in this video we're gonna witness some mind-blowing encounters where cops messed with the wrong people let's get down to it first up we have a cop telling a man why he stopped him there was a problem with his lights and the man had no problem whatsoever with what the cop was saying to him he didn't argue with him at all and obeyed his every command he said that he was sorry and gave the cop his license and insurance verification with the cop asked him to prisoner told Joe Versus failure to dim your lights while he was looking for the proof of insurance the cop started asking questions such as where he was headed to the man said Oklahoma but the cop wasn't satisfied with that answer and said that they were in Oklahoma not to mention that he sounded very nervous when he said that as you can imagine the cop's tone made that man quite uncomfortable and he wanted to know if he had to answer those kinds of questions to which the cop replied that he didn't have to if he didn't want to we'll just finding the insurance feels he headed to where are you headed to I told you Oklahoma is there any problem well at the moment I'm just wondering where you're headed to and you can't seem to tell me do I have to what's that I just don't feel to answer any questions okay what I just don't think then the cops started behaving even more strangely when he heard some noise in the truck the next thing you know he was ordering the man to step out of his vehicle and to leave his phone inside the man then let him know that he was recording the encounter with his phone and the cop told him that he was recording too the man asked for a supervisor because he was clearly worried that this cop on a power trip would do something to him the cop let him know that the supervisor was coming and then straight up accused the man of not cooperating with him after a little bit of back and forth the man pretty shaken at this point left his vehicle okay what was that sound just happened in your truck that you do need to answer no I don't have to answer that too okay do me a favor step out of the vehicle is any Department there is step by the vehicle please this is my hands I see your hands sir on buckle your seatbelt that's my phone I see your phone save your phone where it's at sir I'm recording okay sir I have the right to record I have I'm recording right here I have the right to record I have a recording right here so yeah denying me to record this in interaction step out of the vehicles can I ask you again sir step out of the vehicle is there any problem yes there is a problem what is it right now it's your lack of cooperation put your phone down you can leave it recording but it stays in your vehicle step out of the vehicle please I'm gonna I'm gonna Step Up can I turn it off can I turn it off can I turn it off turn your engine off turn it off okay here is the keys but that wasn't enough for this cop as he wanted the man to put his phone back in the vehicle he clearly had a problem with this man recording his inappropriate behavior and he wasn't afraid to show it and even told the cop that if he didn't put his phone away he was gonna take it from him at that point you gotta ask yourself what's wrong with this cop what's really sad is the fact that this kind of behavior has become so typical for cops that it's not really a surprise anymore about the vehicle sir put your phone back in your vehicle I have the right to record you no sir you don't have the right to record me right now you have the right to stop hindering my investigation it's the phone you put your phone in the vehicle or I will take it out of your hand and put it in your vehicle anyway the man then reminded this disrespectful cop that he had a right to record him under the First Amendment he asked him if he was being detained and the cop confirmed that he was revealing the reasons to be a traffic violation and a lack of cooperation sir I know my I call you supervisor my supervisor's right there okay here is my hands here's my phone put your phone back in your video why you don't want to be recorded are you gonna do something wrong to me I'm recording right here right sir put your phone back in the vehicle and stop hindering my investigation and stuff nobody being detained yes you are being detained for what right now for a traffic violation okay and a lack of uh answering any questions that I asked whatsoever so do I have to ask any questions yes certain questions you do have to answer put your phone down step back here for me is that you have a supervisor supervisor put your phone excuse me can I talk to you can I talk to you that's my keys that's my phone okay once the supervisor arrived the man explained everything to him he complained about the cop's Behavior accusing him of escalating the situation without any reason as he was cooperating the whole time he revealed that the cop even put his hand on his weapon at one point which is the very definition of escalating the situation the cop even toned it down a bit but he kind of had to because the sergeant was there not to mention the fact that he was making excuses for his inappropriate behavior the man went on to ask for both their names and badge numbers and they had no other choice but to give it to him Navi caught his interaction this traffic stuff he assume you know you know how the right to record he said yes because of a traffic interaction I said okay that's fine he said that they have to answer every question he asked some of the questions he asked I told him because he keep asking me questions you know I really don't fit to answer any question and he started to escalate he put his his hand on the gun and his tattoo team was this sound inside UAV called us how many times another real question you asked me for the license