in this video we'll be talking about some instances where cops got completely owned and humiliated by educated citizens so let's get down to it here we have a prime example of cops escalating the situation just because they can a cop pulled over a man because his plate lights were out he asked the man for his driver's license and the man gave it to him without question then out of the blue the cop asked the man if he had any weapons inside his vehicle and the man confirmed that he had a registered weapon with him the cop then asked the man to step out of the vehicle I'm Debbie Smith from Dallas County Sheriff Department Regional pulling over because your license plate light is out you have your driver's license be sure to give him your um your um cha you have the weapon in your vehicle yes correct that's what I gave him where where's the the weapon at wait the man didn't want to do that and told the cop that he didn't commit any crime the woman stepped in and told the cop that the man had a license to carry his weapon and warned the cop not to raise his voice but the cop became even more nervous because of that request the cop then told the man once again to step out of the vehicle for his own safety but the man told him once again that he hadn't committed any crime the cop explained that the man needed to get out of his vehicle in order for him to check his license and they asked him why he couldn't do that on the spot the man then schooled the cop by saying that he only needed to check his license and not give him unlawful orders do me a favor step out here with me I don't I haven't committed any crimes imagine you do that while you got a weapon on him but you had the CSL so he's authorized to carry concealed you don't have to raise the radio but you don't have to raise your voice cause I'm not talking to you I'm talking to him well I already answered you man I have a committee in yourself I gave you that for your safety I understand why you gave me this you're required by law to give me this it's not for my safety taking my light um before I'll take your license while I wrap my citation check the license check the license I got a two-year-old son back here okay it's for his safety I'm gonna stay right here you're gonna step to the back of the vehicle I haven't done anything that requires you to step out of this corner okay you're gonna check my my license that's all you need to do right to the back while I do it then the woman can be heard talking on the phone asking someone most likely they're a lawyer to come and help them hey can y'all get in the car and come up here to we are at um I do we are across from those um can you get that light on my face we are at across from Missouri's kitchen the um the Dallas County uh Sheriff pull us over because they said uh the uh the light bulb can you can you we're right across from Zoe's Kitchen right up the street um the police officer bring bring up everything with you and come up here we're at the I can't see she explained everything to the person on the phone and done with that phone call the man told the cop just to wait for backup okay see my glasses right at the time we're right at the Tollway before you get on the tollway or question from uh Zoe's Kitchen can you hurry up and come on prank call uh arsham Kyle please they pulled us out before for uh saying our license plate out is out hello I don't know what's wrong with your phone but they saying that we need that he needs to get out the car you know he haven't even checked the license and there ain't no insurance no nothing just said he need to get out the coin go to the back and that's what we're not going to do we don't have to do it so can you come on up here please okay all right thank you tell him I got a CHS say that you gotta say he have a CHF you do have to say that don't get out we'll wait for your backup ain't nobody's going to argue with you you definitely have to say that don't act like somebody the cop did wait for a while but it wasn't long until he knocked on the man's car window and told him once again to step out of his vehicle the man stood his ground and kept repeating that he hadn't committed any crime I need you to step out of the vehicle now for what reason excuse me why am I stepping up I've already told you why but why but I haven't too many little crimes man get out of the vehicle okay I don't care what it says can you see me asking you to do did he commit a crime the cop then told him that the crime was him not having his plate lights which is why they had to educate him and tell him that it's a violation and not a crime the cop became pretty aggressive at this point first in his tone and then things got physical as the cop tried to drag the man out of his vehicle after a bit of a struggle he managed to do it and then if that wasn't enough another cop showed up and asked the woman to get out as well she did just that as she didn't want to risk being dragged like her husband once they got outside everyone calmed down we don't know what happened in the end but let's just hope that the couple filed a major lawsuit against these ignorant cops this incident just goes to show the cops can become quite aggressive when they get educated and humiliated by citizens who know the law hello yes hello oh please wait stop stop stop stop okay let me move my stuff let's go come on next up we have the very definition of educated citizens humiliating cops but let's start from the beginning a man was just filming stuff near some police vehicles when one of the cops approached him and started giving unlawful orders you know their favorite pastime telling the man to get away from there he even went as far as to push the man which is why the man threatened him with a lawsuit the cop then started imposing his own laws telling the man to step away 10 yards even though there wasn't any crime scene tape that is an order don't touch me dude that's me you were too close of force you better check yourself you want a lawsuit what's your name oh it's Sergeant Walter badge 8360 I'm asking you you're within about 10 yards this is a lawsuit buddy dude you're you're welcome tape up when the man asked him about the tape the cop basically said that he didn't need any the man reminded him that he hadn't done anything illegal to which the cop replied that he was standing Too Close which is illegal oh wow talk about cops imposing their own laws the man called him out on that and told him to State the exact law for standing too close but as you can imagine the cop couldn't do that tape up you're asking me you just said you were ordering me now you're asking me what is it I haven't done anything illegal you better check you are too