we've all seen those Karens acting all high and mighty but it's a real treat when they get a taste of their own medicine here are five times when Karens think they're Above the Law number five entitled woman has her own version of laws in a striking display of defiance against law enforcement a woman finds herself in a heated exchange with officer Banks from the Gulf Breeze Police Department the reason she's clocked doing a swift 54 mph in a 35 mph Zone and when asked for her D well she firmly believes she doesn't need a driver's license to drive her car Yes you heard that right as the officer approaches her vehicle he calmly informs her of her speeding the woman seemingly confused questions where the 35 mph Zone starts officer Banks clarifies it's right after the bridge but she's not buying it she thought she was doing 40 m per hour not 54 tonight was a 35 before you got off the bridge and as soon as you came off the bridge all this is 35 I was going 40 I thought but the real drama unfolds when officer Banks asks her for her license registration and insurance and well here's her bold response you got your license registration proof for insurance you don't have to have a license to drive car yeah yes she do you do not the situation quickly escalates officer Banks maintaining his composure asks her to step out of the vehicle stating she's being detained but the woman stands her ground refusing to fudge step out the vehicle am I am I yeah you are being detained right now step out the vehicle young lady I I know my right either you step out the vehicle I will remove you from the vehicle she's adamant about knowing her rights and repeatedly insists on a supervisor you need to get a supervisor out here right now no you need to step out the vehicle right now young lady step out the vehicle step out the vehicle last time I'm going to ask you I'm going to ask I'm clinging to her belief that she doesn't need a driver's license for a non-commercial commer vehicle all right what right is that I I do not have to have a driver's license to drive a car I am not this is not a commercial vehicle okay I know my right okay as the standoff continues the woman's arguments grow more intense She's Not Just refusing to comply she's challenging the very fabric of law enforcement she demands a supervisor reiterating her stance on not needing a driver's license supervisor right now all right right now or else what I know my rights if I don't call supervisor or else what I guess in a bold move she even delivers this striking statement to the officer educate you on what the law is okay he's he could educate me on what the law is what officer Banks attempting to diffuse the situation politely asks for identification in driver's license what so do you have an ID or you have a driver's license I no I don't have a driver's license on me okay do you have one issue to you you uh in Mississippi in mississipp in response she requests the officer's badge number and persistently maintains her argument about her right to drive without a license name a badge number I already told you my name it's officer Banks I didn't what is your badge number it's officer Banks her conviction and her belief that a license isn't required for driving remains unwavering are you failing to to are you failing to give me your driver's license I don't have to give you a driver's license to drive a car this is not a commercial vehicle okay I'm not driving I'm traveling okay she's so sure of it she repeats herself without any hesitation so you're not going to give me a driver's license I'm not going to give you a driver's license I don't have to give you a driver's license okay I'm I'm traveling I don't I don't have to have a driver's license to drive a vehicle okay when the officer questions the legality of her claims in a particular State she responds confidently okay and what state is that any state it's common law natural law okay constitu W okay Enter Sergeant Turner who takes a moment to hear officer bank's explanation of the situation we pull over here I introduced myself and said the Reas any reason why we're driving this fast I say you got your license she immediately goes into I don't need a license to drive the vehicle okay Sergeant Turner then firmly states that she does indeed require a driver's license so you do need a license to drive a vehicle and you do have to identify yourself to these officers I I do not have to have the license to drive the vehicle yes you do I do not undeterred the woman continues to assert her groundless beliefs challenging the officer's explanations about Florida's legal requirements okay I know common law natural La I don't care about common law you're in the State of Florida you're in the State of Florida you're in the State of Florida doesn't matter in what state it does matter I'm in she refuses to turn off the vehicle and step out questioning the legality of the stop so at this point in time I need to shut the vehicle off and step out of the car I'm I'm not getting out of the vehicle you're getting to get out of the car I haven't been suspected of a car you are being legally stopped on a track the officers maintain their patience while staying Resolute you were speeding speed turn the vehicle off and get out of the car out of the car now undo the seat belt turn the vehicle off turn it off now unbuckle the woman remains unwavering in her belief of not needing a license even as she's placed in handcuffs do not have to have a driver's license to drive a vehicle yes you do no I do not well you can tell that to the judge if you end up going to jail I do not have to have a driver's license to drive but the sergeant refuses to entertain her Defiance I don't care what I don't care what laws you say you have I know that you don't care because you're you're supposed to be a police officer offic this is you should know that this conversation's over then they