of the front door and or now in the yard just running around uh it says door is about halfway open they don't know who lives there they just know what to family he doesn't want to go and check himself because he doesn't know if anyone's in there or not you don't have any recent calls here so there's usually a white truck that's not there so they they could have left gone done their errands and forgot to close up the house or you know could have been a burglary but no signs of that aside from the door just open so we're just going to go and see if the door is open if the door is open try to make contact with someone at the house and if we can't make contact we'll clear the house make sure no one's in there there's any signs of a burglary and try to make contact with the homeowner the two dogs right okay so yeah I was able to get the other dog back inside me and my partner cleared the house it doesn't look like there was a burglary so I'm not sure the front door we can't lock it cuz it's just that dead bolt so we're able to close it back um but obviously we can't lock it from from the inside or anything like that but no signs of burglary so I don't know if anyone did go through the house or anything like that when you get back just call us back um if you notice anything like that but we couldn't see any signs of burglary or anything like that everything seems to be undisturbed for the most part I went to unsecured premise uh neighbor nice neighbor noticed his uh neighbor's door was open so he called us and then the dog was outside so he wanted us to come check it out um but uh we showed up front the door front door is open so we still want to clear the house just to make sure that nobody happen to stumble upon an open door and go rans sack the house or you know burglarize it was able to get the dog back inside the house and then after we cleared the house didn't see any signs of burglary the homeowner actually called called me back said he had his son left the door open when he left so he just got off work coming back to the house to be able to secure it so um good outcome doesn't look like there was a burgy so if he calls us back and there was then we can handle that when he does but looks fine for now so we're off to the next call and see what else we can get into we're responding to a possible domestic uh incident we were out there earlier this evening and we could not locate the other mail on scene um um the reporting person called back and saying or Screaming the address on the phone so it's possible that that mails back at the address and there's a domestic occurrence going on there we're going to expedite and see if we can make [Music] contact so deputy's on scene now he's out with the reporting party it looks like that Mel again left on foot so I'm going to reduce we're going to try to get there as quick as possible just to ATL for the subject um RP vehicles in the middle of the road appears be other half slashed his tires so we're out here on scene we're ATL for a male he's in the area on foot it looks like he came back to the residence as the reporting person was attempting to leave and slashed the RP tires so he's definitely close and on foot um and armed with a knife we're going to ATL for the m in the area and see if we can locate them units in route to Valero the ADV the use the knife to cut herself it's unknown where the knife is now she's currently walking around in the garage bandage on plenty of places to hide that's for sure 1025 can he ask the RP if he knows of anyone nearby that that mail could go to as in a residence so we're just checked out the area the guy's supposedly homeless um and on foot and I just wanted to check these desert areas see if he was hunkered down in some bushes but we're not finding anything going to continue just to walk the area he's supposedly close by and watch the RP come out of the house so I doubt he went very far we'll go talk to the other Deputy over here and see see if he's got anything else for us so we just talked to the reporting party he's stating that the Mel came back kicked in his door and had grabbed him and then tried to leave and his tires were slashed he's not being very Cooperative he doesn't he wants to speak to a attorney before he speaks with us um which is a little weird to um we need all the information we can get to to try to help him so I'm going to tempt one more time to just kind of hang out in the area and see if we can catch this guy about um cuz he's supposedly still on foot in the area and armed um just for the reporting party safety so I'm going to go go back and uh see if we can thermal this Back Golf Course see if he's out there anywhere and uh if we can't get them then we'll we'll clear and head to the next one all right so we're pulling up on a noise complaint we don't have a noise ordinance in n county so this is more of just a courtesy just to ask them to turn down the music um a lot of times people don't know that there is no noise ordinance um so there isn't much that we can do unless the reporting party wants to take them to court for disturbing a piece under a state statute um like for me when I first moved in here to prump I talked to my neighbors and I said hey you know I work nights and they say oh yeah you know uh sometimes we play music and so we have an agreement between each other on what times are good we notify each other and we just stay in good communication so a lot of the times this can be avoided by just reaching out and talking to your California not in Nevada and had two daughters not one daughter she was over on so much property yelling at them trying to search for her daughters but now she's saying she hadn't seen him in like a month or something like that so we're not sure what what she's got going on but she walked away from the house and now it's apparently walking home so we're try and see if we can find her and talk to smoke weed I smoke we okay you don't do any kind of mushrooms any cocaine methamphetamines heroin not lately I had LSD last time you did um about a year ago what I I acid um acid shrooms I never okay what's the last thing you did a year ago what was that the last thing I did a year ago was speed speed yeah and it has like um a tendency to like linger in your brain and they said that it just like I'm staying over here with a friend with a friend what's the friend's name uh fire fire you renting a place or just staying there um I'm actually cleaning up getting it ready for them to reent okay give me a second I really um so we're just on Ro where Cod for where you are just trying to as rain from the female why is she called 911 saying her daughter was uh kidnapped she really cannot provide us any information she said she heard a scream and could have sore was her daughter but she really can't give us any information aside from she heard her a scream so all right so Tina so we establish your your daughters's not over there all right so I won't go back over there yeah don't go back don't go back over there all right cuz we don't want to have to take you to jail or anything like that all right um and then aside from like your daughter it sounds like it's a California issue if you really think she's been kidnapped you need to call California since that's the last place she was all righty um other than that 911 misuse of it it's a crime okay so if you're going to call us and say that she's been kidnapped that's a very serious accusation no I'm not it's not so I'm just letting you know right if you do call us with something like that again you need to make sure that you 100% know or have information other than just a random scream that she's actually