
>> It's like uh it's usually on what 90day
Beyonce. I don't watch that.
I swear I watch
anymore. I said anymore. No, I
acknowledge that my wife.
I watched it. We went all the way back
together.
>> Where can I find the show?
>> TLC.
>> We're not talking about the RV. What do
you call it?
>> The learning channel. It used to be.
>> I never heard of TLC.
>> What about Court TV? That's old item. I
remember Court TV, too. You're old as
hell. Learning channel. Court TV.
>> That's what TLC originally stood for.
You guys are old.
Trying to kill me.
So how how I get access to TLC?
>> You can download the app.
>> Yeah.
>> Discovery. It's through discovery.
She's the sign. Discovery at tip.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> I'm sure.
>> I'm sure.
>> I'm sure there would be no issue.
>> Yeah. Where?
Discovery. Oh,
>> got to go to speak.
>> Is this Discovery Channel?
>> They changed that one, too. An AMC.
Notc.
That's it.
>> That's it.
>> Will I get a copy of
>> you? A copy of everything.
>> Of course.
>> Same thing. These are both the same
thing. This is just your uh court date.
I'm going to make you a copy of that.
>> As you can get a copy of the charges as
well. All you're signing is that this is
the court. You are getting one of these.
One's for me, one's for you.
>> I'm signing here.
>> Yep. Same thing. Yep. You're going to
sign there. Sign there. Same piece of
document.
>> Exact same thing.
It's also over Zoom like FaceTime. Zoom.
>> The first one.
>> The first one at least. And then that's
when you enter your ple.
>> Yep.
>> Grab her. Oh, that's it, right?
>> Wait, stand. I got to copy the form she
signs when she signs it. Maybe
I
have to sign it and I'll make her her
copy.
Got to get my pistol.
Did you? So, let me ask you a question.
Let's see here. How much you know? Why
do we have to ask about the dependence?
This is going to be on maybe the test.
>> She has the five ring car.
>> Yeah. Why? What reason do we ask that?
>> We have to arrange.
>> Why do we have to ask that?
>> I know why. Cuz I've been studying.
>> Cuz there's a case law or
>> no
>> attorney general guideline. That's why
>> the reason we ask about a dependent is
there's an 1993 attorney general
guideline.
>> You need to know that for your our test
coming up. Come on. It's not.
>> Well, it's good to know. I haven't
studied.
>> So, what what uh can I know
>> what
>> uh like why I would ask because I don't
even know uh
>> where you're at. What
>> uh if I have someone under my
>> to make sure that you're able to get
home or make arrangements like let's say
you have a child and your child's uh 11
or your child's 11 years old, you know,
you can leave your let's say your son's
home, you ran out of the house to grab
something. Who's watching your kid?
>> Yeah.
>> I see.
>> Yeah. So that's
>> when you have like an old let's say you
have a mother a mother who's ill needs
her medication or needs to be fed by
9:00 well now it's 9:25 who's going to
feed your mom your dad
>> so that's only the case so my answer no
is right then
anybody that needs you a second
>> we can't tell you yes or no that's
>> I just want to make sure that you're not
Sign this one. You sign that one. I make
you get a copy.
>> Yeah. One's for arc, one's for court,
one's for your folder. I keep I always
keep the original.
All right. Few seconds. I'll get you out
of here. He's going to squirt you up
front and then you can call whoever you
want to call.
>> Um, can I ask you something else?
>> You can ask as many questions as you
like.
>> Thank you. Uh, can I be escorted by you?
>> By who?
The place itself
>> works. All three of us are
>> You are
>> all three of us.
>> In my home.
>> To your home? No. We can't take to your
house though.
>> Where? I'm going to go.
>> You're going to make a phone call. You
call
>> Uber. We can call a cab. We can call a
cab for you. We can um Chicago is too
far for us to drive. Unfortunately, it
won't let us.
>> Right here in our walking out of here.
We have a lobby. You're hungry. We got a
vending machine. You can grab all this
or put on your jewelry or whatever
easier for you. Are you going to put it
on? If not, I can give you a little
bagel.
So, you have one thing. You're not
carrying a bunch of things.
You just want to put it in here. Totally
up to you. Just make you get one thing.
want to put like all
you just want to put it all in there.
We're good to go.
>> As it shows over here
charge for
>> uh no your lawyer you through your
lawyer you can request discovery. Okay.
>> Yep.
So over here is nothing like information
that I don't know
>> over here. That's
>> your charge. What do you sign? That's
all it is.
>> The charge.
>> That's the charger.
What is violation of disorder?
>> That's the statute. That's the charge.
That's the actual charge.
>> So what does it mean disorder of the
person? Like
>> it's the lowest charge. It's the lowest
level of the charge. So there's first
degree, which is like murder or
something like really bad. That's number
one. The worst of the worst. 1 2 3 DP.
That's the lowest
>> DP. It's
>> the lowest level of a crime.
>> Disorderly person. Sorry, I said DP, but
it's disorderly person. Lowest level of
a crime, but it is still a crime. Just
so you like to understand. One is the
highest disorderly person.
>> But why is called disorderly? Like the
name
>> that's just
>> it's the name of
>> Yeah, exactly. person.
>> It's not that uh it says that
>> in other states is misdemeanor
>> here. Here is distortly person.
>> In other states, how is it?
>> Misdemeanor.
>> Misdemeanor.
>> Yeah.
>> All right, we're good. You're released.
It's It's already all done. And that's
why you go to court. You have court now.

Good.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. We're going to take her front and
then she's going to call for a ride.
Make sure you take all your stuff. This
is all yours. All your information.
>> I just give her one of the big bags.
>> Yep. That's what I gave her.
>> Okay.
>> All your stuff.
>> And I can go for the car right this way.
Okay.
>> We're just bringing you out front.
That's all we're doing. Just bringing
you out front.

here. There's a bathroom if you want.
There's a vending machine, a water
fountain. It's There's nothing. You're
released. You You were done. We don't
have to

>> take care. Yeah, it's nature and I try
to explain to her. Then she's calling
911 for Leo
