On April 14th, 2024, the Dallas Fort Worth Airport Police Department was called to the scene at the airport for a call for service at the airplane. The following shows the bodywn worn camera footage of what happened during the incident. The police are going to get it. >> Right now, >> she had three items. I told her she has her bag. Okay, and um they said that her and the uh gate agent I guess had a discrepancy and I guess the instructions maybe wasn't clear and so they told her she was denied boarding or she couldn't. I don't know when the instructions were said, but mind you, she went to the jet bridge. She was on the jet bridge arguing with the pilot and the manager was there. So, I talked to the lady that was there and they said she was denied boarding. We're explaining to her that she was denied boarding. She was upset trying to talk over us talking over and I said, "Hey ma'am, we don't want to airline at this point. You've been denied boarding. She's still not listening. Still not listening." I'm like, "Well, if you don't leave, you you'll be arrested." She said, "For what? Because trespass has to vacate." Okay. At this point, the husband comes out, comes in and tries to kind of talk to Jackson, you know, kind of like that. Talks to Jackson and the he's not listening, too. I'm like, we need to leave now. She's like, why am I deny? I'm like, bro, if you uh leave the jet bridge, we can discuss that up here, but right now you've been asked. I know you're upset, but let's leave. She's like, no, no, no, no, no. So then the husband comes up kind of behind me, like beside me, like here. Jackson comes over and starts talking to him. So he's like already back for help. She went out. She's getting on his she's like, "Oh, he need back help." So I'm telling her, "Hey, you need to leave." And so then who's like the guy like I don't know what happened between Jackson and cuz I was turning like this facing her. Next they see they're on the ground. She turns around. She's trying to go through me after she has to leave like multiple times. But multiple as in more than three or four times and explain the procedures, ask to leave. I'm asking what and I'm physically 110 lb. 100. I'm pushing her off and she's positioned and I'm pushing off. Hey man, we believe in the group. And I finally get her to the corner. They slam the door to go into the hell. That first that first door slam the door. And then she eases up just a little bit. But I still have I assist her out. I assist her out. And then once we get out, she's like, "Now what? Now what?" So I'm like, "Okay, now we hear that we like to be in the send it out." And I'm like, "Okay, call 911." So that's fine. And that was and then I called on the radio said she didn't I'm back to gate 25 and I was getting ready to go back to gate 25. I come out and um the other two officers are with the other guy escorted him out. So I go out there to help him and I kind of stand around because I didn't know they were coming out already. So now I'm like, "Well, where is she?" So now I'm sitting on the curb watching making sure she doesn't come back to try to interfere. So that's what we got. >> So what do you want to do with her? >> I just escort her out. >> You don't want to hit her up or anything? >> No. No. Like like I was telling them like she just seemed very upset and cuz she wasn't listening. Like I said, like I'm very strong. I'm in shape. Like it wasn't nothing for me to push her out, you know? I didn't have to go on the ground and get ugly with it, you know? I just wrapped her up and just literally like pushed her out like I was alignment. >> Okay. >> So, I mean >> So, you weren't able to get any information from her? >> No, cuz it cuz it happened so fast. I was like, I'm not even worried about it right now. Right now, I need to get her out and go see what's going on with him. >> Okay. And was he her husband? He was okay. Is he being seen by my paramedics right now? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, you're not speaking to your husband right now because he's seeking medical treatment. Okay.
