If I'm not giving you $200, >> I don't know. If I'm not the king though, that's why I don't like this guy. I'm not saying I don't like him. >> He's a good guy. You hate him? >> No, I don't say I don't like you, but I'm just saying if I was giving you $2 >> to deal with spirit, >> I agree. >> That's not even not even that. >> Despite several attempts to deescalate the situation, the woman continues arguing. In the end, she's arrested and charged with disorderly intoxication in a public place and trespassing. Number four, whole family of Karens explodes over restaurant dispute. Next up is not just one, not just two, but a whole family of Karens showing us how not to behave in public. Here's how it all gets ugly. >> How you doing? >> What's going on? when I we're just leaving dinner. >> Okay. Was there some sort of argument or >> there? >> Yes. >> Over what? What? What happened? >> So, we were sitting down having we we got a little loud at dinner time and while my mom and I were in the bathroom, one of the servers came over to my husband and father and said that we were being too loud. and we took it as an insult. And so we paid our tab and asked for food to go which we had in the car and while I was paying the bill um something some things got escalated outside. I think that there was just some feelings that were hurt and now we're just going home. >> Okay. Um, so when I pulled up, the staff at Ziggies was saying that there was drinks thrown on them. >> Drinks thrown? >> Yeah. Was there any drinks thrown by anybody? >> Honestly goes a long way. >> Like a window. >> I did not see anything. Um, >> can you roll down this window? >> Yeah, I can roll down all the windows. >> How you guys doing? Thank you. >> Honestly, I I I I just think we were >> I mean, I wasn't outside, so I didn't I I was >> I was outside. We didn't throw any drinks on anybody. They told us to get off the property. I handed in their wine glass and we poured out the second wine glass we had. My father and I were outside. We poured it out and I mean, maybe something spilled on them, but we didn't throw anything out by any by any way. >> Like I told her, honesty goes a long way, guys. Um >> that's exactly what happened. So, when I go back there and I look at the camera footage, what am I going to see? >> You're going to see us telling them how much of an how how how inappropriate their behavior has been. >> The family tells a different story. They say they were simply offended by the server's tone and decided to leave. >> And like, >> I'm not going to see anybody throwing any drinks or >> Absolutely not. Absolutely not. >> Absolutely not. >> My wine glass. >> She She's She poured it down on the floor. She didn't throw it at anybody. She poured it down. The gentleman's foot was really close by. Got it maybe a couple of of like >> I mean I I've never in my life experienced anything like this. We went to the ladies room and came out of the ladies room and we're basically attacked. >> Okay. >> So what happened? >> Um they had arrived. They had ordered a few things. >> Yeah. >> Um and my server had already brought it up to me that they might have drank beforeh. um and that they had a little bit of an attitude coming in. Um towards not too long ago, I guess there was people around them um and he had politely asked them to just tone it down a little bit cuz they were um shortly as they're paying their check and he had communicated that to them because they asked for their check because they felt offended from it. All of a sudden, I went over to see what was going on and he's just pointing a finger in his face and saying, "You're I'm like, "Hey, what's going on?" And then they're saying, "He's a" And then um they came outside. I I said, "Okay, we're going to leave now." So they paid their check. I walked them I'm walking him off the property. The younger daughter is still inside. >> Um and I'm not letting him back in the property. And he's saying, "Why aren't you letting me back in?" I said, "Cuz you obviously not having a great day with us. You're calling him." So no, we're not going to come back in. Yeah. >> Um the mom came with a glass of wine and threw it on my leg. Um on my shoes and leg and at that point my one of my servers was recording. I didn't realize it but then the son-in-law I guess got really irritated about it and then it just became a whole down fall from there. >> On the other hand, the restaurant manager claims the family's behavior was uncalled for and that there was in fact a glass [music] of wine thrown. It was just downhill from there until I got them to the parking lot. And then the dad is turning around and saying, "I'm going to punch you." Um, saying that I was pushing him, but the wife was leading him on. >> Yeah. >> Um, and he was thinking that it was me, I guess. So, he turns around and he said, and I was like, you know, I just need you to get in your car and leave. >> Um, we're having a day. >> And they continued. I mean, the daughter came out and then it just it was still downhill downhill until they got in the car. >> Okay. All right. Uh, what are you looking to get out of this tonight? >> Um, I don't want them here again. I want them trespassed. >> You want to trespass? You don't want them on the property no more? >> I don't want them on the property. >> Okay. Are you looking to press criminal charges against the wife for throwing