gather statements from Witnesses and assess the situation they determined that the grandmother's actions went beyond reasonable discipline she's got um the little man and two other kids she's got all way and I hear her screaming yelling cursing at the kid she opened the passenger door on the right side brought the kid out whacked him on his butt three or four times and then grabbed his ha and started smacking the in the face all three of us just jumped out started yelling and screaming at mind your own business we grab the kid she's trying to get the kid that's my kid mind your own business all is this and that well like you're going to jail I ain't going nowhere you're all a bunch of idiots and I'll do what I want they're my kids and we put them in the car because he was scared I would how often have we have we been here your guys' house for any compl with this no is DCF ever been involved or anything DCF because with you personally no it's helping hands right now because having issues the space you got to be care for listen when you're a parent or a guardian of a child foral punishment is 100 un legal they're able to hit that and it's a punishment right but it can't I'm yelling at her she's like I didn't leave a mark on him whatever it's clear from their statements that grandmother was being in intentionally cruel to her own grandchild I mean this kid was moving
