it's all fun and games until things get real and you find yourself in handcuffs Behind Bars these Fearless teens thinking they're Untouchable soon discover they're in for a painful surprise there are five times when entitled teens realize that they've been caught number five drunk driver insists she knows her rights in the early hours of a crisp morning a routine traffic stuff unfolds on a quiet street an officer Vigilant in his duty pulls over a car for speeding clocking in at a Brisk 45 mph in a 35 mph Zone how you doing this morning good how are you not too bad reason I stopped you is I clocked you at 45 M hour going south on York is there any reason for this speed this morning the driver immediately contests this claim she's adamant she wasn't speeding but the officer experienced in these roadside debates isn't SED he requests the driver's license the standard procedure not going 45 okay well uh this isn't something I'm going to contest with to you're on the side of the road if I get your driver's license please and thank you the officer shifts his Focus to the passenger who's riding shotgun with a driver and requests his ID sir do you have an ID or driver's license on you he keeps the questions coming digging into where they're coming from and where they're headed where you coming from this morning I am coming from my friend house where's your friend's house at she live on a I know the driver's responses are a bit fuzzy mentioning they were at a friend's place but tripping over the specifics lives she lives there okay she lives there and where's where's no bottom at I'm not sure no bottom is like back what city what it's a dance of words where Clarity is the missing partner what city Bia Bria okay yeah B where you where you headed I'm going back home here and where's where's home for you uh as the officer digs deeper asking about their current location the driver's uncertainty becomes apparent she talks about staying with her grandmother sometimes than with her mother hinting at a life split between two homes where are you at I live with I stay with my grandma sometimes and I stay with my mom so my grandma lives in birk Park and my mom lives in carel okay but where you but when probed for the exact location her response is falter hinting at a disconnect from her surroundings okay but where are you at right now I'm like in B the situation takes a turn when the officer asks if they've been drinking the driver now defensive admits to having consumed a couple of beers I I told you what I pulled you over for have you been drinking tonight have either of you been drinking tonight I like two beers all right sit tight I'll be right back okay this Revelation adds a new layer to the encounter one that could potentially escalate matters further the officer stays cool and repeats the reason for the stop asking once more about alcohol please step out of your car can you tell me why I will explain why when you get out of your car why are you pulling me over I've already explained why I've pulled you over but the driver's not feeling Cooperative she challenges the officer doubting the Stop's validity and refusing to get out of the car why I stopped you for speeding that's the third time I've told you I clocked you at 45 and 35 can you show me the gun I was using moving radar in the car can you show me it's a bit of a showdown with the young driver not fully grasping the gravity of her actions the officer's patience wears thin he warns the driver of impending arrest for obstruction if she fails to exit the vehicle step out of the car hour or I'm going to place you under arrest it's my fourth amendment and you show me no it's not your Fourth Amendment right step out of your car show me your it's a clear line drawn in the sand yet the driver entrenched in her Defiance refuses to budge show me your step out of the car don't touch St out of the car do not touch me please do not grab me you're under for what in a critical moment the officer makes the call to arrest the driver for obstruction out of the car I asked him why he pulled me over he doesn't have to tell you why yes he does and I heard him it's part of the First Amendment I heard him say speeding and did he prove it to me the passenger now left alone in the car is instructed to exit you want me to get off the phone yes please if you don't mind they want me to get off the phone you can call them back when I get done he complies stepping into a reality where his friend's resistance has resulted in an arrest the officer carries out a routine pat down just a precaution to check for weapons and keep everyone safe yeah no I got my phone your stuff on on the car there I'm just going to pat you down real quick all right it's this and this and no reaching noing my wallet you can see it okay that's fine the passenger perhaps more aware of the Situation's gravity cooperates the officer keeps on with his questions digging into the passenger's connection with the driver and their evening plans anything in the car you need to know about I don't know I was getting a ride to a friend's house how do you know her um she's my grandma's best friend she's your grandma's best friend wait a second she's your Grandma's best friend so why is she here with you shouldn't she be at home having a knitting party with your grandma instead of being out late sipping and driving meanwhile the officer is gearing up to search the car the necessary move given the situation the passenger is instructed to wait at the cruiser while the officer conducts his search give me a favor we're going to walk back to the front of my cruiser for a second okay you're not being placed under arrest or anything of that