in this video we'll be looking at some police encounters where cops engaged in inappropriate behavior with civilians most of the cops on this list were immediately fired and jailed after the incident so without much further Ado let's get straight into these encounters the following footage taken on April 17th 2022 in Tulsa Oklahoma shows a lucky former police officer D'Angelo Rey and his encounter with a woman that can only be described as disturbing the footage took a disturbing turn pretty quickly and to make matters worse the woman actually accused the cop of sexually assaulting her in the video you can hear officer Ray asking a bunch of personal questions and using a fake name he didn't waste any time and quickly asked where she was staying then he made an inappropriate comment regarding her looks and jokingly asked if that was unprofessional okay I mean I heard some noise that that direction but I okay oh do you live around here yeah I stay at the motel oh which one the studio oh okay what's your name my name mm I'm I'm Eric you're sexy is that unprofessional me I don't know I'm sorry but like I'm just like damn you just chilling tonight okay if I'm wandering around where should I wander probably somewhere around Studio star at the studio star okay obviously this guy doesn't have the slightest clue what professional even means then he asked some more questions about her exact whereabouts he got what he wanted and the footage ends there most people call me red you got like a you got a room okay it's me and my dog fony oh really okay according to the woman officer Ray did in fact contact her that night he found out that she had a record and he used that information to threaten her with arrest if she didn't do do what he wanted thankfully she reported him and an investigation was conducted at first Ray denied these allegations but he eventually confirmed that he was intimate with the woman because of this incident he resigned from the Tulsa Police Department after 5 years in service and he was arrested and charged soon after next up we have an Ohio State Trooper Brian D Lee who was arrested for making an inappropriate advancement towards a woman during a traffic stop you're not going to believe this but he actually used Craigslist to try to lure women while on the job the following body cam footage shows Lee flirting with two women and making inappropriate comments things got even more inappropriate when he asked the woman to step out of the car to do a field sobriety test after she passed the test he let her go but unfortunately your head you able to see the tip of the pen here yeah I again follow this your eyes your eyes he told the passenger to stay and he took her to a Street near her house this is where things got even creepier when she asked him what he wanted he told her that he wanted to take a picture with his hand on her chest you really can't make this stuff up he also found her on Facebook and was texting ing her after this encounter This creepy cop pleaded guilty to four counts of cyberstalking and violating women's civil rights by harassing them photographing them groping them and having intimate relations with one of them in exchange for dismissing traffic violations he was eventually sentenced to 5 years in federal prison on July 25th 2016 a Woman by the name of Amanda hotton was on her way to pick up some medication for her son when she was rear ended at a stop by another car she called 911 a decision she would later regret as cops arrived on the scene they immediately suspected that Amanda was driving Under the Influence so they made her do a field sobriety test which can be seen on the video line place your right foot in front of your left foot your right heel so it's going to look like this one 2 3 except you're going to nine on your ninth step I want you to keep your left foot planted make one of the officers put her in cuff and started searching her while doing so he was touching her inappropriately she urged him to stop but he just wouldn't listen and continued to touch her under the excuse that he was searching her yes hands behind the don't make worse okay cooperate with stop around stop right here why for me KCK your feet up do you have anything illegal on you no I said stay there for a minute stay there okay I said stay there I was trying to make things lighter okay no you're not all right and your balance is really poor because I'm in shock I'm shaking you have some other physical characteristics where which are indicative of a control sub don't get a [ __ ] grop me no one's groping you there's a little camera right there pay attention to it don't pull away from me again no I won't when she had her blood drawn all the results came back negative Amanda was shocked by the officer's behavior and went on to sue the city of Leighton the Leighton Police Department thought the officer did nothing wrong and explained that they couldn't call a female officer to conduct a search because there were only three female officers working at the department at the time the city dropped the DUI charges but the battle wasn't over as Robert Sykes a Salt Lake attorney started working with Amanda and her husband on a civil rights case against Lon City police this woman was pulled over by cops for reasons unknown she was very cooperative and it also seemed like the cops were doing their job but then something happened that deeply Disturbed the woman and brought her to the verge of tears one of the officers proceeded to search her and while doing so he was touching her inappropriately luckily the other cop stepped in he told the cop to stop and back away you don't care about do you hey hey hold on stop stop time out time out go back there go back there man' do you have anything on you no okay can you do me a favor just hang tight right here okay can I just some my the door yeah yeah yeah yeah you can shut the door and let is that your daughter he then explained to the woman that the other cop was a trainee and he apologized to her that brought her some comfort but she was still VIs I shaken he's training he's training he's supposed to call a woman to really actually actually it's with with male officers it's supposed to be the back of the hand so as soon as he did the he did it wrong ma'am ma'am listen to me ma'am can you turn around I'm sorry no no no it's just the way he he's he's he's a new officer I'm training him his fing I'm sorry I thought only a female I don't have anything on me only a female officer was M males can search females but we are we supposed to use back so that's why as soon as I saw him I stopped him told him to go to the back of the park okay okay it's all being recorded I want to let you know that I want to reassure you of that okay she filed the lawsuit and the city agreed to pay $50,000 as for the officer in question he was fired but not because of this incident but because he was seizing illegal substances and giving them to a woman he was in a relationship with