close yes it is it is what law is that state the ARs you are too close straight to ARS you were too close exactly for our safety what's the ARs for too close the man completely lost it at this point and he started humiliating the cop he also said that he had laws in his pocket after showing the laws to him he went on to educate the cop basically telling him that he had no right to touch him after quite a bit of lecturing the man told the cop that he was dismissed when he asked the other cop who was just standing nearby for his name and badge number they both just turned around and went away regretting ever coming into contact with this educated citizen they're definitely going to think twice before they decide to harass anyone in the future and it's all thanks to this educated citizen who knows the law better than cops do be nice but put your hands on me oh yeah dude this is a freedom of speech dude I know my right I got laws in my pocket right here that's fine I asked laws you want to see the laws you guys are asking Houston versus Hill for interfering I got interested right here you want to see the IRS right you want to see the ars's I carry laminated ars's in a pocket pick my [ __ ] up what's your name and your badge number so I can include you hey what's your name and your badge number that's right so these guys were just filming near a traffic stop when the cops told them to move away and accuse them of interfering with their investigation the guys called them out immediately for that and asked them for their names and badge numbers at one point one of the cops even threatened that he was gonna arrest them for obstruction if they didn't step aside the guys dismissed him immediately telling him to get a job at McDonald's we haven't said a word to that guy please this guy left his car with the door wide open the whole time he's been at that stop stand back closer to get on the curb let him do his work okay we'll arrest you for obstruction because I cannot deal with this stuff we'll go get a job at McDonald's you can't do your job then go get a job at McDonald's that's stupid when the cop returned from his car he asked them to provide their identifications and they obviously didn't want to do that then they expressed their astonishment when they learned that the cop in question was actually a supervisor after a few moments of acting all surprised they asked for an actual sergeant in order to keep these two cops in check then they proceeded to educate the cops about law telling them once again that they hadn't done anything wrong for identification purposes no thank you we don't work for you he said he's the supervisor he's a supervisor is he a sergeant is he a shift Commander Sergeant what is he don't want to learn from this is he a sergeant what type of can I get a sergeant to file a complaint against him man acting unprofessional instead of just doing his job and doing what he's doing he wants to come bother us unless you're going to protect them here's the thing you're getting all up close no he wasn't getting close here closest to Arm's Reach we do this for a living yes exactly I'm talking that definition came from other cops as long as you're not with an Arm's Reach you're fine yeah the cops that aren't paranoid and that can handle doing their jobs that is correct I don't know who you guys are and why you're coming up here it doesn't matter does it look like we've got guns and bulges you have enough for a Terry stop you got any facts you think we're armed and dangerous or what I don't get it exactly that's what I'm saying so why are you being paranoid and crazy about it saying get back for no reason I understand if you thought we were armed and dangerous that makes sense that's reasonable you want us to get back to where we can't see or hear anything you're right to see you're here everywhere not really I can't see what he's typing in the screen that's public records yes I do after schooling them about the law the guys asked for a sergeant one more time in order to file a complaint but the cops just ignored that request but we just did the whole time he was up there wide open we could have grabbed his guns he left his guns out for kids and everything it was a little quick cutter you can cut that they are right out of there because the door was wide open spotted around the block are you gonna get me a sergeant that's where I want to file the complaint we're not pushing us back but it's for leaving the door open that's a problem that's a safety issue for the entire Community are you gonna cover for him I'd like to get a sergeant to file a complaint yep if we was trying to do something here again he's walking away this is against policy you guys are not allowed to walk away from your cars with the windows open the doors in your policy see he's faulting obstruction and interfering he could do his job right there well now when you guys are up here they were giving the cop free lessons in law basically telling him how to do his job they also told him that he had to be reasonable and act according to the law and not give unlawful orders and treat people with cameras like criminals it's only a safety issue if we're armed and dangerous if we're not armed or dangerous exactly you don't that's the point so so you're going to convict this before you know or have any facts you can't you can't articulate a fact but you're just going to go ahead and convict us of being criminals and saying get back because I'm fearing for my life officer safety come on man that's crazy you got to be reasonable we're here with cameras not guns yeah how many people with cameras have you been attacked by personally yeah exactly nobody has the sergeant finally arrived and one of the guys tried to explain everything to her if you thought this Sergeant was gonna be on the side of the law you're sadly mistaken as she kept defending her colleague's actions all the guy wanted to do was file a complaint against the cop who left his car door open mentioning that it was a safety concern but the sergeant didn't care about any of that and kept changing the topic the common tactic cops use to justify their unlawful actions the guy had no other choice but to ask for a lieutenant but the sergeant just brushed off that request saying that the lieutenant wasn't available at that particular moment she probably realized that they all got completely owned and humiliated by these educated citizens so she didn't want to embarrass herself and her colleagues in front of the lieutenant talking to that officer who could have took his car this car was like wide open we could have grabbed his gun out no was he where was the stop right here my complaint is is that he left his