in this video we'll be talking about some instances where cops got completely owned by educated citizens let's get started first up we have a man who was minding his own business taking pictures of the flag when cops approached him and asked him what he was doing the officer who asked the question wasn't nervous at all he was pretty calm collected and seemed satisfied with the man's answer trying to get a picture of the flag yeah the wind's not going what's what's so I can tell that's what your name is upside down oh I was just asking him when he's taking pictures and I'm just curious and just a flag I'm trying to get it the wind's not picking up okay I think you want to catch it waving and stuff yeah okay you're not like taking pictures of the bosses bars or anything like that like that I haven't yet um there's a public area and there's a private area public area if I can take pictures of it if I wanted to take the pictures of the cars no you're not allowed to it's kind of property currently I'm recording right now and it's already got some cars ability unfortunately the same can't be said for his female colleague who was being rather aggressive towards the man she didn't have a problem with him taking pictures of a flag but she commanded him not to take pictures and record any vehicles in close proximity taking pictures I'm recording right now that car is on there and what would be the ramifications of that okay I mean but she's telling me I can't take pictures you came here respectfully she's being kind of rude okay I understand like you asked me what to do I told you what I'm doing and the reason why I'm asking and I'm coming to you is exactly like you see people taking pictures around pictures around our station and stuff but with all this happening with like ambushes and stuff it kind of makes us a little nervous so I just want to make sure that if you're out here on the sidewalk the man wasn't comfortable with her talking to him like that but luckily the first cop swooped in and defended his colleague by saying that they had been kind of nervous and on edge because of some recent events that they had been facing and what would be the ramifications of that what you came here respectfully she's being kind of rude okay I understand like you asked me what to do I told you what I'm doing and exactly like before the cop proceeded to respectfully give this man the list of excuses why they were being nervous the man quickly interrupted him and asked for everyone's names and badge numbers all of the cops were professional enough to give him all that even the female officer who was rude in the beginning the man then went on to explain to the officer that what his female colleague was saying was simply not right she was trying to defend herself but the officer told her to let him handle it in the meantime some more cops arrived at the scene and the man made sure to identify them all they too wanted to know why he was taking pictures but the man didn't want to explain himself to them as well obviously that if you step onto our property that would be trespassing so as long as you stay on the sidewalk even in the public hearing that's not a publicair's in there nope that's not a public unless you have legitimate business without like you need to make a report with us or something all right you hear me so as long as you do that dude it's whatever else you do all right and may I have everyone's name and badge number not gonna give that huh I'll give that okay you're the cop who was handling the situation continued to explain that he had no problem with the man taking pictures as long as he was on a public sidewalk to be honest this particular cop was being very respectful which is why the man gave him his first name but not his last name though the cop had no problem with that and he left the man alone when the man returned the next day to file a complaint against that female officer who wasn't being professional earlier he came across another female cop who was taking pictures when she was done with that she refused to identify herself are you watching you like I said don't be alarmed sidewalk you can do whatever you want okay no big deal all right those laws it's legal then a few more cops approached the man and started making excuses for harassing him one of the cops proceeded to tell him the exact same thing like his colleague from the previous day if you want to make your supervisor you can walk in with you you can talk to him real quick you wanna do that let's go in there and talk with it or she can come out here you know again we have to get Bill Sergeant for that she's she's a station Sergeant so she needs to be in there we're busy man we got a lot of calls we have a lot of stuff going on if you go in there she can talk to you but she needs to stay at her post because she's the only person there that can handle that right I can get you a field Sergeant is that what you want yeah we have field sergeants that are out that's what they're the other cop even waved at the man hoping that he would go away the man didn't go away and he asked about their names and badge numbers but instead of providing him with that information they asked him about his name which the man obviously didn't want to say after some more explaining the man revealed the reason why he came to the station again but they informed him that the female officer in question couldn't come out at that particular moment that you give the Dallas Police Department the respect and a dignity that has given you I mean look how many people showed up here to talk to me and you know and you can go back I'm doing that I was doing that they actually came here and stopped me so let me ask you something if uh you can ask me anything at your house and started taking pictures and then you can't be listening it wouldn't be a comment on you to get out of the house I think guys what's going on we're protecting our house you could understand that can't you that's fine you can ask me anything you like you can understand it