yeah it is what was going on in your vehicle I didn't see your hands and I hear a noise show me your hands after I asked you what the noise was and you said I don't feel like answering your questions I don't have to answer any questions what's your name officer Foster what's your best number 28 your name sir Sergeant flame your best number Okay so step back here in front of my can I close my door yeah absolutely okay so you're gonna answer my question yet what was that Sam the sound coming out of your vehicles or any question I would like to be fair in my way let's go back over here so we don't get it once the car pulled away the man explained everything to the supervisor once again and the supervisor acknowledged that he had every right to film the cop basically admitting that the cop made a mistake treating the man like that well at least someone was being reasonable now if only all cops were as respectful as this Sergeant I'm gonna put my kids in the step over here so don't get hit by other people this office you need to give him more training you know that well I'm not the one that trained them but the way he approached me you know it's like he is his opportunity I don't answer any questions oh right right oh this is something on my ride I had the father remember I had the First Amendment to record but you know he started to put his hand on the gun and get out you know what is that sound you have to answer my questions put the phone down you cannot record me I mean come on no you're very right to record had a pretty polite conversation when the cop interrupted them with his demanding tone which is why the man had to teach him some lessons in law particularly the first fourth and fifth amendment that's the jacket right there okay you want to come here and see yeah I'll go with you you try to walk in the oil field and you become a police officer I was in the military and then came back home I worked in the world fields for a little while oh okay the current address well I've ever seen the majority of the license am I giving uh tickets it's on your license I'm asking your questions sir you answer my question I'll answer yours right now you need to answer my question what is your address okay let me tell you something every city's new start not every citizen is ignorant on his rights okay I don't know if they teach you that in the police academy you have to tell me but there is constitutional rights there is the First Amendment to record that's what I'm doing David the Fourth Amendment and this is the Fifth Amendment to to refuse to answer any question okay it doesn't matter where is it that's the after the Man educated the cop and told him that his address was on his driver's license the cop proceeded to give him a warning he told him that it wasn't going to cost him any points on his license and that there was no court date associated with him okay okay it's not going to cost any points on your license there's no court date associated with it no money okay there's a copy of your warning there's your insurance verification I need to sign right there the man gave everything the cops wanted but then they wanted his phone number as well what are they going to ask him out on a date the man didn't want to give them his number but they said that they had to because the system required him to do so however the man stood his ground and the cops had no other choice but to return his license and tell him that he was free to go what's your phone number sir Erico person I don't wish to give that one too I gotta have it for my system sir do I have to give that one second play art um and give us your company phone number if you want to do that for what for our system like I said it is you had you have your paperwork you have to fill out this is our paperwork it's on there you got my driver license you got my name you got my birthday you got my order it's worse you need you got everything my insurance my place my you got my whole life right there so I don't know why you need you need my phone number so can I get my driver license how can it be free today a woman was just passing by filming stuff when a man approached her and told her that she wasn't allowed to be there as it was a federal facility the woman obviously very knowledgeable about the law called the man out for it and told him that he looked like a security guard and not law enforcement the man didn't argue with that and backed away in order to call the actual law enforcement so Tyler I can't hear you is that a lot of law what law is that why do I need an ID are you a law enforcement officer you look like a security guard oh is that an order foreign and sure enough the law enforcement did show up in the form of this cop who immediately asked this woman what she was doing she said that she was just doing some photography and proceeded to ask him about his name and badge number after he gave those two things to her he told her that he was there to dispel his concerns about what she was doing she immediately asked him why she was being detained and he said it was suspicious activity hello sir good I'm just doing some recording may I please get your name and badge number yep names officer wise badge number 136. because I need to dispel my concern about what you're doing why am I being detanged sir suspicious she then tried to tell him that photography which is a First Amendment protected activity can't be deemed suspicious but the cop just wouldn't listen and he kept interrupting her by asking for her ID her name and where she was coming from however this woman stood her ground and didn't want to give any of that to him photography cannot be used no no sir please let me have your ID I don't have an ID no because photography cannot be used are you from around