were going straight to jail now without any further delay let's get it on here we have footage that is an absolute disgrace for the San Marcos Police Department it shows a cop tasing and repeatedly shouting at a deaf man to put his hands behind his back get him on your stomach the man had a minor spat with his wife and he decided to walk away to cool off while the cops were yelling at him and tasing him he tried to explain the best that he could that he was deaf despite understanding him perfectly the cops continued to shout at him asking him to put his hands behind his back God damn they were grabbing him as he was desperately asking for something to write on but they didn't care about that and one of them concluded that he wasn't being compliant after trying his best to explain that he needed a pen and paper one of the cops finally gave it to him by that time the cops probably realized that they were going to be in big trouble for using excessive force luckily the situation calmed down after they gave the man a pen and paper but that didn't stop him from filing a lawsuit against them hello as far as bad cops go it doesn't get any worse than the cop named Jalen Fleer that you can see being interrogated on this video in April 2020 San Diego County crime stopper received tips regarding a man who was allegedly having intimate relations with a minor we did receive picture um that um you know when we looked into it it looked similar to you so I don't know if you can take a look at the picture and just tell me if you've seen this picture before oh I have like 15 million days here this picture right here yeah that's definitely after two months of investigating Jalen was finally brought in for questioning the detective who was questioning Jalen was being very friendly towards him in order to make him feel relaxed and to get him to reveal as much as possible about the case so um this picture right here how have you ever used this picture on any social media site um yeah have you ever shared this picture with anybody um yeah probably my wife to be honest um as you can see his body language says it all he's clearly nervous and visibly shaken if there ever was a body language that had guilty written all over it this would be the one for the whole duration of this interrogation Jalen acted as if he knew he was going straight to jail this photo came up in connection with some allegations about you communicating communicate female on Snapchat have you ever communicated with any females that we have already recognized that yes you have with your recruit from the from the um from the past is there anyone else you communicate with on Snapchat he was eventually charged with 20 felonies including engaging in lewd acts with minors after a trial that lasted a few months he was sentenced to 12 years in prison this next footage comes from the Rio Rancho Police Department and it shows something that you definitely don't see every day an officer by the name of Jeffrey Wharton was on the job in a police station where he got arrested by his colleagues who even cut his uniform right there on the spot he was arrested after a domestic violence incident with a woman who lived with him the incident was caught on a doorbell camera in his Rio Rancho home the poor woman was seriously injured and she was taken to a hospital shortly after the incident by her mother in the end one of the officers asked the disgraced cop to tell his version of the story but he didn't want to okay the expression on Jeffrey's face showed everyone that he knew right then and there that he was going to jail he pleaded guilty to aggravated battery and spent six months in jail he was eventually sentenced to three years of probation where do we even begin with this one if you thought Jalen fleer's body language showed that he was guilty just watch how a former Los Angeles police detective Stephanie Lazarus behaved during her interrogation I don't understand why you're talking about some guy dated a million years ago you know what happened to his wife yeah I know she got killed you know what the circumstances were what's this got to do with me dating him and her getting killed sometimes I seen you around in our office I'm crazy I'm a hyper person I can get upset ah you know but let's see how she ended up being there in the first place in 2009 after DNA evidence came to light Stephanie emerged as a prime suspect for the 1986 murder of Sherry Rasmussen my friend said you and her were having a problem did you ever fight with her you mean like we fought yeah so I I fought with her so I mean I I must have killed her you don't recall ever physically I mean her her attacking you no nothing like that no I mean that's no no the detective brought her in for questioning but they didn't actually disclose that instead they told her that they needed help with the case they asked her about Sherry and her husband with whom Stephanie was in a relationship no if you guys are claiming that I'm a suspect I got a problem with that you're free to go whenever you wanted now now now because now I'm thinking I probably need to talk to a lawyer I've been doing this a long time and now it almost sounds like you're trying to pin something on me it wasn't long until she realized that she was actually the suspect this is where her behavior her in cuffs she was eventually sentenced to 27 years in prison for the offense at the central California women's facility in Chowchilla California