continue to clarify the legal situation and inform her of her impending arrest I need to call I call somebody yes I do can you call somebody from Santa Rosa County Jail excuse me you call somebody from San Rose count jail you're under arrest the woman persists in arguing about her rights and the officers grasp of the law this is ridiculous it's not ridiculous we're not going to play any of these games with you tonight it's not a game this is my rights as a citizen it's not your right it's like she's living in her own little world it it doesn't doesn't matter what state I'm in see that's your problem is you say it doesn't matter but it does in this country it does I don't care about what laws you say you have despite the Sergeant's efforts to correct her she clings to her convictions yes I do because if you knew your rights you knew or you would know and should know that you must have a driver's license to even with everything explained to her she still questions her arrest you you can't arrest me I haven't done anything wrong we can't arrest you you no you can't if you don't have a viid driver's license we she makes a request to call her mother but her request is denied until she arrives at the jail to come and get me from jail since I'm being illegally detained you you will be able to call her once you get there meanwhile the sergeant discusses her legal situation and the impending Towing of her vehicle due to her driving without a license what are you going to do with my car probably tow it why because you are driving without a license I don't have to have a license the discussion shifts to law enforcement and the woman's misconceptions about what's legal and in this country what what laws do we follow canon law y'all follow canon law we follow natural law who is we she attempts to wiggle out of it with this excuse please you don't have a license okay I I'll never drive again yes you will because you believe you don't have to have a license I'll go get a driver's license tomorrow naturally the sergeant isn't buying it wait a minute now you now you're telling me that you'll go get a license because you're telling me that I have no choice you don't that's correct you have no choice so it turns out her Mississippi license has expired you failed to appear on a court appearance for what was it expired license so your Mississippi driver's license is expired and for the registration she's claiming she can't remember having a court date do you remember that no I don't you don't or you choose not to no sir I would not lie to you I don't lie I I do not remember guess what there's an active warrant for her in Santa Rosa County and she's not even sure where she's currently living out of Santa Rosa County so regardless Santa Rosa County you're in Santa Rosa County do you not know where you live I just moved the woman then gets into a bit of a staring contest with the officer when she's reminded that she's headed to jail I can do that too I can I can stare at you you know that you are doing the wrong thing finally Sergeant Turner steps in to give her a quick rundown of the laws we want you to understand is there are laws that you have to follow whether you agree with them or not as a mute point the woman insists on her interpretation of the law while the officers explain the reality of legal requirements choose not to follow them and you continue to act like this and do this you're just going to constantly be going to jail is that what you really want I'm not acting like you're doing anything perhaps feeling a bit lost for words she resorts to telling the sergeant that Karma will catch up with him you got some Karma I'm not worried about my karma I know I know know in response the sergeant lays out the cold hard truth about her situation and the repercussions of her actions people like you who believe that laws don't pertain to them and that's just not the case they don't then enjoy spending a lifetime in and out of jail she and insists that she's passed through roadblocks before without any issues you do not have to have a driver's license to drive a vehicle I've already I've already been through roadblocks with state troopers with this but the officers Express doubt about her claims then they're not very good state troopers yes they are because they know their their rights they know the law no if they let you through with this garbage they're not the woman goes on to argue about the necessity of having a driver's license and vehicle registration and I do not have to have a driver's license to drive vehicle I suppose you don't have to have a registration either your tags expired okay the officers then inquire about the presence of any weapon inside her car where's the gun in the car the gun there's no gun in that car there seems to be ammo discovering ammunition in the vehicle and continuing the questioning going to the pawn shop when did you pawn it like two months ago so why are you still just carrying around ammo I didn't know that ammo was in there ultimately she ends up getting arrested for the possession of felony narcotics found during the vehicle inventory inside the vehicle you are under under arrest now for possession of felony narcotics the woman and the sergeant debate the validity of laws and the Constitution no there's plenty of laws you're just breaking now I don't have to mind laws that aren't that aren't valid they're valid laws they are not valid laws the conversation continues about the nature of law enforcement and the woman's refusal to acknowledge state laws I have rights and I live in America correct but you you you decide which laws to follow I don't take orders from anybody nobody's giving you orders she keeps going on about her constitutional rights while the officers try to drive home the importance of obeying state laws because you violated Florida state law I violated a law that someone made up that that's Sergeant Turner