car door open you know for small children to access it uh is just unsafe for the community it's against the policy it's against your why is it against your policy yes I do really well one it's against your policy so you're just going to cover up for him do we need to just take this to the next level I can tell by the way you're acting well not traffic stopping he asked you to back up Empty issue whether it's a stop whether it's a call for service whether or a thousand feet or five thousand feet really no I'm telling you you can't okay that isn't you can't be what a thousand feet away you didn't interfere traffic stop is an investigation we understand that we weren't interfering we didn't say a word but you can't beat we wasn't that's what we're saying we're here the chat the car he pulled over was here his car that he was in here his doors wide open um I was the closest one and I was over here and that's totally reasonable we didn't say a word to him we didn't bother him I'm finishing I'm making the complaint are you going to listen to the no you're not good enough are you going to be unreasonable you're going to talk over me I'm not going to listen to you how am I talking over here you can stop if he is on a traffic stop that is an investigation that's not my complaint that is not that is my complaint I complaint was this door being open well he can have his door open no he cannot that's unsafe that's the second one a K-9 Officer did it a little bit ago excuse me yeah Sergeant Martinez badge is there any lieutenants available okay you want to wait are they at the department we can go to the department no he's busy right now will he be at the department later when he's not busy weekend you want to leave your information we'll have him call you a next time officer don't leave your car door open all right back up don't tell us how to do our job that's ridiculous if you're going to claim officer safety this is ridiculous a man in the video was just standing in public filming things when a cop tried to approach him the cop thought it would be a good idea to harass this man and try to impose his own laws he couldn't have been more wrong because as you can imagine he got completely owned and humiliated by this particular citizen who clearly knows the law better than him hey you I don't need your directives I'm not committing a crime vehicles the man approached the cop and asked him for his name and badge number unlike his colleagues who didn't say a thing to this man this particular cop couldn't stop talking he had a problem with this man walking up to them even though he wasn't doing anything wrong and of course the man called him out on that he even went as far as to call the officer a coward and told him that he shouldn't be a police officer if he's scared of people walking up to him the cop didn't want to risk saying anything to this educated Citizen and he just stood there quietly I guess what we have here is the very definition of educated citizens putting cops in their place what's your name and badge number don't walk up on us notice how this guy's not saying nothing to me he's not saying nothing to me bro told him in a rather aggressive tone to get away from her vehicle she thought she could get away with talking to Citizens like that but little did she know that she was gonna get completely owned and instead of being rotten ass to me politely asked me to move maybe I would have moved but telling me to get away from the car they don't work that way she then told the man that him not getting away from her vehicle was a safety concern to her and when he asked her what law is that she didn't have anything smart to say and just told the man that he was being ridiculous the man just told her that she was the one being ridiculous just walking up to him giving him unlawful orders soon another officer arrived and the man asked both him and his female colleague for their names and badge numbers foreign that's where you're running honey at this point I'm asking you to step away from my car you could politely ask yes it is at this point I don't know what you were doing I do not trust yourself I do not trust your actions it's quite obvious what we're doing I've never shot anybody okay well cop shoot people what's your badge number one four five nine two thank you and yours and the name yeah I can't see that because it's you know too dark but I can see that one yeah at the side so I can get my vehicle safe yeah then the man went on to teach the female officer how to do her job and told her that he was just exercising his first amendment right that allows him to film things in public and that he didn't want to talk to her at all she then tried to make excuses for her behavior but the man reminded her that he didn't commit any crime I didn't want to talk to you over there I was trying to be polite I know he was but I'm still not required to talk to you well actually you weren't me but you were interrupting our conversation yeah you should have went over there and talked to them first before coming after that test because they called you now my side there is no right side I'm going to Publix that's what we told them we were actually defending what you were doing at this point though I could not defend oh I don't I don't need you to defend the Constitution depends what I'm doing you should worry about well the Constitution defends what you do and walking out and being rude and barking orders it at civilians did either one of us break you up on that he then kept lecturing her and said that the main problem was her attitude at this point she had no other choice but to be silent and listen to every word this educated citizen was saying and in the end realizing her mistake she wished him a good night it's not a law though I'm asking did either one of us break did either one of us break along neither one of us broke a lot correct not correct or is correct I answered the first part of your question okay so since neither of us broke the law then we deserve respect because you work for the people okay you could ask would you please step away from my vehicle if you had a set it like that I would have said sure no problem but you said it in a rude manner respect is everything we didn't treat you with disrespect just because we were having a conversation and did not want to talk to you is not disrespectful it's our fifth amendment right we don't have to talk to you we never have to talk to you okay so try having a little bit more respect for the people you work for and then you'll get respect in return because we broke no laws the only time you have authority over a citizen is when they break a law learn your place I can leave but you need to