nature I'm just going to have you step back there while I go through the car no not right now it's a moment of of reflection a pause in the night's unfolding drama the officer begins his search focusing on the area where an open container was found no and it's open and empty as the driver is handcuffed and taken away the whole vibe changes what began as a regular traffic stop has now become an arrest momentarily leaving the passenger in a state of disbelief the discovery of an open container inside the car adds another layer to the story hinting at choices they made earlier in the night that led to this point initially the young driver seemed all confident thinking she could handle the situation but as reality starts to sink in her Defiance looks less like confidence and more like a misguided attempt to handle things meanwhile her passenger stands outside the car observing as the officer carries out the search maybe he's beginning to understand the repercussions of their action and how a night that's started as an adventure has taken a serious turn number four good cup fake Cup in Kenosha Wisconsin a peaceful evening is shaken up by the sudden appearance of a police Cruiser's flashing lights all eyes turned to a teenager next to a car decked out with an odd assortment of lights and Sirens the young guy finds himself confronting the officers he's just been caught using a siren in lights to mimic a police vehicle the serious offense that borders on impersonating an office this [ __ ] strob light on and he's got a siren he curbs two cars and then blows past them goes through a red and then he's just using this little light bar on top here with these Sirens as the officers question him it becomes clear that the young man had purchased these items from Amazon I was just driving home I just got this thing off of Amazon what thing a siren and you try and pull people over no they dig deeper to understand his motives recently siren why I've always wanted one for what purpose the PA system to do what talking his explanation is straightforward but pretty naive he was just fooling around not trying to impersonate an officer then it had a siren in it and I didn't really know it had a siren I was [ __ ] around with it I do construction landscaping that's the light on the top with the yellow and white bar he even tosses in the excuse of his job as a construction worker for construction so are you doing construction right now no so why do you have it on cuz I saw him behind me and yeah Happ the officer gives him a quick pat down to make sure he's not packing any weapons on you no stand up for me turn around the suspect is questioned about his actions behind him hit your light in your horn put him to the curb stop stop behind him for several seconds and then spit around him no I didn't do that that's not what I heard no I would never do the police expressed their concerns about the dangers of impersonating a police officer you know when you're pulling people over with a light flashing it is impersonating right I wasn't trying to impersonate no one though and the legal implications a uniform I don't have any Firearms I I I really love you guys I really honestly do I'm not trying to imperson impersonate no one upon being questioned the cop impersonator comes up with even more excuses for the equipment in his car so what were you going to do with this other light bar that's in here um that's the other thing I was going to mount it I just picked that up from my dad's house it's from a racing lawnmower that I built for the high school the officers inspect the car further and discover more equipment additional lights and Sirens suggesting a deeper fascination with police paraphernalia they could be construed as they look like they could stro and they're white um those are white stes you understand where we're going with this right as the interrogation continues the young man's initial confidence begins to wne he's questioned yet again about his actions particularly about using the siren to force other vehicles to pull over pull them over for just out of curiosity I wasn't trying to pull anybody over I just I got it today I so what were you following them for then I was just driving they explained the potential risks of doing this including violent confrontations with individuals who might mistake him for an actual police officer I'm just saying I'm not accusing you of anything right now okay but what would happen if you try to pull the wrong person over who had a gun and who does not like police and he gets out and starts shooting the officers Express their concerns clearly impersonating an officer is not just illegal it's dangerous way of Defending yourself nevertheless that this is a crime for you impersonating a police officer you know that right but I'm not trying to impersonate no one everything that is the young man listens his earlier bravado slowly diminishing you're going to end up getting yourself hurt over something stupid just because you want to play around the conversation takes a turn when the young man Reveals His interest in police work to be I don't know you've always wanted to be a cop yeah just didn't work out for you no and it happens unfortunately some people just doesn't work out but he shares his past aspirations to become a police office officer a dream that now seems ironic given his current predicament like you're a cop a little bit right right and that you weren't you weren like hey I'm going to go full-blown here we're going to pull someone over get him out of the car and the officers while sympathetic to his aspirations remain firm in their stance they remind him of the legal implications of his actions