This man murdered his girlfriend, her two young twin daughters, and his own young son in a brutal quadruple killing. On each count, I sentence you life in prison. Um counts two, three, and four will run concurrently with each other, but consecutively to count one. So, there'll be two consecutive sentences of life. As to count one, you're given credit of 3,002 days. Uh there's no credit as to two, three, and four counts. Two, three, and four, since it's a consecutive sentence. Order $420 costs, $100 cost of prosecution or reduce that amount to civil judgment. I recommend to the Department of Corrections say house Mr. Segarra as close to Leon County as is feasible.