been kidnapped because you don't have anything to to to you know stand by that statement you know what I mean not trying to call you a lar I'm just saying it's very serious thing for us to respond to a kidnapping call right all right so um from here on out though like I said for now since we know she was last in California contact Sacramento if you think she's actually been kidnapped and then they'll let you know how to go through that process all right but don't go back over there I and I'd go inside probably and get all the heat yeah all right so hot okay you're good to go all right thank you of course yeah so this call turned out to be nothing um the female not sure if she has mental stuff going on she previously said she used a lot of drugs recreationally which could be affecting her mental capacity or how she processes things she said she heard a random scream at this neighbor's house and that's why she thought her daughter was kidnapped none of her story made any sense so um in the end though nothing really came of it she just told not to go back over to that part that house and then don't missuse 911 so we told her to go back inside and get out the heat she doesn't have a heat stroke and we're going to get out of here as well and go on next call all right so we're in route to domestic right now they have a child on the phone who's stating that their par that that the child's parents are fighting um the child's saying that no one's hurt but she hears them fighting and a little bit later on after the child called in the female party called in and basically almost confirmed everything that the child was saying um so she's crying says he needs to go she wants a restraining order they live in an RV park um and basically saying that he's getting loud and yelling at her and that he's been drinking so the RP is stting that she's not hurt she's in the bathroom and there's four kids present the kids are safe but the RP is claiming that the male half is mentally abusing the kids um and the the uh RP also stated that the male did push her and has been pushing her into walls um there was a TP out of Vegas Metro but that expired months ago per the RP so we're going to go see what's going on the dispatcher can hear the male yelling at her over the phone so okay sounds like they're still engaged somewhat of a argument and we're going to go see what's going on it sounds like we have units already in the area they're just trying to find the trailer so we'll be pulling up here shortly D do you have a code all right so we're getting into this trailer park here we had a little bit of an obstruction getting in here it's a gate so um we do have our own gate codes to different parks around or different uh RV parks around the city um sometimes it just takes a little bit to pull he'll get really scared and like scream in my face and back me up against a wall and call me all these names and my my girls are scared and why does he do that I don't know God I got a migraine you don't know what set him off or what caused him to do that just stupid [ __ ] like me and him will get in a little spat but then he goes and turns the AC off so the kids are hot and I'm like dude the kids are hot turn the AC on I go out I get my oldest phone because I have to hide my phone because if I don't hide it he'll take it and run off he left us for 2 days in this hot ass desert that the RV wouldn't get to 90° so he left you guys he left us with no water for 2 [Music] days why did he do that because he was mad what did he get mad about whatever yeah whatever who knows who's mad at me so this is an ongoing thing yeah but this is the less this is it this is it we lived in a house together for 7 years yeah or he would get drunk and do this and the cops would come and here this that the other thing and so it happens when he gets drunk yes and it happens when he's sober too the other night when I called C he was sober and tonight I called he drunk and it's like it's a mental health thing you told dispatch that he pushed you yeah he was he pushed me up against the little cupboards and was screaming [ __ ] in my face and my girls were crying and I just went in the bathroom and how did he push you like he like like a in your in your face and your ear like with his hands or his body shoulder a shoulder check yeah like a shoulder check yeah did he knock you to the ground when he did that no I was up against the wall and it was more of a like a like push you into the wall the shoulder it was more of a like a yeah like a jerk not like a you know he takes my phone he took my keys to my car so me and my kids were stuck here for two days with literally two bottles of two water bottles of water you said it was like a shoulder yeah okay in the house and outside I tripped and I fell trying to block him into the car but he didn't do that but in in the house it was more of like a shoulder CH I mean he he physically hit you with no no no no it was more of like a you're screaming in my face and I fall back I don't know if he hit me but it was screaming in my face you stupid [ __ ] and and I just fell back I don't know I don't know he was just kind of in your face and it was yeah I don't know if he actually hit me so man how's it going bro it's going good brother hey um is the AC off in there the AC should be on okay you didn't turn it off or anything no okay if if you go behind it like on the back I know it's dark back there behind the actual trailer yeah there's a there's a search Master on there you just see green lights on it and you should see a green enough okay I well aware okay so it sounds like we're going to get separated fine we're going to do our thing and he's not coming [ __ ] back cool and if you listen if you guys need us call us but if it's over argument like this you guys are adults you guys can figure it out no she she's a child all right guys listen we're done here tonight okay okay all right so um we had a few other deputies on the scene there and we were each talking to an individual party so um the information that we gathered was that there was nothing physical the children confirmed that there was nothing physical and even the uh female half confirmed that there was nothing physical it was more of like a a verbal argument um that invol that evolved in the trailer and that's what led the kids to calling and that's why she called um further on in the investigation she was claiming that the children didn't have any food any access to uh water anything like that um we did confirm with the maale half that there is water food in the trailer one of her other concerns was that there was no AC in the trailer um I went and I checked out the breakers and everything was okay and I went in there and the only fault with the AC is it was turned up too high so I turned it down and then the the uh AC started going um situations like that it's it's a loud verbal argument but then the kids get all you know just sad over it and uh that's what really sucks in those situations is those poor kids you know having to see their mom and dad fighting and arguing and stuff it's it's just a sad situation so both parties agree to separate the male is going to be sleeping inside the vehicle she's going to be sleeping in the trailer with the kids um we'll see if we get called back out there maybe we will uh maybe we won't I did inform them that you know at the end of the day they're both adults and they shouldn't be arguing in front of their kids but if they do feel the need to call us they go ahead and call us but today was this an argument and uh hopefully everybody settles down and they can resolve their situation somehow [Music]