the young man now more subdued seems to understand the severity of the situation part of you right you're like I have a light I have a siren they pulled over for me it's like a cop right now right and unfortunately one of those cars was a police car and that's why the realization that he's not above the laws Dawning on him essentially pulled over somebody as a cop but you're not a cop does that sound right the officers make it Crystal Clear he can't just play the cop role when he's not one understand what you're saying that you're not getting out you're not ideating people you're not doing all that but you can't stop cars out here man I understand as the night progresses the officers decide to detain the young man hold you is not a weekend so you don't have to sit there for 3 days before you get they contact his probation officer revealing another layer to his story he's already on probation for previous offenses this detail adds to the gravity of his current situation the young man's demeanor has changed significantly from the start of the encounter that sense of entitlement has faded and now he's carrying a load of regret and realization he gets a ride to the police station and this trip from the street to the legal system really drives home the fact that there are consequences for what he's done stra ahead to that silver desk on you right the young man found himself charged with impersonating a police officer the misdemeanor and was cited for running a red light and using an unlawful siren or horn number three these women think they can shoplift and get away with it in a Walmart parking lot three women are at the center of a tense situation officers responding to a shoplifting call approach them the women caught off guard exhibit a mix of confusion and fear one of them gets held up for running across the lot put back right now put your hands back I told you what did I do let me figure out in a second why you running through his parking lot I was looking for him yeah and she says she's just searching for her friend the officers keeping it professional start chatting with the women about their quick exit from the store the responses are a bit of a jumble with explanations and justifications thrown in my bag I offered to okay I offered to go back through sub out and he like the way okay sit down you too where's the other one she one of the women mentions she suggested going back through the checkout line offered to go back through the line to get a receipt and he said he was calling the cops so I just left the cart and left cuz I don't I don't cops for what you know try for C I have two detain that's but you can tell from her tone that she realizes things have gone beyond just a simple misunderstanding asked him if he wanted me to go back through the checkout line and he said no okay then why is she running the officers go a bit deeper questioning the other woman she says she had no idea the police were involved until now and that she was just looking for her friend I was looking looking for her I thought she went over there she was right behind you stop I wasn't running we weren't trying to can you stop with the voice please am I speaking to you calm I'm speaking one of the women keeps showing the contents of her purse which seems to get on the officer's nerves I've never been in trouble can you stop messing with your purse please just zip it up I'm good with it when they're asked about where the car is they're not even sure where they parked it what baby which car is yours um it's a Honda where it at the whole situation is a bit of a puzzle with their stories weaving together but not quite fitting perfectly the police keep asking them about why they left the store and what they were up to what's your address Orlando what brings you up here I'm sorry what brings you up here um I live with them that's just the address on my you can sit down you can feel the tension building as reality starts to sink in for the young women the officers proceed to search them amidst the person items they find small denominations of money in one woman's bag oh small denominations what do you mean once I'm a dancer sir yeah I'm a dancer turn your pockets out for me just put everything on the car she reveals she's a dancer an explanation for the cash but her voice betrays her nervousness more items are found and the officer's questions continue I know you just trying you just trying to find out yeah okay your phone down okay each answer each piece of evidence seems to tighten the net around the young women teach good turn your pockets I don't got pockets you have pockets nothing at all no okay Mom can you step forward just around the bag then the officer brings up the topic of outstanding warrants and here's what they say anybody have any upstanding warrants no I've never been in trouble in my life I just I'm going to be honest with you I just call one of them admits to having been arrested before so the officer digs in for more details dra on their license I didn't I didn't know it I had a failure to page that I didn't know about okay a witness interviewed by the police provides an external perspective they all three proceeded out the door the one with a take there was pushing the car inside the store they were all all three of them were participating they were all putting everything in the bags okay the account aligns with the officer's suspicions the women were indeed involved in shoplifting this Revelation seems to hit the group hard the pivotal moment arrives when the officers inform them of their arrest for shoplifting so this is what's up everybody's right now under arrest for shoplifting okay no one's free to leave all