eventually steps in with some non-nonsense advice you're just playing a victim I'm I'm not playing a victim that's what you're doing I'm not a victim I'll never be a victim I hate that mentality then then then why are you playing all these excuses as in the end this woman who held firm to her beliefs ended up facing charges for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license driving under the influence and possession of illegal substances number four woman's restaurant complaint leads to her arrest on a bustling day in August of 2022 a restaurant buzzes with a usual chatter and clinking of dishes but an unusual disturbance is about to unfold a woman is causing a scene having had enough the restaurant management decides it's time for her to leave but this Karen isn't the type to go quietly the police arrive stepping into a situation that's already teetering on the edge they approach the woman informing her calmly but firmly that she needs to leave but you got to go right now turn around walking man turn around come on you don't want to go to jail walk out go ahead go on walk go ahead go go ahead the officers repeat their request but she stands her ground unyielding as the situation escalates the officers inform her that she's under arrest for trespassing your hands behind your back you're under arrest hands behind your back turn around you're underr put your hands behind your back stop resisting this news doesn't sit well with her she resists physically and verbally a tangle of protests and accusations spilling from her the Woman's friend Dorene witnessing the scene jumps into the freay she's being arrested you have to stay over here with me okay why well we told her to leave she was trespassed by management and then she attempted to push through the police officer and myself so now she's being placed under arrest for she questions the officers her tone accusatory suggesting that her friend's only crime was voicing dissatisfaction with the restaurant service guys come on you got to stay here ma'am' no don't tell me what to do I'm telling you what to do don't walk over here you can walk over look how tiny May the woman attempts to justify her actions and explain her side of the story is because I told the manager that I wasn't happy with the waiters gossiping when we we were asking for our salt and P the officers maintaining their professionalism provide an explanation of the situation to her friends she was been arrested because she wouldn't leave the business after she was told to leave that's why they clarify that she had been asked to leave by the management multiple times and is now resisting arrest which constitutes a clear violation of the law one of her friends attempts to defend her but the police swiftly dismiss her arguments yeah but officer you don't arrest people for that come on it's called trespassing yes we do hey that's not I'm here for this issue right now okay she even starts recording the entire scenario and makes a determined effort to persuade the police to release the woman I don't we have things to do with our taxpayer money I said who the of this place I I'm you're not allowed to stand there you're allow to stand property no you're not despite the officer's explanation she refuses to accept it and firmly believes that her friend is being unjustly arrested I I don't get this we're living in a communist country we're in Comm this called communism right here right now this is what we got once more the officers take the time to explain why their friend is in handcuffs we're going to arrest this six women together are you fre complaining about the Serv why why she didn't leave when she was immediately told to leave nevertheless her friends continue to plead with the officers to release her but the officers remain Resolute by management so she's being arrested for failure to leave upon trust pass and resisting arrest can you just can you let her go she didn't understand what was she one of her friends becomes quite vocal even going so far as to threaten to expose the situation on social media you know what we're going to post everything on Facebook okay you're more than welcome to take a picture of us take a picture of us I suppose the saying birds of a feather flock together holds true in this case as her friends Echo her sentiments seemingly unable to grasp the seriousness of the situation I mean this is this is a grandmother a mother come on guys I mean as the officer begins to search her belongings our Karen urges her friends to take a picture and document what he's doing to her take pictures of him going through my purse you're under arrest what if that was your mother my mother wouldn't act like that ma'am her friends still upset by the unfolding situation persist in questioning the officers seven times and when we stood in front of her she literally physically touch the officer and myself they make it clear that they have no intention of leaving until she's released tell you how it's really going to go we're not coming back and everybody we know they're not coming back okay you're you're more more than happy to do that that's fine you're welcome to your opinion that's totally fine Karen now in handcuffs continues her verbal Outburst still go in the history book okay I hope you're getting a good record of this she scoffs at the officer's attempt to ensure her safety for Words laced with sarcasm and incredulity there's no safety here this is a communist country this kind of treatment meanwhile her friends persist in their attempts to negotiate her release with the police the escalated is to L well at at at this point probably still she's going now and they can't just say okay enough's enough you've been warranted she expresses her unwarranted entitlement to the officers you true a law fting citizen someone who works for the community I explained it to you didn't she feels disrespected and believes