here sir yeah I've been walking down the sidewalks now the cop accused her of trespassing and actually pulled out a book to prove his point and impose his own laws he kept reading her the law and in the end she had only one question to ask him and that was if he knows what a public easement is I don't want to trespass sir I don't want to trespass so you're gonna make you're gonna make my life hard by having to hold the book up here huh sir you just threatened me with criminal trespass I I do not want uh it wasn't a threat I don't I don't thread I'm just standing with the lies a person is a misdemeanor for the offense of the person only or actually causes damage which that's not what you're doing here criminal trespasses misdemeanor if the trespass takes place in an occupied structure as defined in RSA 631 one uh three or the person only enters or remains in any secure premise in any place in defiance of an order to leave or not to enter which was personally communicated to him by the owner of the authorized persons or in any place in defiance of any court order uh restraining him from entering such place so as long as he has been properly notified of such order all other criminal trespasses a violation and this sexual scare premise means any place which is which is posted in a manner prescribed by law or in a manner regionally likely to come to the attention of intruders or which is fenced or otherwise enclosed in the manner designed to exclude Intruders okay okay it's posted on a fence it says U.S government property no trespassing do you know so in of course 635 to Criminal Trespass uh you you it's a secure premise okay in violation of the order which is being posted past the public easement do you know what the public easement is because I do what is it the next thing you know she was showing him what the public easement is and at this point you could just sense his aggression which is hardly a surprise because if there's one thing we know about cops I mean besides the fact that they just love to impose their own laws it's that they don't want to be schooled by educated citizens well the road is 50 feet wide yep so from the center of the road it's 25 feet do you want to measure so you're telling me that beyond that sidewalk up to the fence is not their property I am telling you that from the center of this road if you measure 25 feet that is the public easement and that's what that's going to find out where their property lines begin okay and if you want to Defiance without order um we might have a criminal trespass okay so just hang tight watch your back and I want to see you get back down however it wasn't long until the cop realized that he was way out of line so he tried to de-escalate the situation and told her that he understood what she was doing well better late than never there Lou he then told her that she didn't do anything wrong if she was filming from a public easement however he still wanted her to give him her ID or name for documentation purposes but she didn't fall for that stupid trick and she stood her ground because she knew all too well that she didn't have to do it if she hadn't committed any crime the video Cuts there so we don't know exactly what happened but if we have to guess then the cop probably let her go because he was detaining her for absolutely no reason so what I would like to do again I understand what you're trying to do and I can appreciate that okay um but you obviously understand the end of the day I can do my job too um so what I would ask all right to make sure that this isn't like a prowling or a federal offense like I told you I get a document this okay and if you're doing nothing wrong then great okay um would you be able to give me your name so I can just properly document this that way if you're doing nothing wrong it'll reflect that like I said I'm trying to wrap my head around all this as well right um and if you if you like they said you were on you were on um yes well no you were off so you're good well I was on the public yes so we're good there I just they're trying to figure out if there's a federal law or something like that that's going on so obviously as long as you stay on the public property yep you're fine okay as of right now here we have the police harassing a man for apparently no reason at all he just wanted to go home and he was going in that direction but the cops were following him and were asking him all sorts of seemingly irrelevant questions the whole time the man was visibly shaken but the cops just wouldn't let go he told them multiple times that he didn't need any help from them but they just kept doing what cops do best and that is yeah you guessed it harassing people they kept making all sorts of excuses for their behavior I kept saying things like we just want to make sure you're all right do you want us to give you a ride or are you cold it seems like the cops would literally say anything to get what they want hey look we just want to make sure you're all right we just want to make sure you're all right come here sir you need to talk to us okay sir can you calm down all right sir look we just want to talk to you all right I'm on the way home I'm starting okay okay but you're walking in the middle of the road I we just trying to figure out where you go oh watch out man do you want us to just give it give you a ride I do this every night lyric straight okay you ain't cold or nothing did an email officer asked the man about his name and urged him to stop and talk to them for a minute they also started touching him under the excuse that they needed to make sure he was all right he was protesting but they just didn't care and continued to harass him despite the fact that he told them multiple times that he was okay they just kept