right mom you're going to take a seat inside the car for me one of them claims she's never had a runin with the law and the officer fires back with a clever remark okay well there always the first time right so now the women's reactions range from disbelief to sheer despair I want to go back in there okay well you can't be out here stealing [ __ ] right it's frown upon right the most vocal one among them tries to desperately convince the officer of her innocence I offered go back that's not that's not how that's not how that [ __ ] works and I was sitting there talking and I got dist the seriousness of the situation is now undeniable that's not how that [ __ ] works you know it right stealing stealing stealing now but y'all when y'all sitting in my car you're not going to just be out here free doing whatever you want the Third Woman in the group also finds herself in cuffs and on her way to the police car okay take that sweater off you have any do you have anything in here no okay the officers explain the legal implications we're going to see what happens as far as what all the totals were for everything and figure everything out and then from there we'll determine um what's going on it's also revealed that the value of the stolen goods classifies their act as a felony wey why why isn't it never just like one large item sorry what car do they come in you ask it's a Honda over there somewhere this information seems to weigh heavily on the young women essentially what happened is you guys sld too much stuff and so now you guys have taken away my ability to be cool about it as the officers continue to handle the situation the women's pleas for leniency grow more desperate I have AE old da I'm 19 I'm I'm empathetic to that but the same time yall stole a bunch of they expressed their remorse their voices heavy with emotion please stop stop guys please stop we all have to be adults about this y'all made an adult decision to do something and y'all messed up one of them brings up her one-year-old daughter her voice cracking under the pressure another just 19 begs for a chance her youth sharply contrasting with the gravity of her actions but their pleas run head first into the unyielding reality of the law one of the officers takes a look at the receipt of the stolen items and seems surprised by the amount I so well before tax it's like 940 something that's a f of what y the officers showing understanding yet remaining Resolute make it clear that the consequences of their actions aren't up for negotiation when he stopped me if he could just reing that's not how it works though where you guys like run for run for a base and then like did you search things heat up as the officers start talking about how to transport the women bringing up the possibility of handcuffs and towing their vehicle you drove here yeah I drove where's your car it's over it's over there blue Honda are you guys Towing it yeah blue Honda what no I'll have somebody come get it Blu Honda what the women's earlier entitlement and carefree attitude have completely vanished replaced by the hard truth of of their situation what year my car it's a 2011 2011 blue Honda CRV it please don't call my car um they'll come get it I promise somebody will come get it the officer is clear that they've lost the privilege to request or demand anything you lost the privilege to kind of run things how you want to when you try to steal almost $1,000 worth of things from Walmart as they're Le away for transportation the weight of the situation becomes undeniable set up oh wow I never seen the inside of this before I'm going to turn there sadly despite their pleas they all have to confront the repercussions of their actions going to bring up phon and stuff right yeah yeah what y female female C for males by sight sound all three women ended up facing charges of trespassing and felony Grand Theft number two woman refuses to leave leave X's house in a Suburban neighborhood a young woman named Samantha stands defiantly at the doorstep of her ex-boyfriend's house her presence unwelcome and persistent has stirred the calm of the morning the police officer approaches he faces Samantha who stands motionless for silence a wall between them do what no May I'm still from the door the officer's questions hang in the air unanswered as Samantha's unresponsiveness sets the tone for what's to become a prolonged encounter the ex-boyfriend's mom steps in and asks the officer to get her to leave all go inside I don't want her here she's been asked to leave many many times she doesn't want to leave I don't want to hurt I don't want to arrested I just want her out of here please she's frustrated with her son's ex but still worries about her I don't want to hurt I don't want her arrest it I just want her out of here please and I want noted I want to report you could see she's been doing this forever I've been waiting for my glass to come in and break she's been asking Samantha to go for a while but it's just not sinking in the relationship between Samantha and her son is done and dusted but Samantha sticks around a not so pleasant reminder of days gone by DED my son they're not together anymore and I don't want her on my premises this is my home I don't want here and this is my son and I don't want him coming out of here because I don't feel safe with her mom's message is clear Samantha isn't welcome here even though the situation is Crystal Clear Samantha doesn't budge man what is your name I don't want her in trouble I just want her to understand she's not welcome here what's her first name she doesn't want to answer me Sandra Samantha Samantha are you are you hearing what she's saying for