she's being treated unfairly despite the officers having already explained the reasons behind her current situation in public handcuff because I complained about the weight sta it's not respectful that is the problem well I explain to you why you're being arrested just before she settles into the patrol car she shouts this message to her friends bring everybody from church Carol Carol you need to sit in the car everybody tell everybody Carol we not outside her friends are still doing everything they can to prevent her from ending up in jail she's going to jail I gave her every opportunity and the all she had to do was turn around and walk out that's after she put her hands out and touched my vest she didn't hit me while inside the patrol car the woman requests to be taken to a public place where her friends and other people can witness what's happening safe here and I want to be in a public place would you like to just deal with me only I have nothing to do with the situation I'm a female to female I just handle it and ask him to step back when the officers ask her to step out so they can search her and replace her handcuffs she resists and her frustration escalates rightly Austin do you want to pull her out that way you want us to pull you across the car you're not going to push me you're not going to prod me her agitation intensifies as a female officer conducts a pat down her to check your hair this is how they treat a woman a mother grandmother a teacher a therapist a law Bing citizen who goes to she loudly protests and makes a scene yeah let me put my hands all over you tell me take it easy to get off me get off me and no she's not done yet it appears she's really taking her time playing the victim help me help me help me so putut the [ __ ] off even as she's escorted back into the patrol car she continues to argue with the officers a seat come on sit down turn around why otherwise you'll push me down push you down get off my arm the officers confronted with an increasingly unpredictable situation managed to maintain their composure they even offer her the opportunity to enter the police car without having to use Force I'm going to have to hold your arm again okay okay there you go now keep up your end of it sit down I want to go directly to the police station this time inad nevertheless they're met with a woman's erratic behavior of sitting here in a secluded area where sadly her friends who had her back couldn't manage to get her out of this mess number three Karen goes wild after being asked to leave on a seemingly Ordinary Day a man faces a dilemma he calls the police about an unwanted guest in his house a woman who refuses to leave despite his repeated requests as the officers arrive they're met by Steve who briefs them on the situation enally she broke in last night but I didn't even worried about that I just let her sleep ask her to leave and she got all violent push bait they exchang thoughts about something seeming a Miss with a woman she I mean not right she's not normal no I Know I Can Tell She's there's something at Steve's residence the woman is locked in a heated argument with him did you or did you and I not look at me you can't even look at me to you're a li with all due respect there is no due respect with all due respect she's laying accusations against him for various wrongdoings her voice dripping with anger and frustration did you and I not have the most amazing conversation yesterday what se's drinking and I'm not trying to be mean SC no it's evident from her tone and body language that she firmly believes she's in the right despite the evidence to the contrary you want to do this to me have that it's leave bro I've had men throw me down the stairs Steve I've had men me man up Steve the police trained to handle such situations attempt to deescalate the tension you relax for a second relax how much listen I'm I'm trying to make this quick and simple me too I have to leave I'm going to I have to get my things so so but the woman is having none of it she's adamant that she's not trespassing claiming her mother is on the lease you get your stuff we are and we're going to leave yeah cuz right now you're trespassed okay uh no I'm not you are trespassed no I'm not you are not allowed my mother's on the okay your mother's not here okay but my mother's there's a final restraining order we also find out there's a restraining order against her she's quick to deny any Breakin at Steve's house and gets even more upset about the accusation well when you break into a house how you tell you I break it did you get pause so whatever you wanted to tell them that's fine that's fine my keys that's fine your car keys she just keeps blaming the guy for everything and won't admit she did anything wrong no carys you let the car die so I can't take it see you want to play that game with me that's fine well if you don't have the keys how you know what that you have to turn argument is a mix of personal Grievances and a sense of perceived Injustice Steve I don't get if you want to drink and be this guy I don't care look at me look at me all right let's go while the officers attempt to reason with her the woman's Behavior becomes increasingly erratic St if this is what you want to do you're a grown man you are a grown man that's what you want this is what he want that's what I use she keeps flipping between blaming Steve for her predicament if that's how you want to treat me you're doing a horrible job do better beat out of me stop me to the ground want to let the car let it and belittling him do me a favor I'm leaving and I'm going to be fine you on the other hand just like Ted alone or maybe with my mother frankly she just keeps on talking about things that don't seem to make any sense anymore and you're going to die sad alone just like that mangled cancer who has daxon because you're drinking Steve you can easily go get that baby and