each step your heels going to touch your toe your toe's going to touch your heel so no spaces and no gaps okay once you begin this exercise don't stop until you reach the end okay so get back in the starting position all right and you may begin all right the next exercise is called the one leg stand basically requires you to stand on one leg you're going to keep your arms by your side for this exercise watch your raised foot as you do this exercise the raised foot is going to be about 6 in off the ground Okay so uh your foot is going to be level with the pavement your leg is going to be straight out so like this yeah just like that okay but don't begin yet I'm going to show you I'm sorry I'm just that's all right no that's fine you can ask during this exercise you're going to count white shirt went to go swing on my bartender and or tried to grab him swing on him his fist was closed when he did it so I jumped over the bar and that guy got it right in my face and then he started telling me he's M fighter he going be the living crap out of me don't Don't intimidate me hey you got to leave you got to leave you got to leave just kept saying you got leave I get down to like two tables I called 911 right at the same time with my phone and we're trying to get him out of the building he wouldn't go right to the alley he had to go through the front it was hard to you know navigate one of the other security guards was on scene right at that time he was able to stay right behind him it was a little bit more forward for us he met into to him over by the bathroom so we have some Cubbies and I saw him violently attacking him and he'll tell you more about that just kind of like don't you know go this way on that way just kind put me like once twice and punched me right so broke his glasses on top of it we got him out the front door and only because of the fact that I know he was assaulted you know pretty violently i' say on the phone with you guys that's when he was they started coming down over this way as you can see we're all kind of like on the back side of it we weren't trying to like go after the manager backs up the allegations and makes it clear they want to press charges but I didn't want them also to leave because wein want to press charges on this guy for assaulting crap out of that guy and uh and that was all I saw cuz I went ring here I