silence speaks volumes and a refusal to act is a challenge to the authority in front of her the officer stays cool and keeps on trying to get through to her hello smth you have your driver's license you're an ID with you but Samantha seems determined to resist showing no signs of recognizing the seriousness of her actions the officer's patience though commendable has its limits he warns Samantha of the potential consequences of her trespassing okay this is going to last for a couple more minutes till my other Deputy gets here and then she's going to have two routes one she's going to answer me or she's going to go to jail him or you going to leave oh no she's going to go to jail the law is clear and her continued presence on the property is a violation of it yet Samantha's response is more of the same silence and Defiance just giving me driver's license I don't have it with me you still need to leave well then you need to talk to me I can understand how relationships and stuff like that can be very very volatile As Time Ticks by the officer's warnings become more pointed but this is not the way to act like it cuz I'm assuming you're an adult all right what is your last name the possibility of a rest looms over the scene like a dark cloud Samantha however seems unfaced Amanda what is your last name Samantha if you keep instructing him he is going to put you in cups just give him the information this his ex-boyfriend her decision to stay and not to engage is a gamble one that risks escalating the situation further are you are you going to leave right now off this property is this her car right here yeah it's okay is that a yes or no I'm not going to ask you again Sam they're not playing with you in time the tough reality starts to break through Samantha's stubborn front why would you want to go and obstruct Justice and get yourself into trouble when you're being given the chance by three officers to leave here who are being very respectful and calm with you Mom lays down a lecture and throws in a warning about what could happen next you just can't stay here that's going to cause your problems Le if you get arrested then you got to go back to court then you're considered a stalker then you're OB structures of Justice now listening to a police officer Samantha finally agrees to leave though it feels more like a grudging give-in than a willing exit so you heard her she wants you trespass from this point it's on camera if you come back on this property and we catch you here you go to jail you understand but that's not the end of the story all right thank you head on out as she drives off there's a moment of relief but it doesn't last long Samantha's exit from the scene quickly leads to a traffic violation like I said if she comes back on your property you call us but she's going to give us another reason to take her show samtha 278 property the officer committed to his duty decides to give Chase it's not a highspeed race it's more like a leisurely drive with Samantha's car Meandering through the streets while the police officer follows at a steady Pace she's going to kill somebody yep the quiet neighborhood once a witness to a domestic argument now turns into the setting for a traffic stop 101 27 40 mph 33 Samantha finally pulls over bringing her car to a stop what the did I do what did I do unlock the door get out of the car what did I do the officers got simple instructions turn up the car and get out but Samantha's not exactly playing along instead of cooperating she seems confused and resistant she's full of questions and push back and it's quite the opposite of what the officer is asking for turn around can you guys explain to me he just told you what you did I did not fail to yield you squeed your tires in neighborhood you blew the stop sign I squeed my tires the reasons for the Stop are explained running a stop sign and failing to yield These Are Not Mere suggestions but rules of the road broken by Samantha's actions yet her understanding of the situation remains clouded her perspective skewed by a refusal to accept responsibility can you no you're under R your car is getting towed but what did I do can I can I have my phone it will go with you all right can you guys please not do this you mind searching her for me she's LED over to the police car please not do this what did I no it's over and you're getting resisting arrest too no what are you yes sir sit down sit down she's taking hesitant steps her mind still grappling with what just went down can you guys please sit down and sit back sir sit back sir sit back I I can't doesn't think once she's seated in the police car Samantha's Journey from a doorstep Showdown to a traffic stop is all wrapped up you guys gave me nowhere to freaking stop it's not cool either I'm not from here I don't just stop in the middle of the road if she just agreed to leave her ex's Place quietly and skip the whole Road ordeal she might have ended up at home instead of been a jail cell in the end she got hit with a bunch of charges including having illegal stuff in her car which the officer later found they set a bond for her and she ended up pleading not guilty currently her case is still open and we're all left wondering how this whole mess will pan out for Samantha number one rude teen acts out after being arrested for DUI it's the we hours of the morning in a 19-year-old driver's college life gets shaken those police car lights start flashing and her face tells the story confusion and disbelief officer Westman is the reason catching her for not using turn signals and for a near miss with a curb officer Westman maintaining a professional demeanor approaches her car hello hi my