I know you love him seriously it's hard to follow where she's going with all of this I think it's honor right what is he's my son and he has nobody po he's dead he's got me the police serger to come with them but she stands her ground let's go grab your stuff and let's go St you're 10 minutes into this okay what are you doing FL you're at work Steve I don't have all sh you you got to go she accuses the officers of being disrespectful baby sitting you're being rude and you're prolonging it Steve PR there's BR jumper G I found them okay not in this scenario there's clearly someone who's being disrespectful but it's not the police nor is it Steve Ted dies and he's there alone it's on you get your stuff I'm getting my stuff then get your stuff and list that's not mine I know how to listen back up the officer goes inside the house with a woman to make sure she grabs all her stuff and heads out go ahead you're piece of good stop following me I'm going in the bathroom and I'm a woman she keeps being a handful even though the officer is being pretty patient I am you want to see let's go let's go let's go and have me stand here and argue with you I'm going then out of the blue she starts being nice how are how you doing right nice pant I got him H but that doesn't last long because she quickly goes back to being rude why you I'm not why you fores me you don't need to do that to me me and you have respect for each other me and you have respect for each other so and there she is completely losing it I'm having a hard time I went to jail because of my mother again don't tell me to relax once you got me here she keeps on with her tiate a combination of personal attacks and a righteous tone I might end up there I'm going through some your men you haven't no I mother she demands that the officers don't treat her like she's having a psychotic break don't treat me like a psych not trying to treat you like a psychotic look at how you have me look at how you have me you have me but with that kind of attitude who wouldn't tread lightly around her the situation takes a turn when the police decide that enough is enough they inform her that she's trespassing and needs to leave I'm yelling at you this is yelling okay I was let's go I'm not playing games with J what are you going to do I'm going to arrest you for what disorderly trespass in let's go but she's defiant refusing to accept the reality of her situation put it on my tab I'm taking my time and you I don't know if you're having a bad day or something happened to you but I don't know what she challenges the officers questioning their Authority and the legality of their actions your stuff let's go oh my god really that that's how is that what you want me to do no kidding you said it 20 times okay so let's go tell me I'm acting up she keeps delaying the inevitable and takes her sweet time insulting the officers I heard you you're not doing anything so obviously you're not cuz you're wasting my time let's go let's go got be the worst coach ever Let's go Team let's go even as she's being arrested her Defiance doesn't Wayne come on let's go don't grab me bro let me put you are so yo you're hurting I don't care drop the let me put the the bed with the officer's patience wearing thin they take charge of gathering her belongings and escort her out of the house done playing games with you games yeah no you're done here scream in my face I was trespassing let's go get there's a medication in there the officers maintain their professionalism trying to keep the situation from spiraling out of control Jesus please please pick up that Stu since I am homeless and I need it oh and I didn't resist around so you can let go you're hurting this stop going away I'm not just before getting into the patrol car she takes a moment to mock Steve I'm going to jail Steve get the off me I'm in the car get in the car throughout the journey to the station she persists in arguing resisting and fervently insisting that she's the one being wronged I'm throwing up you piece of [ __ ] you got me this F despite being charged with disorderly conduct Criminal Trespass and resisting arrest she remains steadfast in her belief that she's done nothing wrong I'm under arrest for what you know orderly and trespassing orderly and trespassing so he made me disorderly put it on my tab trespassing have a nice day it's like a switch one moment she's acting casually and the next she's back to being difficult like you're in get away from me Leo let me help you get the I help you take your stuff off please and put it in the back your Jewel away from me can you take your Jewel no I'm not going to the cell you're going the cell bye at this point I'm just really impressed by her energy she seems to have an endless supply of it to tell him to go do something else an hour I've SE oh and if I work out in here it's normal she insists on having a call with her kids to make sure they're okay despite the officers reassuring her that they're fine I need to make sure my is okay your family's fine fine you just were on the phone with them tell to your you guys can you not tell me my family's fine and just like that she's back in meltdown mode I have to make sure my home is okay is going to take my kids they're drinking and my kid DET tests of course I am I'm parenting she's absolutely convinced that her kids are in danger there's no adult in the house godam now I'm not leaving until my kids are sake what the your kid is not there n Flor look at me my kids are in danger even though the officers keep assuring her that they're safe well I guess there's really no reasoning with this woman in the end she's taken away still arguing still resisting and ultimately charged with disorderly conduct criminal trespassing and resisting arrest number two drunk woman causes a scene at the airport for missing flight Broward County Sheriffs are called to the Spirit Terminal where a