wine on you? >> I'm just I just don't want them back on this property. Hey, >> what's up? >> Uh, just a battery female >> driver. >> Uh, the female. Whoever the female is, >> there's two. There's a I think it's the mom, not the daughter. She threw wine. >> Um drivers look like a signal one. >> Okay. >> Um so >> big pimp. >> We'll go ahead and um >> do a signal one investigation. >> Yeah. >> Uh they don't want to press charges. He was just battered with the um with the wine. Threw the wine on him. >> Just trespass. He doesn't want to press charges. >> All right, guys. Um, so like I said, they're reviewing the camera footage and all the staffs there said that there was some wine that was thrown on them. Um, they don't want to press charges. Um, like I said, honesty goes a long way. I know you said you dumped it and you might have landed on them. Um, at this point, you're not getting arrested cuz they don't want to press charges. Um, but um, you are going to be trespassed from there. They don't want you to come. >> They don't want you to come back. Believe me, we'll never go there again. >> Say anything. You be quiet. >> We'll never go there again. >> You be quiet and you listen to him, please. >> We'll never go there again. >> Yeah. >> While officers are dealing with the situation, they begin to investigate the female driver for possible DUI. >> Um, just I guess you guys are lucky because if they would have pressed charges, then that that's battery and somebody would be going to jail tonight. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, where you guys live at? >> Are they doing? Yeah, we're doing a DUI investigation now >> cuz that's what we presume that she's impaired and we're going to check >> in Florida. >> Okay. But she's driving a vehicle and they suspect her of being DUI. So, we got to do our job. >> Florida time to pay otherwise make us make us criminals. >> No, no, not at all, man. We don't do that at all. >> We don't look for any reason. >> You buy the whole >> You're listening to them like they are charge. They don't want to press charges against you. They're being very nice. >> Guys, guys, guys, please. So, it doesn't matter. >> Just tone it down a little bit. >> Very disappointed. >> Thank you. >> Okay. All right. >> We're We're No, we're >> Any questions at all, >> sir? You seem to be the very reasonable one. Please, just keep the whole group in um down. Let us do our job. >> How would you feel if you went to dinner? >> Well, we're we're investigating a crime and we have a battery. Your wife could have been placed in jail today for battery. So they're dealing with it. >> I don't know what you're >> We'll be here shortly. Be back with you. Give my deputies some time while they conduct their DNY investigation. >> Is there anyone can move? It's my wife. I just want to see. >> Yeah, you can move. >> Absolutely. >> Okay. Uh do your thing. Your um your BTO, sir. >> Yeah. >> All right. If she gives you problem, I'll head over there. or landing head over there. I got to deal with them because they're going to be a little bit of eye rate. >> Yeah. >> And then we'll go once I get done over here, get the tow in the vehicle. I'm not letting them drive it. They're all impaired. >> Yeah. >> And then I'll go ahead and um do what else I got to do. Victims u victim's right for sure. And the um he does Yeah. No pro. He doesn't want to press charges. >> Okay. >> Rather than cooperate, the family challenges the officers at every turn, accusing them of bias and interrupting the investigation. Can we get statement from whoever? >> He's going to give us a statement, video, and a nonprofit we're going to hand out to him. >> So, that'll be on her mom. >> All right. >> All right. You're going to go to jail. You already been spared by the establishment for not pressing charges. >> No, she's not do anything wrong. >> I'm letting you know. We didn't spill whine on anybody. You want me to give this to you? >> Yeah. Yeah. Okay. >> And then what we can do is we'll just take that one off. Um what we can do is we can see if we can modify this. Take this off. What are you doing?" >> I don't mean to interrupt you. Who's You both saw everything or >> Well, I just I was coming down and I seen her parked here. >> So, I was just kind of watching cuz not >> Can I talk to I'm going to get your information? >> I just seen her first thing this morning. >> She's by by her yard first thing. >> She >> also provide details about her earlier behavior. Loud threats, tossed trash, and an aggressive attitude. Yeah. >> Don't blow to us. >> Look like it was a knife. >> Yeah. She was like here first thing this morning. >> Was she screaming it the whole time? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> And she had that Mexican flag wrapped around her hood first thing this morning. >> Oh. >> And then I saw her take off this morning and then I I I was driving around looking. I didn't come all the way up here. I was looking for her and I was like, "Ah, she left." Okay. >> And then that's whenever he called me about this. >> Did you guys call the deputy or >> I didn't I didn't this morning. He He did. >> Oh, he did? We were wondering. We heard >> he called us. I didn't know if he called the sheriff's. >> Oh, yeah. I don't I don't know. He called me. He Yeah, he he just he's the one that did all the calling. She's got a kid, too, obviously. >> Yeah.
