going to do with this same individual
the individual at the center of this
video is an alcoholic and he likes to
beg for money at a major intersection in
west columbus
the officers interacted with this man
three times and responded to three
separate 9-1-1 calls from him what i
would like to demonstrate after you
watch all three of these videos is you
can understand why sometimes police
officers will take someone to a hospital
against their will
i don't want to spoil too much but i'll
go ahead and give you a heads up that in
the first video the officer is going to
talk to him and decide this is his
functional state he's going to let him
go
a little while later another officer
responds to deal with the same
individual
and he decides to give that man a ride
back to his apartment
and then in the third video officers are
going to respond once again to this man
who decided to leave his apartment
and cause some more trouble out on the
street
during that encounter the officers took
the man to the hospital i don't want to
keep you too much longer
so with all that being said i hope you