woman's frustration is Bo oiled over into a full-blown spectacle the woman having spent time at the airport bar falls asleep and misses her flight she wakes up to the unwelcome news that her plane took off 45 minutes ago this Revelation triggers a torrent of anger and disbelief as the deputies arrive they're met with a scene of chaos listen I'm not intoxicated I can get on theing plane I cannot afford the next ticket the woman seemingly INX toxicated is in the midst of a heated argument with the airport staff so where the is the manager and who the take for my next ticket cuz I'm not paying for this she's adamant about going home and refuses to accept that her flight has departed without her okay then you can pay for the ticket for me to get to California cuz I'm not paying for this I'm perfectly fine in her mind it seems the rules of time in Airline schedule should bend to her will she demands that the manager pay for her next ticket a request that borders on the Absurd given the circumstances the officers approach her trying to diffuse the situation you you obviously arrived here and what happened when you got here I don't no I was literally sleeping I was [ __ ] sleeping waiting for the F plane bro they ask her side to the story woke up to them complaining about me I don't understand what the problem is I just want to get on the plane I just want to go home she explains she was just sleeping waiting for her plane right there in the terminal she woke up to people complaining about her and now all she wants is to go home he asks for her ID hoping to get some information and possibly find a solution let me let me see your ID so I can get some information she has my ID but the woman is not in the mood for cooperation she's insistent that she's fine that she got through TSA without a hitch and therefore she should be allowed to board a plane to California I had a mask I have the this was fine I got through TSA perfectly fine so I'm good this is aing mask all right thank you her logic is a mix of entitlement and confusion creating a blend of emotions that makes it challenging for the officers to navigate I want to go home I want to go home and she's me to as the situation escalates the officers warn her if she doesn't stop causing a disturbance she'll be taken to county jail if you don't stop now you're just going to you're going to have to come with me and go to the county jail if that's the that's what you want that's what we can do it's up to you right now it's a clear choice laid out for her calm down and cooperate for face the consequences but the woman seems unable to grasp the gravity of the situation make a decision what are you going to put me in jail for I'm anything illegal for being in an airport you're causing a disturbance you can be arrested for that she continues her tiate her voice loud and her gestures dramatic drawing more attention to herself no I want to go it's either you go front with me or you go to jail it's one of the other for your do not leave un that's the only two choices we have the officers maintain their professionalism and try to reason with her they suggest talking up front away from the prying eyes of onlookers but the woman is not having it where do you want me to go what the you want me to talk about the thing I just fing you the same F thing I just told you she's fixated on the idea that she's been wronged that the airport staff are the villains in her narrative finally the officers have no choice but to arrest her need put your hands behind your back no I'm not getting arrested chill getting arrested bro no I don't need to get arrested bro she resists her body tensing up as the handcuffs click around her wrists I'm fine I'm listening to you we're talking bro listen yes I am you don't need to arrest me do no you don't she pleads with the officers for tone shifting from defiant to desperate pleas please please pleas please I I just want to go home I was just going to go home she insists she was just sleeping that she did nothing wrong I was sleeping and they woke me up with that [ __ ] please please pleasee please please please please but her pleas fall on deaf ears as she's escorted away her pleas become more frantic she can't afford bail she can't stay in jail she just wants to go home I can want to stay the night in jail please I don't have anyone here I have nothing I don't have any money I'm not even going to be able to bail myself out the reality of her situation is sinking in but it's too late please [Applause] I please her actions at the airport have led her to this a moment of Reckoning that she seems unprepared for for please please please I don't want to go please please please let me Pat her down first she continues to plead her case as she's given a pat down but the officers have pretty much disregarded her by this point I was literally sleeping I don't know why they got so mad please with a pending legal case ahead it's likely going to be a while before she can make her way home you have anything on you that's going to poke me anything I just want to go please please let me go to California please regret and remorse wash over her at this point please please let me stay please please I don't have anyone to bail me out I can't afford to baild me out please had she only cooperated earlier and refrained from causing a disturbance at the airport she might not be in this situation [Music] now please I'm going back to California please alas the decision has been made and she's now being taken into custody the woman finds herself facing charges of public intoxication disorderly conduct and resisting arrest while things may have taken a sour turn for our entitled passenger just imagine the lucky traveler who avoided sitting next to her on that flight number one entitled woman ridicules officers on a chilly evening in December the streets of Tallahassee are alive with the buzz of a parade but not