following him he told him that he just wanted to go home but they told him that they were conducting an investigation and that he was officially detained at that point as you can imagine they didn't bother to say the reason why he was being detained he definitely should have filed a lawsuit against them what's your name huh you don't know can you just stop and talk to us for a minute do you mind do you mind just talking to us for a minute just talk to us for a minute just talk to us for a minute please don't say okay I'm just trying to get your attention okay don't touch me I'm gonna make sure you're okay no no no wait we're doing an investigation I don't care I'm going home you were officially detained no yes the cop pulled over a couple and asked them to step out of the vehicle so they could search it they didn't want to do that and ask for a supervisor instead the cop said he was gonna get one but he still insisted that they step out of their vehicle and he said that they were going to get arrested if they didn't what what no call your supervisor okay I'm not stepping out the vehicle just call your super but I don't have to step out the vehicle why because I'm telling you to get out of here so uh are you asking me to step out under the rest I said under duress saying what if I don't step out then what okay so I'm gonna get out because he's threatening the man got out of the car and told the cop once again to call a supervisor he also asked for his name and badge number the cop told him his name and badge number but he kept refusing to call a supervisor he told the man that he was going to search the vehicle first and then call a supervisor when he asked about probable cause he said that he didn't need it you got a weapon on you it's not being searched I want you to call yourself what's your name now I'm gonna actually call you somebody can you call your supervisor please please you don't have the bully on me first of all I'm stepping back I want you away from the car so it's all this invite you all right okay that's fine call your supervisor can you post call your supervisor do you have purple colors to put this dog on the car yes you do yes you do yes you do you're definitely going to get sued the man then told this cop that he was conducting an illegal search and that he was gonna get sued for it rightfully so he accused the cop of breaking the law but the cop acted as if he didn't hear anything and then another cop brought a dog in order to search their vehicle for any illegal substances after realizing that this cop wasn't gonna call a supervisor the man approached another cop who after a bit of back and forth finally agreed to call a supervisor you're breaking the law yeah your dog might attack me I wish he would face your time yeah waste your time this is what they do the search people cars they're breaking the law right now poor me and my wife out of our vehicle pull us out of our vehicle for no apparent reason look at this splashes on my car if the doors crossed my car you're gonna pay for it he's not even indicating on anything exactly he's not even sitting or nothing well all because I won't lose no name can you call your supervisor please I asked you three times to call your supervisor and I will win win okay you don't have time right now I have time I'm gonna do one thing excuse me what's your name excuse me officer what's your name all of a sudden excuse me with the dog he's supposed to serve it what's your name right now you're interrupting me okay stay right here officer what's your name what's your best number can I ask you can you call your supervisor please because I need a supervisor to investigate this crime that's being committed okay okay but I'm actually so you refusing to call your supervisor thank you please because there's a crime being committed right now y'all supposed to uphold the law you're breaking it three black person not dumb gotta believe that the man then tried his best to explain everything to the cop with the dog he had a problem with the first cop threatening him under duress to step out of his vehicle and wanted to know why they his car the cop was having a hard time explaining that so he continued to make baloney excuses when the man asked what his dog indicated the cop tried to be funny and said that his dog doesn't speak to him while he was doing so he got really close to the man's face which is why the man asked him to back away the video Cuts there so we don't know what happened in the end one thing is for certain though these cops would never admit they made a mistake you don't have to explain matter of fact Illinois versus cabalis look it up no we can ask you to step out of the car and we can ask you to step back in for what for a traffic stop this is a probable cause traffic so everybody you pull over gotta get out their car no so what was up so why was I put on the car run the dog because we can ask you to step out I'm saying what that's how we do it so everybody you pull over get the dog put on their car you just told me that you don't put the dog on everybody [ __ ] why was the dog put on my car can you explain that please this this officer right here he asked me to come to your traffic to this traffic do you want to know why listen and he lied he lied and said he asked me to come to the traffic stop my job with the dog is to run a Freer sniff Illinois versus Columbus okay okay so what did your dog indicate what is your dog indicate what do you mean what is my dog you said what did he indicate are you asking me what my dog smelled yeah because you said he doesn't talk oh my dog doesn't speak to him okay but you searching my car though because it gives us probable cause why because he he gave us his response too close on my face too really okay we're done
