All she wanted to do is stand there and argue with me more. I'm not going to sit there and argue with her. All she had to do is get in her car and drive away. >> Okay. We need to find out if she's going to get permission for him to drive the vehicle away or not. >> Inside the patrol car, she continues yelling, refuses to calm down, and repeatedly claims the cuffs are too tight. >> She doesn't want to cooperate. >> Hands off. You going to let your friend over there drive your car home? >> My hands are already small. Loosen my cuffs. My hands are already small. I have a bruise on my arm. Loosen my cuffs, please. Can you explain to me? >> Um, like lying about uh you know, lying about something. >> Yep. So, perjury can't be committed by telling lies or omitting information. Perjury isn't is a crime in the state of Florida. Okay. Are you under the influence of alcohol today? >> No, sir. >> All right, perfect. Um, >> and then can you just state your full name for us for the record? >> The officers then speak with the staff to collect a sworn statement about the incident. >> What What happened today? >> I'm sorry. >> At this time, just raise your right hand. Do you swear affirm that the statement that you're about to give will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? >> Yes, sir. >> Perfect. All right. So, tell me what happened. So, I went into the bathroom. I had seen that they had came in earlier first. >> Okay. >> Well, I seen the girl went in to really see the bag. So, um then I had to use the bathroom. I let him know because our signs were up with the two cones and it says do not cross. >> So, I let him know, hey, I'm going in cuz he came in here to get the key. Well, the girl was already in the bathroom with the door with them our signs up. >> Okay. >> So, she was in there talking. I just let it go at first and then I went out, made an order. I didn't know that that guy was with her. >> Yeah. >> So, um Alana had to go to the bathroom and I he was waiting to clean the bathroom. She's like, "I've been waiting. I've been waiting for her in there even with the signs up." So, I was like, "All right, I'm going to give her 5 minutes." >> Okay. >> And I'll go back in there. This was after I had already went in there after she had already >> went in there and has been in there since 2:00 or 3:00. >> Um because our gentleman, he has to that's what he has to do before. He has to leave. >> He leaves at 4:00. That's what he has to do left. So I Alana went in there, went to the bathroom, said she's still in there cuz Britney thought that she left. So she said, "No, she's still in there." So I went in and I said, "Okay, we have to clean the bathrooms. It's time to go." She goes, "I don't give a fuck." I said, "Well, well then I'm going to have to call police. I don't care. Call I'm like, you know what?" So I came out here and while I was on the phone with her dispatch, she come around the corner, got in my face, and said that I was being effing racist. And first of all, I didn't even know who was in the bathroom at that point. I could just tell by her legs like leggings and and the sandals she was wearing that it was the same girl that's been in here since the other day. >> The staff explains her side of the story detailing how the situation escalated to this point. >> The north cops >> Yeah. >> And that was at 3:00. >> Gotcha. >> So, um, your dispatch told me, "Do not engage. Go into the office." And that's when I came in here to look at the cameras. She stood right there and was telling me, "Come out here. Come out here. you're calling the police. Call them. Call them. Just talking all kinds of stuff. And if I would have went out there and even just I could tell that she would have been violent. >> And I just we can't have that here in the store. I mean, there's customers. We got our bakery guy, our vendor here, and she's just being loud and calling me names and telling me that I need to call you guys. And I was already on the phone with the boss. We came. >> Did you ask her to leave at any point? >> Yes, I asked her to leave and I went to the bathroom. >> Okay. >> I said, "Now leave the bathroom or leave the entire store?" Well, I asked her to get out of the bathroom. >> Okay. >> But that's when I told her, "Well, if you're not going to get out of the bathroom, then I'm calling the police right now. I'm getting off the car. Call car and call." That's when she came out here and I was not telling dispatch and she was telling me that I was being racist. >> Okay. >> Or whatever. >> Yet, she didn't wasn't in the bathroom for 30 minutes. She didn't have a con. And the moment they w they >> And what what time was that again? >> They pulled in at 2:57. >> 257. Let's double check. [Music] >> And then, ma'am, did you ask her to leave the store? >> I did. Okay. When when I went into the bathroom? >> Well, I asked her to leave the bathroom and then I told her if she's not going to leave, then I'm going to call the cops cuz she told me she don't give a f. >> So then I told her she needs to leave right here and she said no, that I'm waiting for the sheriff to get here. I said, "Okay." Meanwhile, back in the patrol car, the woman's protest continue non-stop. >> Bro, loosen my cuffs. I'm asking, "Why can't you loosen my cuffs?" >> You going to stop yelling? >> I can't. I'm mad. You can't stop my c. >> Y'all so disrespectful, bro. Loosening my cups. >> You're the one screaming at me. You're calling me disrespectful. >> Yes. Yes. Because you didn't even come here asking nothing, bro. I'm asking