everyone is there for the festivities in a nearby parking lot a scene unfolds that's far from celebratory a woman having driven around police barricades and down a Street closed to traffic finds herself in a confrontation with law enforcement Lieutenant Osborne approaches her vehicle her demeanor calm yet firm she inquires if the woman knows why she's been pulled over how you doing ma'am I'm Lieutenant Osborne have swi one yes you went through a bunch of barricades she says she was just trying to meet her friends unaware of the Parade's disruption and I just came to meet my friends okay all right well sorry we got a huge disrespect we got a huge parade going on and when cars start blowing barricades as the conversation progresses a startling Revelation comes to light there's a 14-month-old child in the back of her car the woman's concern shifts to her child her tone softening as she speaks of her I did not mean to be respectful is there a kid in the back yes yes how old your baby she's uh 14 months 14 months yeah how is yours I don't have any but the officers are focused on the matter at hand they explain the seriousness of driving through barricades especially during an event like a parade raid the woman now visibly distressed explained she didn't realize she was going down a one-way Street um I'm I'm very sorry I did not mean to go the opposite direction I went but I did not know I was going down a oneway street that last time when I went this way she was there to see the city lights not the parade which she dismissively calls boring we're just trying to go to the um to see the lights the parade or yes sir not the parade no Parade's boring repblic ol ology seems sincere but there's an undercurrent of frustration in her voice as the officers continue their investigation the woman's impatience grows she questions the need for the prolonged stop and even suggests calling her lawyer I call my a lawyer call your lawyer I I don't know I mean you're taking a long time I just want to park and meet my friend gotcha we're just trying to spread some things out first okay the situation takes a turn when Lieutenant Osborne suggests the woman might be under the influence we're waiting on an another unit to come here because I don't think you're able to be driving argument of course you out the officers remain professional explaining they're waiting for another unit to conduct a sobriety test the woman expresses her frustration she just wants to park and meet her friends her behavior they note is indicative of someone not entirely sober but your behavior and the everything that you're giving to me appears to me that you're under the influence she asked to call her friend to watch over her child while they investigate her case can you maybe call your friend see if she can come hang out with your child are we talk to you okay you want to have her come over here the woman's reaction is immediate and offensive I know exactly where we are I'm not drunk she's stupid thinking she's she's drunk on ma' ma' just just relax okay she accuses the officer of being drunk on power her words laced with sarcasm and disbelief you're dunk on power are you serious and you obviously have no kids do you I'm not we're not going to discuss that here that my business is not a part of this traffic stop she throws insults at the officer and insists she did nothing wrong the back of the car I'm I I didn't do anything wrong don't don't do this okay I deserve a ticket if you did nothing wrong let us do your invest go ahead in a low blow she takes a petty shot at the lieutenant I'm sorry you weren't popular in high school I just want to let you know all this is going to be on videous you want to continue with the way you're acting go ahead I'm not Lieutenant Osborne expresses her disappointment with the woman's attitude disappointed with my actions are you I am I quite am the way you're acting with a child in the backseat of the car don't shut the door you're getting ready to go in the back of the car while Loa was Shing her that she can go home if nothing incriminating is found during the investigation like I said ma'am let us do our investigation if nothing is found then you will go home you will get your citations and you will go home that' be great the tension escalates as the woman becomes more confrontational I'm just putting a light man that's you're low class okay you guys have made me nervous huh you've made me nervous I've made you nervous yeah she makes personal remarks about the officer's lives questioning their motives and integrity was the because you're accusing me a I didn't accuse you of anything she did she just wored about don't put your don't put your my face don't her attitude shifts from apologetic to accusatory a roller coaster of emotions playing out in the parking lot trying to you're kind of a pervert and I don't like it keep the door open get the Pervert away from me no he's going to stay right here get the Pervert away from me my oh really then she continues to throw personal attacks on the lieutenant you're like 21 oh thank you about twice your age you don't have kids you're not married you're question she boldly mentions her profession as a horse trainer and her connection to a politician trer a horse trainer I also work for the Department of Education I also used to work for Senator Bob Graham and you're pissing off my daughter though it doesn't quite seem relevant in the current context oh and you won't believe what she tells the lieutenant next you should look me in the eyes cuz you can't even look me in the eyes are you drunk no obviously put people in that kind of danger guess what she's not even close to being finished but you obviously are in some kind of like anti-depressants or something because the ways your eyes are dilated it's there could be so many crimes going on and nobody know another unit arrives on the scene and begins their