come up to our cars right there [Music] foreign stop reaching around man you don't want to step out and have this conversation it's just going to make it more difficult Christian step out foreign communities 1169 copy direct Party's Just being passive amount compliant right now we did ditch the knife that he had in his lap into a passenger seat just waiting on more cars and more hands no not if we got more hands coming we're not gonna rush it if you don't have to so several uh knives within hands reach he's got a couple hammers some rocks and crystals and stuff oh bust his head open okay um not compliant um marijuana but also possible psych issue going on um doesn't want to talk to us won't hold down the window won't exit the vehicle okay um ultimately he um moved rocks and then just played the knife in his lap and then grabbed it that's why he came at one right so ultimately if we got more cans rolling then I mean right now we're just gonna stand by until we get more hands here it'll be better but okay [Music] did have one party trying to walk down the street I pushed them back that way so got in a white shirt a black shirt with white riding on it ball cap that might be different foreign [Music] fan out this way I was gonna ask where do you want me and Tim if you want to ultimately I like to be able to do another backside yeah so you want me to switch from this after we get more hands yeah and then [Applause] oh we was approaching all the vehicles all once we have at least a four and then um obviously we're gonna have to gain entry so you probably yeah we'll probably go window um I have two on lethal kch's for those knives again and then uh team up hands and lastly so if we can if we have enough for it just to confirm get more you want me back there like we're doing vehicle approach I'm switching to punch and hands off right we'll see what we can end up with because we're taking whole road now I just would like to get more light in there too I can unlock my car if you want to bring take down the truth I don't want to change anything and cause a reaction until it gets like like you did last time because even with that other guy trying to walk around he started breaking his windshield [Music] no then his windshield was was not broken before right yeah so it's not like I was watching crash or crap yeah you're making sure like I don't have trauma that we can see from here not that I can see okay thank you midnight Georgetown 116 is 175 monitoring the area as well coffee break one second five one sixteen so since we have the time uh we have approval for the fourth century copy copy that yeah director try if you want to try again um we got the hands coming back yeah I got you we'll be uh roll down the window I mean you could try right his name is Christian Christian yep hey Christian will you talk to me what can you tell me about what's going on we're trying to help you out okay I I see that I see you're being cooperative um so you know the the best way that you can help us out is just you know by putting putting away anything that you may have on you and then allowing us to talk to you outside of the vehicle um that would be the best situation for all of us right now you know I see you're doing the heart thing with your hands like we we love you too we just want you to be safe that's awesome that's awesome where'd you get that can you see everyone I love it I'll get it I love it if you would if you how about how about this um if we can just get you and just get you and only you to come out and talk to us and I want to see that too I want to see that rock too so um so does that sound good does that sound good if we can get you to come out come out and talk us like this okay um well you know it makes it easier if you come out and talk to me in person and you can show me your cool little heart rock do you think we can make that happen because you know it's more difficult to talk to you in the car and and see your Cool Heart Rock when when we're inside the car when you're inside the car and I'm standing out here do you have a real name yet Christian so how do you think that we that we can get you to step out to talk to me if you don't want to talk to them you can talk to me you drop your person I got you are you unlocked foreign what's up I just ripped two houses down I'm trying to walk home from making out with my girlfriend around the block um on which side like right over here uh no on 435 to the left after this shitty Chevrolet and the next house on the left but I was over here we didn't know anything was going on until we saw you guys Scream by okay with my girlfriend yeah I don't I don't want to walk through your business right now man we got more cops are even coming to deal with this because is there anyway because I've lived over here she hit some of our vehicles uh right now is just very active right so um ultimately can I can I like hug the hug the wall and walk around or would you prefer I just walk around the pavement around the Long Way realistically the long way just because it's activation and I don't want to walk through if there's actually firearm or anything yeah so just hang outside you're more welcome to hang out over here but [Applause] [Music] please come knock on the door if you need any help from us let us know okay we got ring cameras and stuff like I don't know what the [ __ ] happened but um okay yeah but we got ring cameras we got and you said you're at what address uh 435 North Garfield okay which is uh yeah yeah okay if you prefer if I just walk around the wrong way but right now yes ma'am call ended yeah Community for personal conversation and you record okay [Music] bye Christian you don't have any guns or anything that scares us right okay you said on the phone you know when you called us sit on the phone that you had knives okay are they big knives little knives one's a OTF okay okay all right now I can see because I don't know if she likes me I don't want to hurt yourself right [Applause] [Music] foreign information [Music] [Applause] situation to try and talk the party out before we go with the vehicle assault man if you could give me a quarter of an inch I'd be able to hear you does your vehicle run it'll turn off so you can just give me this much I'll stand back so you don't think I'm going to pull anything huh [Applause] do you know where where do you live normally Christian here in this town do you know what town you're in what town come on you got to convince me you got to convince me you know where you're at you know what time you're in the garage I don't know what to tell you man are we going to stand here all night you're just going to sit in there and not get help well that's why we're coming by to help if we're going to come by to help we'd need to pull you out or something you know you're stuck stuck so you need somebody to pull you out boy if they can shut that down yeah probably just very paranoid so all right man well how about we take a breath have you eaten by itself the last time you ate water any of that ask him if he likes beef jerky I got some in my truck you [Applause] how's it going brother so he called in on himself he crashed out into like a boulder or something over here and then I'm not sure if it's gonna be just pure psych issue or a combination of dyd or what um non-compliant several nights in the vehicle several hammers in the vehicle College he did have a knife in his lap and then he grabbed it that's why you end up at gunpoint and it's kind of switch from that now to trying to just negotiate and talk about it yeah you might have a smoke and see what we can do and then if it goes that route underneath those for the knob then we'll have the team to get them out you got a lighter if I get you to smoke so I'll have to get you both becoming high maintenance [Laughter] what'd you do all day since we're hanging here what have you been doing all day depression kind of tired and it's been a long day is it personal stuff or is it been a long day for both well it's a relationship good I don't want to get into your personal life too