though right you can ask me so you wanna let me finish what I'm saying no wait what I've done okay yeah so what I'm saying is okay exactly doesn't want to listen you too y'all have a safe day have a good one guy you too then they informed him that their Sergeant was there and the man explained everything to him as well to which he replied that he preferred if the man didn't take any more pictures the man obviously tired of explaining everything to the cops time and time again didn't want to argue with him and they all wished each other a safe day but despite that the sergeant still refused to give the man his name and badge number a woman was just taking pictures and videos from a publicly accessible area near a police station when a female officer who was driving by started asking her questions the woman asked her about her name and badge number which was a clear signal for the female officer not to mess with this educated citizen so she just drove away oh no thank you do you work here yeah yeah can I get your name and badge number no no why not huh after a while another cop arrived at the scene and started doing the same thing unlike his colleague from earlier he was at least willing to give her his name and badge number before proceeding with the questions she said to him that she was just taking pictures and that she doesn't need to have a reason for doing that how you doing good you good what's going on nothing what's going on with you sir I get your name in The Point number badge number can I get your name and badge number thank you so what are you doing taking pictures I don't need a reason I didn't go in a restricted area public property it's none of your business what's your name it's none of your business the response didn't sit well with this cop but before you could say anything of importance she said that she was taking pictures in a publicly accessible area he then asked for her name but she refused to tell him that the cop had enough at this point and he just started searching her at one point you can hear her saying that he doesn't have her permission to touch her he asked her if she had anything that could hurt him but she didn't want to answer that either the cop also didn't want to tell the woman a reason for the search after a while he told her that he was detaining her because she was walking on the roadway but she called him out immediately and said that he was lying what's your name I can't see it 1057 10 57. so what's your name after a period of Silence she revealed that she is an independent journalist Gathering content for a story and went on to educate the cop by saying that she can take pictures and videos of everything she can see from public view I'm an independent journalist Gathering content for a story I can take pictures and video on any public property of anything I can say from public to you it is not a crime you cannot criminalize my behavior when I'm exercising the first amendment constitutional right when she asked if she could continue to film the cops surprisingly respected her rights and allowed her to do that we see that another cop came to the scene and the woman explained everything very clearly to him as well she also mentioned that she doesn't need to have a reason for taking videos and pictures and that they can't criminalize it to which the cop replied that he's got one more question he wanted to know her name but she refused to tell him her name because say it with me she didn't commit any crime and continued to educate him some more the woman also reminded the cop that they're in Tennessee which is not a stop and ID State and that she doesn't need to give him her ID to which he said that he would be right back after some Whispering among two cops the woman engaged in conversation with one of them and started educating him as well which is hardly a surprise at this point since this woman clearly knows what she's talking about you know I can Foy his body can't even know what she said I don't know why you're Whispering like that what I can know what you said about it for you in your body cameras I don't know why you're Whispering about me yeah public records request you wonder the cop tried to explain what she was doing was wrong by thinking of some hypothetical situation but he failed miserably to get his point across after spending what seemed to be eternity arguing with these cops one of them finally told her that she was good to go yeah I can go look up my house on the internet right now and look at the front door well she what was I supposed to what was I supposed to do about it and I don't see how you can compare me taking pictures up you see this car you don't own that car the citizens owned the car and the police station and all that property over there that I was walking on and taking pictures of has nothing to do with children so no it's not a comparable hypothetical your reasoning I'm going to tell you try to reason with somebody you don't want to listen I'm trying to put a situation that would make maybe you feel uncomfortable and maybe help you understand why police are coming you know talk to someone who's trying to do that take pictures of your house somewhere with the kids there if I was a parent which I'm not but if I was and somebody was following my kid home to take a picture of him here things got heated right from the start as the man accused the cop of having a bad attitude the cops started Lying by saying that there were restricted area signs but the man saw right through that and immediately accused him of lying he then went on to explain to him that he was on a public sidewalk and asked him for his name and badge number the cop didn't want to give him that which isn't surprising at all given his rotten attitude right from the start this is a public listen you can walk wherever you want telling you to stay back you can walk wherever you want sir I'm telling you to stay back you don't see me at all you have a bad attitude no you don't I know you're trying to make money off this on YouTube