to lose my c. I'm already small. You need to take a deep breath. >> I'm already small. They hurt. >> I'm trying to check them, but you keep yelling at me. >> No, bro. You're not doing anything. >> Okay, I literally pulled my finger in there. >> I have a bruise right there. I just said that, bro. Marcus, get these [ __ ] off of me. >> I can fit two fingers in there. That's as loose as you can make them. Okay, they're literally sliding up your wrist. >> Do you see stitches on my arm, bro? That hurts. They're pressing against my Bro, >> it's literally up your wrist. I can't loosen them any longer. I mean, looser. I can't make them going anywhere. I don't have nowhere to go, bro. Please just loosen them. >> They are as loose as I can make them. I can fit two fingers in there. >> The front do something cuz it hurts. >> Ma'am, the cuff is sliding up your arm. >> I understand that, bro. It's rubbing against my [ __ ] rules that I said that hurts, bro. Just loosen it. >> I cannot put the cuffs in front of you. >> Oh my god. Close my door. Close the door, please. I don't have nothing else to say. He's not going to close if you're not going to loosen the cuffs like I asked you to close. >> Ma'am, the cuffs are sliding up your wrist. That's as loose as we can make him. I can slide two fingers in there. >> Close the door then. Valid. Of course he's valid. Why the [ __ ] I let him take my car? Can you please loosen my cousin? >> Man, they're sliding off your arm. I already told my >> I don't care. They're rubbing against my bruise. I just said that. How many times do you want me to say it, bro? How many times am I going to say it, bro? >> And I've already explained to you. >> Oh, y'all man. I'm little as you. >> Yes, bro. You push me against the bar, bro. I'm little as [ __ ] Not even necessary, bro. Cuz I can't use the bathroom. I'mma let everybody know you can't use the bathroom. If I was lie to my cousin, you're not going to lose, bro. >> The store's not closed until the deputy's ready to leave. So, okay, that's fine. You can all you want. >> As she's secured in the vehicle, she keeps arguing and demands to know what's happening with her car. >> Tell him to look at my [ __ ] bro. I swear to God, bro. Are you standing here for if you're not going to loosen my cuffs? What are you standing here for if you're not going to loosen my cuffs? Once he comes back here, the door closes each like two dummies, bro. Can you please just loosen it, bro? >> Ma'am, I cannot lose him anymore. I cannot lose him anymore than that. >> Oh my god. So, get the my face and close the door then looking at resistance. I wasn't doing none of that. Y'all didn't have to push me in a [ __ ] car, bro. I want to use that authority, bro. I swear to God y' don't do y like that. What the is taking so long, bro? Let's [ __ ] go, bro. If he's going to take my card and take it, bro. >> Can you close the door? What I'm doing right here is a form for Marcus to take your vehicle. Is he your boyfriend? I That's why I'm asking you. If I knew everything, I wouldn't have to ask. >> Okay. Can you take my >> Is this your boyfriend? >> Yes. Yes. You want to speak nice now after you shut me in the word, bro. Let's go. Y'all not going to loose my y not going to my ass. So, let's [ __ ] close the door. Y'all done? >> No. I'm going to pull you up. You want to sign this or not? >> No. Yes. What am I signing for? >> This is just basically giving him permission to take the vehicle. >> How am I going to sign it with [ __ ] >> I'm going to take the handcuffs off as long as you don't. >> Can you loosen just this one? I have a cut on my arm and it hurts. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. >> I'm trying to, but you wouldn't listen. >> Officers briefly remove the cuffs so she can sign. And although she complies, she continues to lash out verbally. >> No. >> Okay. >> Y'all didn't want to listen to me. Put the cuffs back on. >> He's doing that right now. >> The [ __ ] It's already too [ __ ] tight, bro. >> You still going to tighten it? >> I got to. Okay. Thank you, Eli. >> So, what? >> Hey, >> this is the exit we'll be taking. It's an emergency exit. an emergency. >> I want to talk to you in private and I'm trying to get to >> as much private as possible right there. >> That was inside the women's room. I don't want two men in the women's room with me. >> I'm on camera. Do you think I want to come in there and do anything with you on camera? >> I need to talk to you and I'm glad to see a suit because I need you all's help, but I'm not trying to disturb the customer. >> So, let me gather my belongings. >> Let me gather my belongings and go back. >> Oh, okay. I'll go back to where you want in the bathroom. That's fine. And I just want to put my shoes on cuz Eli's main problem with me is I'm walking barefoot through his restaurant. >> Yeah. Yeah. That's >> So I'm sorry. I'm trying to be compliant >> and quiet and I'm having a hard time moving out. Okay. So >> where'd you come from today? My faith in humanity >> is um pretty pretty sad right now >> because apparently I'm a very offensive person. >> All right. >> So, go back here and talk a minute. >> I will meet you in that foyer right there if you want to watch me. But I'm not going to say another word until we get there. Okay. Please. This is being recorded and I'm OCD and have to gather everything and make sure I leave a place better than when I arrive. That's all I will say since this is on record. I would like silence. >> Everything is >> okay. Grab what you need. We're leaving. All