get ready to witness some mind-blowing encounters where cops got owned by regular citizens let's get straight into it the following encounter is a classic example of cops being owned and dismissed by citizens who know the law these people were just exercising their First Amendment right by filming in public but a female officer who approached them just didn't get it she was worried about them filming prisoners from the nearby prison she kept harassing them for quite a while despite them explaining time and time again that they're allowed to film anything that they can see from a public roadway I'm on a public Highway I don't feel like giving my name or any She also asked for their names but they didn't want to disclose their names because say it with me they didn't commit any crime the female officer in question was soon joined by another officer but the two men stood their ground explaining very clearly what they were doing in the end the officers had no choice but to leave them alone close up because we have here is to know what you guys might be videotaping anything I can see from the public roadway okay but I'm asking you I don't know what you guys the contents so this cop thought he could harass people and give unlawful orders but unfortunately for him he chose the wrong guy to mess with he asked a man if he knew people who owned that property but the man said that he doesn't answer questions the cop then tried to play it nice by introducing himself and making up excuses for stopping the man but the man still didn't want to answer any questions the cop was quite surprised by this and asked the man for his driver's license the man didn't want to give that to the cop and asked for his supervisor instead you know the people that own this property I don't answer questions huh I don't answer questions you don't answer a question no sir all right I'm off your team with hard to go Police Department nice to meet you okay it's just because you're in this property okay just checking to see if you know the people that own this place okay we've had people drive through the yard and cause some damage I understand that's it so if you don't know them and you're not supposed to be here then you need to leave the property okay is that fair I don't know this sir because you won't answer my questions can I talk to your supervisor absolutely thank you okay that's perfect while they were waiting for the supervisor the man asked if he was being detained and the cop confirmed that but as you can imagine he was having a hard time articulating the reason for the stop after a while the supervisor showed up and the cop explained to him what was going on the supervisor then came in contact with the man and it turned out that they already had it met before The Man didn't want to answer any questions to the supervisor as well to which the supervisor said that he was making things more difficult than they needed to be you're on lunch break are you on lunch break I don't answer questions you don't answer questions no sir so you're driving in this state though and your own property that is not yours you understand that right I don't the man tried to explain everything but the supervisor just accused him of playing games probably thinking that the man would just fall for that Cheap Trick so if you can tell me that you're here visiting a friend and we can verify that we'll be out of here I don't answer questions sir but that's not it's not answering none of your questions what's going to happen to me at this point what what do you mean what's gonna happen because I'm missing my my lunch break because he did he told me that was to be entertained after I was being detained I told them I'll speak to a supervisor yeah so are you going to speak with me are you going to play these games because I'm he also said that he was aware of this man's rights and yet he kept harassing him asking all sorts of questions even though the man didn't do anything wrong what's that how do you know that because I know you do not live here who told you this information what's that who told you this information that's from knowing the community the street that we drive down hundreds of times every single day okay okay so why is he asking for my license when nobody has called nobody has told me to leave my car wasn't off or was it off I started driving I'm asking was was my car I don't know you don't answer questions either I said I don't know I'm sorry just complain sorry look I get nervous done with you okay go ahead Louie would you identify yourself or not what's gonna happen if I don't I can't let you leave because I don't know if you have driver's license then I'll stay here do you want me to turn off the car the cop then tried to act all smart and started explaining stuff saying that they needed to ask questions because the man was suspicious the man then said that he would remain silent oh I'm sorry I didn't know I will be leaving okay you understand that or they'll say oh well I'm checking out this land because I'm interested in buying it and I saw this person I'm playing that didn't sit well with the cops so he continued to explain things hoping that the man would just be bullied into submission the man then revealed that he was gonna talk to the Chief and that they would see who was right and who was wrong the man was quite confident that he didn't do anything wrong but these cops still thought it was a good idea to keep insisting that the man identify himself despite the fact that he didn't do anything wrong honestly so can I you're not worth me ripping out of your vehicle okay I'll get out you know what I'm saying I'm just saying if you told her to get out I'll get out you don't have to rip you don't have to threaten me with ripping me out well I'm just letting you know if like that's what you're looking for like for this to escalate any further it's not going to why would I want to be ripped out of my own car because that's what some people do all right they do this to get a reaction from us again dude the supervisor then started making some assumptions about this man he said that he knew for a fact that he didn't live there and the man confronted him about it asking if he knew everybody who lived in that neighborhood including all their family and friends the cop got very confused at this point and he even confirmed that the man didn't do anything wrong but the man still wanted to know why they were asking for his license even though no one reported him or asked him to leave and also his car wasn't off he asked the cop to confirm if his car was off and the cop just said that he couldn't remember he also told the man that he couldn't let him leave because he didn't show him his driver's license this is what I'm trying to tell you there's yeah there's guides that you have to follow so I'm making sure that you stay by it yeah now tell me I have to do something because if not you all wrestling then I'll do it so say those words and then uh threaten me with a rest if I don't show him show you my ID then I'll show you my ID the supervisor continued to bully the man into submission but the man said that he was just going to plead the fifth and not answer any questions to which the cop replied that he wasn't worth his time and told him that he needed to leave so like again am I free to go well not yet not yet okay no what are you waiting for right now for so you can let him go to make sure the vehicle is clear and okay I'll be waiting for you the man then told him that he was trying to leave but the cop was blocking his way the supervisor kept going on and on about the man not being worth his time and that he wasn't going to provoke him the man then