at the gate no there isn't but there's no restricted area signs sir continued making stuff up by saying that it was a private parking lot but the man called him out on that and said that it isn't a public parking lot since it's funded by the government instead of admitting that he was wrong or you know just giving the man his name and badge number he accused him of scamming people what is the issue here sir the issue is that you're just trying to scam people out of money on YouTube I'm trying to scam people they give you money and you just keep doing things to aggravate people I'm not trying to aggravate you so I'm trying to have a polite conversation with you aggravate everybody I'm not I'm really not the man then simply asked the cop to show him the restricted area signs and the cop just ignored that request the man also revealed that he was just Gathering content for his story which is a constitutionally protected activity yet you can tell just how uncomfortable the cop is he knows that the man is right but he refuses to leave him alone instead of doing that he just continued to call this man a scammer a real bad attitude really yeah I know you're scared of people right now you're not doing anything you collected a check yeah you're not doing anything you're scamming you're scamming the taxpayers right now you're protecting them from the big scary man with the camera yeah what do you be inside what on your phone come on stop it yeah oh yeah I know okay I'm asking a question did you come up to me yes or no I'm not in your space this is a public listen you can walk wherever you want I'm telling you to stay back you can walk wherever you want sir I'm telling you to stay back you don't simulate me at all they need you over there and here we have an audit that you definitely don't see every day yes that's right we're talking about the silent audit a female cop approached the man and started asking him a whole bunch of questions and he was just silent the whole time she told him that they received a call about him and asked him if he worked for the military but the man just chose to remain silent you work for the military you work in the military tell me anything the lady cop grew impatient by the minute but there wasn't anything that she could do after a while another cop arrived but the man still didn't want to answer any of their questions after quite a long silent treatment they started following him and proceeded to place him in cuffs well I don't even think you can realize facilities hi bud please you're making us nervous we don't want to do anything to harm you all you need to let us know is what's going on and that you're okay the man called them out by saying that he was being illegally detained he also told them that he doesn't consent to any searches and seizures of his property this was where they thought the man was going to talk to them but he just told them that he didn't want to answer any of their questions he did tell her that he's an independent journalist and that he was gathering content for his story hoping that she would leave him alone but unfortunately that didn't happen instead another cop arrived and the man told him that he got attacked by these two officers they asked him if he wanted medical assistance to which he replied that they were dismissed okay foreign why are you doing this why are you doing this I don't consent any searches or seizures of my property do you have any weapons I do not consent for you to undress me sir okay well your face is covered up here right now okay is that against the law sir is that against the law what's going on well it's business business when you're standing outside of a I'm done answering questions you're standing outside of a secure Zone facility a military facility you got your face covered up you're videotaping the facility man I'm a citizen journalist I'm gathering content for a story and I was attacked by three cops from the Warren Police Department we got Kanaya 133. you were attacked we got who do we got here Reed officer read 140. who's this holding my left arm bending my wrist officer Rose 0-2-5 is that correct thank you Austin Rose would you like medical assistance would you like medical assistance I can call the fire department for you if you'd like do you want medical assistant you guys are dismissed you might leave now we got called out here we have a license to be out here right now doing this journalism you have a license be out here right now no you don't next up we have a cop who approached a man and started giving him unlawful orders the man didn't have any patience and immediately told the cop to shut up you definitely don't see that kind of Courage every day anyway the cop obviously didn't want to listen to him and continue to order him around but the man continued to oppose him and the cop finally gave up iron watching you guys the [ __ ] bus stop shut up shut up shut up I'm not talking to you I didn't say a word to him you shut the [ __ ] up leave us alone go back to your foot your interfere with eight hey you got to sit on the [ __ ] curb until my investigation after a while the man approached another cop you've been around a long time man good man come on over here man I'm pretty good man yeah it's been a long time man I mean I see you out here every now and then but I don't think I ever feel me much just about one time at Taco Cabana we learned that they know each other the two then went on to have a pretty polite conversation which is something that you definitely couldn't see in the man's interaction with the first cop we've never had any problems when we did the right thing yeah the only officer we ever had problems with is not working for you guys anymore so that's very true officer Santana you have no problem with you asking about it you know at all somebody spend my day I haven't done that you like other great man I appreciate that I'm gonna show that either yeah I'm Too Tall I'm not gonna show that all right you be safe I think we're good too man I think we're good