name is Officer Westman stop is being recorded the reason you're being stopped was a few things so when you turn onto California Street and explains the reason for the Stop didn't use your turn signal then you almost hit a curb then you made a left hand turn here onto a street again not using your turn signal he notices something alarming right away there's blood trickling down her hand I'm sorry I usually okay we're here frequently so sorry um I see you have blood coming down your hand concerned he inquires about it but she brushes it off as a personal matter I don't really think that's any of your business I'm sorry all right I'm just concerned no that's fine no I'm just here to okay do you have your driver's license with you it's a response that doesn't sit well with the officer but he moves on to the next protocol the officer asks for a driver's license and registration in a moment that seems to amplify her anxiety she realizes she's left her wallet somewhere else I don't have my wallet with me actually okay I'm sorry do you have your registration and insurance for the car it well that One Direction the situation escalates when she gets distracted by a phone call the officer sensing her lack of focus reminds her of the seriousness of the situation I need you to focus on the task at hand your phone call is not the priority I got to go I'm sorry what up I need your registration insurance for the vehicle she hurriedly ends the call but the damage is done her behavior has raised more red flags she scrambles through her belongings trying to find her registration and insurance is this not so that no that one is not this one's your registration you looking for an insurance C Insurance okay I think that's on my the officer now more concerned than before asks her to step out of the vehicle yes ma'am step out of your vehicle it's a lawful order and despite her confusion in hesitation she complies standing outside her car the reality of the situation begins to Dawn on her the officer mentions his concerned about her possible alcohol consumption and suggest voluntary field sobriety tests so I'm kind of concerned about how much alcohol you've had to drink tonight plus your driving would you be willing to do some voluntary field to tests she's hesitant and refuses her mind racing with the potential consequences of her actions you just have to say yes or no you want to do the test what do I do if I say no if I say no then I have to make my decision based on the observations I've seen at this point in a decisive moment officer Westman concludes that she's intoxicated based on his observations I've I I've seen too many videos and I'm scared that I don't like trust you guys to like what's going on be beyond that I'm here she's placed under arrest for DUI so at this time you are under arrest place your hands behind your back wait no no don't tense up don't T up relax relax what the she has dry blood on your hand she protests her voice tinged with fear and frustration but the officer proceeds with the arrest what do you mean I'm under Rel what do you mean I didn't do anything I didn't do anything I didn't what do you mean I didn't do anything her writes a red tour a reminder of the gravity of her situation you have the right to remain anything you get him to get my car at least right time to attorney and with while as they walk towards the patrol car the officer checks for any dangerous items on her do you have anything on you that be stick or stab me like a pocket knife needles something of that sort nope she requests her phone a plea that's met with a firm instruction to relax can I at least have my phone relax please please relax fighting this is not going to change anything I need you to relax okay as she's being seated inside the patrol car the officer again explains why she's under arrest can you just why are you arring me you were under arrest for operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol to the point that it's impaired your drug her boyfriend arrives at the scene and the officer explains the situation appreciate you guys not walking up sorry uh what questions can I answer I can't answer all of them I'm her boyfriend yep can I can I just ask what's happening she is under arrest for de the officer explains the process and advises him about the next steps and she I told her I would walk there and I got a call she was talk on our way what are the next steps for us to she'll be with me for about the next 6 hours he asks if he should contact her parents but the officer advises him to leave the decision to her I should I contact her parents should I should I I would that that'd be her just that would be her choice what about we're just going to walk it up the officer Comforts the boyfriend letting him know that they'll lock up the car and make sure her phone goes with her right now yeah don't worry about we'll take you turn it off please we're going to lock it all appreciate you thank you all she'll give you a call when she has an opportunity you can see the worry on his space indicating that she's not in a good mental state but she's just not in a good place right now so if you you keep that in mind I would really really cutting is coming from and all that stuff yeah she is she bleeding right now she told me she was cutting herself tonight the officer reassures him that they'll take good care of her not mentally on and and she's OB I could tell by the way she's talking you guys just drunk and not there so yeah he then tells the boyfriend to grab the driver's cell phone from the car to ensure it's with her she wants you to find her cell phone to make sure it goes with her do you mind looking in the car you