in this video we'll be looking at some instances where cops got absolutely destroyed by educated citizens so let's get right to it here we have a cop harassing a man who was just walking down the street and filming stuff he thought he was going to be the one giving lessons in law but little did he know that he was gonna get schooled by an educated citizen instead you get your name and badge number sure can 337 sir your name you don't get fired by our department I don't have to give you my nail and my badge number 337. fair enough that's how it is okay that's how it is Sir no problem okay you are on the roadway which is against the law and if you don't live around here he was willing to give the man his badge number but he didn't want to give him his name he also refused to give any kind of card to the gentleman in question instead he asked about the man's credentials that would confirm that he was in fact a journalist you are you local I don't think you have any jokes do you have any journals credentials okay well I'm fine with that but you just said you're a journalist so I'd like to see some kind of credential to show you a journalist well I don't need to provide that well you just said you're a journalist well I'm a space astronaut and since I have a First Amendment right to walk down the street the cop threw some jokes along the way to cover the fact that he doesn't know the law he even got different Amendment rights wrong you would think that the cops would know this stuff but judging by this footage that's not always the case anyway the educated citizen completely owned the cop in this clip whose facial expression says just how humiliated he was when it comes to cops getting owned by regular citizens it certainly doesn't get any better than the following clip three cops were standing near a traffic stop when one of them told the guy who was filming everything to step away put up tape stand over there you're gonna put up tape are you gonna put up tape are you gonna put up tape you can just tell by the tone of his voice that he's used to giving unlawful orders but never in a million years would he imagined that citizens would stand up to him well that's exactly what we're seeing in this clip this cop's butt hurt that I won't move because there's no tape up yeah Gardner needs to learn his place yeah you do put up tape next time before you want to Buck up against me boy yeah I called your boy an educated citizen standing up to a cop on a power trip he didn't refuse to move away or anything like that he just asked the cop one simple question if he was gonna put up some tape the cop just ignored him at first but it wasn't long until he walked in the direction of his car to actually take the tape as suggested by this educated citizen the man being an absolute Savage about it actually called the cop a boy which as you can imagine the cop didn't appreciate one bit he was acting as if his feelings were hurt but he did what he was supposed to do anyway this might be one of the best examples of citizens educating cops we don't see it in the video but this cop actually told the man to step further away from him you can hear a man confronting him about it asking him what the Supreme Court says about the distance what's the Supreme Court say how much space does the Supreme Court say s let me say a word you guys you talk to me first what's your name bad number thank you to try to judge Rios you you confronted me first so don't don't try to go back and I told you no so don't come over here and tell me what to do all right you said can I help you after asking him about his name and badge number the man proceeds to educate the ignorant cop about the appropriate distance the cop has no other choice but to stay silent and listen to every word coming from this educated Citizen's mouth I'm telling you mind your own business go back to doing what you're supposed to do yeah I'm trying to do my job okay I'm not interfering I'm standing right here you now look you interfered with yourself I'm standing here recording you walked away I didn't say a word to you got I'm not doing any what about all these people here they're not over here okay we're searching this car sir okay good I'm gonna document it I got you have enough space Supreme Court says 10 feet at one point he starts making excuses for himself but the man shuts him down immediately in the end he gets dismissed and you can see the humiliation on his face from whatever you're doing okay right right now I'm here and this is what I'm doing a step back from