investigation uh I was going to meet my friends at Andrew I was trying to find I went the wrong way in a oneway street right here over here yes sir okay to everyone's surprise she admits to the officer that she intentionally drove through the barricades and I did it on purpose um you did it on purpose thinking I could get away with it perhaps she thought the officers would support her cause as she proceeds to badmouth the lieutenant and the initial officers who questioned her and these people pulled me over and they're just so indulgent and um indulgent yeah like thinking oh my God we got you now you know when asked to undergo a sobriety test she doesn't hesitate to participate I would like to do Somey test with you sfts if you if you want to if you would like to participate in this I just want to make sure you're safe to drive home yeah however the officers request permission to look after her daughter while she performs the sobriety tests which she adamantly refuses I'm not going to believe my dog with some officer after the way this officer has treated me do you mind just cracking the windows for her so she has some hair so we're not leaving her in a lock car she displays remarkable stubbornness when they ask her to roll down the windows for her daughter's Comfort considering she declined their offer to watch her child do you mind just rolling down the window a little bit for her so she has some fresh air okay I'm just making sure questioning it questioning giving fresh air in the vehicle it's not about fresh air it's quite baffling isn't it to prioritize one's Pride over their child's safety seems unbelievable nobody's going to mess with your daughter we're not going to go in the car and get her out I just want her to be safe I'd rather talk to you okay that's fine the officers then proceed with the eye test keep your head straight if you can are you certified to do this I am that's why I'm here okay I'm I'm assisting him you don't have to do these exercises these are completely voluntary it's safe sa to say she's not off to a good start here are you serious this this is how this is how I already did it I understand there's there's a procedure we have to De with these okay she mocks the procedure and questions if she can call someone to vouch for her I I I mean I feel like I should call somebody to defend me because this is being it's completely up to you if you would like to do I don't like her around me that's fine I'm talking with you she's not talking with you you can do it the officers confirm if she's willing to continue the tests so you would like to continue with the test yes but we're not going to keep stopping every 5 seconds because you don't agree with what we're doing we're doing what we have to do she doesn't take that too kindly though I'm just letting you know we're not going to sit here all night and argue with you you're not from here are you it's quite obvious she reluctantly resumes but remains difficult and uncooperative yes I just have to be able to see your eyes just watch my finger what then you see watch my finger please what do you want me to do watch the tip of my finger watch this watch this little button right here the tip of the finger once again she stops and vents her frustrations at the officer can you imagine you want to just go meet your friends and you're looking for a parket spot and you take a chance going the wrong way on a oneway street yeah no please do not arrest me because of her behavior the officers do not give her a chance to continue and decide to arrest her for disorderly conduct and potentially being under the influence she resists leading to a struggle as the officers attempt to handcuff her go ahead turn around turn around put your hands behind your back my daughter is understand is there someone that can come get is there someone that can come get her the woman pleads with the officers insisting she did nothing wrong we are we are going to work it out with you okay for your daughter I'm sorry as of this moment you're going to be under she expresses concern for her child and dog left in the car I got in the car you guys are you de you're stop stop stop turn around she puts up a fight when it comes to getting inside the patrol car and doesn't hold back on insulting the officers stop you didn't even finish the test because you don't like what I said as she learns the charges against her her emotions start to well up tell me what is going on right now right you under arrest for DUI I me do anything I'm been arrest for DUI when I blew a [ __ ] 0.0 so I don't believe in you guys fueled by anger she once again accuses one of the officers of being under the influence look that you're on depresses I can see in your dilation of your eyeballs it's quite a struggle to finally get her inside the patrol car get away hey do not kick do not kick a police officer I didn't you I thought about it she kick you all battery convincing her to sit in the back seat is a whole different challenge sit down in the car swing your feet in you swing your my key is on top my phone is on top of the cart the officers reassure her that her dog and child will be taken care of and picked up by her mother she's on her way over here okay we're going to have an officer stay with your daughter and your dog until she gets here fantastic then your mom will pick her up and your dog okay on the way to the station she even goes so far as to threaten the police officer I promise you and you can be as suit as you want about it and there's no shortage of insults and threats with her not holding back on mocking the officer's education either where did you go law school sir her if you want to ask me questions why don't you answer one did you go to did you go to college do you have a 4 G well in the end the tables turned on her because she ended up with charges for DUI resisting an officer with violence and reckless driving and that's a