know what it looks like yeah grab her cell phone and then yes she'll be able to give you a call the officer and the boyfriend work out the final details for the car and the driver's belongings like in 6 hours or in the morning yes as long as she doesn't have a prior DUI if she had a prior DUI or warrants for arrest then she'd have to go to ja I know she doesn't so okay back at the police station the breathalyzer test awaits her do you have any physical impairments please put your feet down I went come to your house and put my feet on yours please put your feet down the officer ically goes through a series of questions about her health at the moment sure no sorry that's no two answers okay are you under the care of a doctor dentist her responses are a mix of evasion and sarcasm no that's odd it was a ghost it wasn't me huh okay anything mechanically wrong with the vehicle no um the defense mechanism against the overwhelming reality she's facing all right yes I was driving the vehicle sorry was making a joke of course I was okay I appreciate that like obviously the driver continues to respond to the officer's questions with a mix of sarcasm and seriousness what who have you been drinking with who you want me to list like all like the 20 names of people I can write friends friends she's visibly upset repeatedly insisting that she wants to go home time to do your sample what I'm going to have you do is you're going to stand up can I just go home please not at the moment I know but after this please just but home feels like a distant reality now the officer explains the instructions for the breathalyzer test I'm going to put this into the breath nozzle when I tell you you're going to stand up you're going to take a deep breath so your lungs can't hold any more air she's reluctant but eventually gives in still thinking you can sit if you want um going take about 10c sample it's probably longer than your custom to she completes the first breathalyzer test and is told there will be another she requests to be let go after the test going and stop have a seat let going to think for just a couple minutes we'll do it one more time and then I can take the handcuffs off can you please the girl expresses her frustration and desire to leave while the officer explains the necessity of the procedure I wouldn't be allowed to be a police officer exactly exactly you don't know what it feels like so don't say you know cuz you don't no I understand you don't want to be here is what I'm saying she takes the second breathalyzer test but struggles with it going oh you unsealed your lips so the air didn't go through it your deep breath in as soon as you provide the sample I can get the Handcuff on blow out blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow keep going keep going keep going keep going keep going keep going keep going keep going keep going almost there keep going keep going keep going okay that was my body camera that was the machine is it fine though uh it's going to tell me here in a second off the officer comments on her immature Behavior the way you're behaving is childish the officer lays out the next steps and she learns she'll be placed in a holding cell until a release after that we're going to review it together after that you're going to be placed in a Cell where you will remain until you are released tell when can't tell you when the girl gets frustrated and argues with the officer about her situation no it's a TV thing this is a holding it's not a jail okay but what I can't get in the cell what I can't make a call to any get in the cell the officer explains why she must stay in the cell for how long you can be up here for 6 hours I don't know how many more times I could answer that question for you you don't have any answer for me 6 hours get in the cell the officer breaks down the legal consequences of her actions including the possible license suspension this piece of paper is your right to a hearing because you provided a breast sample you have the right to have a telephonic hearing about the potential upcoming suspension of your license if you would like to do that it goes over the paperwork she needs to sign like her right to a hearing and the release conditions I receed I have been given a written notice to my right to a hearing including the steps required to obtain a hearing and understand the notice of suspension revocation or denial license he stresses showing up in court and the repercussions if she doesn't you don't show up there' be a warrant for your arrest she receives various arrest related documents such as the criminal citation and release conditions so when I release you here this is what you have to follow so anytime someone's arrest for DUI they have to be in court the next court day it's not your trial or anything it's a real info overload for her court dates legal stuff and a harsh reminder of how fast things can go south the driver merid Quigley got out not long after maybe this whole mess she found herself in will make her rethink her life choices and understand that she won't always always get away with things no matter how much he tries to wiggle out of it and there you have it folks the most naive and Reckless teens who found themselves Behind Bars I'm still surprised by that girl who couldn't let go of her ex she went as far as hanging out at her ex's house and making a spectacle of herself in front of the mother and the officers it's no surprise things didn't turn out well for her how about you which case left you stunned share your thoughts in the comments also check out our other stuff showing up on the screen right now and I'll see you in the next video see you next time