said that he had no intention of provoking him as he was just enjoying his lunch break he then reminded the cop that he wasn't going to give him his ID and that he was only going to give it to him if he was arrested the man then asked the cop if he was free to go the cop didn't answer that so the man had to tell him how to do his job he said that if he couldn't explain why he wasn't free to go he was going to speak to his supervisor it might be entertained he said yes yes so now I want to speak to you to you yeah that you're his supervisor correct correct and so you might understand I said the same thing if you don't now if you don't tell me I'm free to go and even be entertained the cop then said that he wasn't going to let him drive unless he showed his driver's license after a while the man asked if he could get out of the car and the cop said yes the man then repeated that he wasn't going to give away his rights and the cops started making threats and told told him that he had to wait until homeowners got home in order to leave but when the man asked him if he was free to leave the cop just said yes I guess he realized that he was wrong and wanted to pretend that he wasn't stopping the man from leaving that whole time here we have a cop giving unlawful orders to the man he stopped right from the get-go he explained that the man had to provide his driver's license when stopped by a police officer in the state of Kentucky little did he know that this man knew the law better than him and that he was about to get lectured the man told him that he didn't commit any crime which is what made this an illegal stop Under Suspicion of a crime you were not this is an illegal stop this is an illegal stop you're harassing me okay there's providing it to me so we can go about our business quicker or the other option would be for you to be charged with that crime as licensed to be possession okay and I don't want to do that but the only option if we go that route would be for you go to jail because I can't so you're gonna he also accused the cop of harassing him the cop then started threatening the man with arrest but the man was still not intimidated as he knew that he didn't do anything wrong he then explained himself but the cop was still very confused the man also challenged him to arrest him he even offered to drive to the courthouse the cop then asked him to get out of the vehicle which the man did at once but that didn't stop the cop from harassing the man telling him that he was gonna arrest him if he didn't provide his driver's license the cop sure knows how to make threats but what he obviously doesn't know is how to articulate the reason for arrest we don't know what happened in the end but let's all hope the cop eventually realized that he was making a mistake and that he let this innocent man go keep your hand off your taser please is that fair you're the one threatening me but I can't put my hand in my pocket because my fingers are cold my hands are cold I don't have weapons and I don't know that because I have a pen don't reach in your pocket I have a pen slice your phone down you can keep it recording that's fine well where can I hold it to where it can keep you guys in view you're harassing me I'm being patient with you for the record you guys are harassing and extorting me um oh the city enforcement guys here great I'm staying patient with you and I don't want to have to use any kind of force you're harassing them you're not being patient you're harassing me you're extorting me you're attempting to enslave me for feeding my [ __ ] family here we have a very intense cop asking a man for his name surname and the date of birth the man tried to explain himself but the cop didn't want to hear any of that and threaten to arrest the man for obstruction sir I just asked the paramedic a simple question foreign I don't have to you do no I don't know if you're going to get arrested for obstruction I will leave I have not done anything wrong hold on the man wanted to leave but the cop didn't let him and asked him about his personal details once again luckily another cop arrived and the man tried to explain everything to him he said that he just asked a paramedic a simple question in a polite manner when the first cop showed up and started asking him questions okay I just went up to the paramedic and I was filming and I just asked her a simple question and I wasn't aggressive in any way shape or form everything's on video I have my own video multiple phones and he also revealed that he didn't want to identify himself in the meantime some more cops showed up and they were all more than happy to provide their names and badge numbers seeing that the first cop had to do the same but then continued to be aggressive and asked the man for his name rather intensely I don't smoke cigarettes I don't do narcotics do you see my signs here on the table right so do you have an ID can you can we IDU you obviously that's part of my process officer my heart goes out to First Responders my heart goes out for law enforcement there's a lot of things the man then proceeded to talk with the supervisor cop and told him that he doesn't have anything against law enforcement the cop tried to interrupt him multiple times asking for his ID but the man wanted to finish his train of thought and also explained once again that he didn't do anything wrong well he's he's interrupting me I'm talking to you let's clear up the line that you just said and we're going to go back to the truth I walked in here I got my stuff you were bothering the paramedic over there I did not say anything the first cop then tried to make excuses for his behavior and kept insisting that the Man bothered the paramedics even though that wasn't the truth the man had enough of this cop's lies at that point and he asked to leave but the cops just didn't let him and continue to cop splain stuff to him hoping that they would bully him into submission instead they asked for his ID once again under the excuse that they were concerned about his well-being I guess these cops have no problem doing whatever it takes to get what they want the man then repeated that he didn't do anything wrong and that he feared for his safety because he was surrounded by the cops who didn't want to let him leave you're not listening at all I'm listening you're just being very aggressive I'm listening very clearly massive aggressiveness I'm not aggressive at all he's saying I'm being passive aggressive it's not true most most people I'm sure anyone in this room would provide identity the cop then had the guts to accuse the man of being aggressive he probably tried to implement the reverse psychology tactic but the man didn't fall for that for one second and he stood his ground the whole time he kept asking about this man's ID claiming that most people would do as they were told then he started making threats telling the man to either go outside with them or they were going to make him go outside they eventually went outside and the cop took it one step further and started gaslighting the man asking about his mental state and if he knew what the date was this is what I have to deal with in Rhode Island for speaking up with students and for children against abuse he says that I'm going to heightened state which is not true he's saying that I'm aggressive this Officer says that I'm not stating facts he's just trying to make a video to be popular officer this is what I do the man didn't even know what to say to that as he was clearly disappointed with how he was being treated after some more back and forth they eventually told him to just go away and he did just that all right go you're on set