right. Grab what you need. We're going outside. >> You need your coffee there? >> Absolutely. I'm getting my >> Are you a car or how did you get here? >> Foot. >> On foot. Though she claims she's being quiet and cooperative, her actions say otherwise, constantly testing limits. As officers guide her toward the exit, she continues trying everything she can to delay the inevitable. >> Is it too much to ask that we have this conversation? >> Let's leave our stuff here. You can come back and get your stuff. Let's go have a conversation. >> Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I just I'm trying to be compliant and not loud, but I'm at with >> That's all my stuff. >> This is my tip. Leave the reasons cuz I'm not coming back to just run. You're fine. You don't go all the way back. >> Oh, that's what I was wanting to do. That's why I >> Okay. All right. >> I'm going to just break it down. >> Need your name, date of birth first. >> Break it down real quick. I am very horsearo, so I was asking >> Well, don't talk any more than you have to. What's your name and date of birth? >> 3163. >> Do you remember? >> Real quick, let me interject. Let me interject, please, if I may. >> Name and date of birth. >> May I please interject? >> Let's go ahead and get your name and date of birth and then you can talk. Okay. >> I just spilled all of this information to the server. Will you go get her for this conversation? >> Name and date of birth. May the server be present? I want a female present, please. >> Ma'am, >> I am not going to say anything until a female officer is the one asking me these questions. >> I'm not playing with you no more. You're under arrest >> because I actually have the love walk in book off the floor >> and my name for church that I only >> any weapons >> church. There's >> another one over there. Are you on any kind of medications? Until I have a female officer, I'm not going to answer any other questions. Okay. Well, you'll see if someone in the jail. >> I'm not saying a word to you. I'm wanting a female officer right now. >> You'll get one of >> Oh, this this is hurting my wrist. Can you loosen it a bit right there? You just need to too much. >> Is it too much to ask? My not like skin tight. >> I'm not going to >> I can loosen this one a little bit. It did get a little bit. >> Thank you. I apologize for being so demanding. Oh my god. It's Wait. No. No. No. Sir, I can't. >> What? >> It's too tight. I want a female officer. >> It's not too tight. It's loose. >> Can I rotate my wrist all the way around? >> You don't have to rotate your wrist all the way around. >> What is the legal tightness that y'all brought run these cups? I mean, I don't have my watch that tight. Dude, >> I'm not trying to be I'm not trying to make it. >> It wiggles around. You're fine. Hold your hand still. >> Be still to hold my hand. Okay. Will you please put my hood over my head? I need to walk this [ __ ] >> There we go. >> All right. >> Wait. Wait. Cover. We're about to walk through the rain. Sir, uh uh Sir, may you please pull my hood so my face is not exposed. >> You're good. Come on. Come on. >> I need a female officer. >> I need a female officer. >> I would love to have a female officer. >> Shut. Thank you, B. I left a Reese's on the table. I don't have the ability to tip you. They're all That's my green and black umbrella, fellas. >> This one. >> Oh my god, they're pushing. Can I please get a female officer? >> The officers stay calm and professional, but the interaction takes longer than usual due to her passive resistance. >> Who's the um uh who's y'all's upper? Can I have y'all's a female officer? Whoever the lieutenant is. >> What's the chain of command? May I have the chain of command? Who's your supervisor? Reach >> over and buckle you in. Okay. >> Who's the supervisor on duty? >> You can talk to supervisor to jail. >> Okay. >> In the end, she's charged with criminal trespassing and resisting arrest. Number three, police show up with a warrant and she responds with violence. Officers arrest a woman named Autumn on an outstanding felony warrant tied to a prior controlled substance charge. Here's how it all gets ugly. All right, Autumn. >> How do I have a warrant for my arrest? >> Call us together. It'll be more comfortable for you. >> Excuse me. >> Uhuh. Hold on. Would I have a warrant for my arrest? >> Explain that in a minute. Ma'am, stop. >> Whatever warrant for my arrest. >> He's going to explain it to you. Stop. >> Okay. We're not supposed to immediately arrest the person or put their hand behind their back. >> So, it's You didn't show up or you have a bench warrant. You didn't show up or something or control substance. You had a day. >> I showed up. >> I was there. >> 10:15. >> Um, have smash and then arrest the their children as well. So I told you my mom's not going to step away and say just like that. >> Thank you. >> And watch the walk and crawl >> and that they know. Make sure that they're >> uncovering at good rich and okay. >> Good. >> Yeah. So you'll be uncovered uh when you when you walk me there. Um, and I'll let you uh to let you know that I'm most likely at the just some some faces might get smashed from me being arrested. >> Oh, we don't want that to happen. >> Yeah. >> So, whatever. >> It's for possession of a control substance. I guess you got arrested for there's no such thing of that. So, >> well, that's what you were charged with and the judge said he wanted you wanted to see you again in court and he didn't show up, >> right? >> So, that's what it is.
