the most accurate form have speed measurement you can pinpoint the vehicle um so as you can see I don't know if you can see it on the screen there but it's got the mouse per hour and then the feet so you can get an accurate measurement at whatever feet they were traveling when you measured them how far away they were from you when you got the speed measurement so um you can add that to your Citation for the judge um but it's not can't really argue with it because you pick their vehicle out of the crowd with the reticle in there so it's a lot more accurate than the radar so um we're going it's felony but if I told you it was there even if you told me it was theree no the misdemeanor was for paraphernalia the pipe oh okay the pipe is paraphernalia meth is felony done oxy today how am I not okay but that's if if you do it now it's going to show your levels are who instead of down here yeah if you're down way about at the bottom and you're within your Toler you tell what medication listen when you get there you tell them what medication you're on if you need it they'll give you your medication I'm on that not going to do a damn thing for me if you're on if you're prescribed medication they won't say you're on that you have anything on you no cuz if you go into the jail and you have anything on you don't dig but if you go to jail and they find anything on you you're going to catch an extra charge I have nothing okay okay I'm not saying you do I'm just I like to let people know this vehicle immed medely wanted to get away from me as soon as I pulled behind it um the driver's Behavior was telling me 100% something was wrong um I ran field sobriety test um it's been a while since she smoked meth the behavior you're seeing is just long-term effects from drug abuse and the problem is is she's partially crippled she has two different pupil sizes that's an issue with field sobriety test um she's consented to a blood draw so if she's still okay with doing that we're going to end up doing that at the jail um but we found a pill and methamphetamine mixture and a meth pipe in the vehicle she admitted to it and at some point even blurred it out I'm on meth so I think that's pretty good problem cause I [Music] [Music]
